Daniel was very personable. Very pleasant conversation. I highly recommend requesting him as your driver.

The driver was kind but I asked him to let me show him the Airbnb address again because he was dropping us off by the tour bus drop off area and I knew that wasn't right. He said he could not bring us any closer. So we had to walk 20 minutes UPSTAIRS in Dubrovnik with all our luggage in the heat!!! Then when we arrived we saw taxis & Ubers dropping off their passengers right in front of our Airbnb!

Easy and the communication was prompt. Was able to identify drier easily as well. Happy to have English speaking driver.

Luca was amazing! He was right outside baggage claim waiting for us. He was helpful with our bags and played soothing music all the way to our hotel.

Daniel was prompt and very courteous and helpful. He provided lots of good info for our trip. Very friendly and welcoming, he made our arrival very easy.

This taxi was very efficient and great value for money. Our taxi driver (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was ready and waiting for us as we landed with my name on a piece of paper. He was very chatty throughout the journey giving us recommendations for food, activity and all things Dubrovnik. Really happy guy too which was nice. Will be booking for our journey back too!

Our flight was delayed over an hour but Luka was monitoring it and he greeted us with a sign with our name and a big smile

Cant really review because was not able to use service and /or get refund. Flight was diverted- airport closed to all flights. Which apparently was known in advance - my Airbnb host sent me a msg about it. No refund. Company says they already incurred the cost- sure, i get it but sometimes u eat it as the cost of doing business. This is problem with booking with viator- no recourse if something like this happens, and the provider doesn't care- they have the money already and no customer service reputation to protect.

Mario was very knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind. He made us feel at ease on our first day in Dubrovnik.

Booked last-minute, the day of arrival to Dubrovnik. The transfer driver was friendly, prompt, easy to find, and expertly drove to the accommodation. Everything was smooth and as expected.

Booked and paid airport transfer. We had a change flight and in the early morning called for an earlier pick-up to not loose the flight After been asked at what time my flight was scheduled been told no possibility to anticipate in the needed time frame. Good way to make easy money!!! If you need a transfer in dubrovnik, call a Uber on the spot are much more reliable and cheaper

I paid for a round trip transfer and the service no showed on our return back to the US. I texted and called multiple times and got no response.

Taxi was waiting in airport. Driver spoke good English and was very courteous. Car was well maintained - recommended.

We had booked this trip based on ratings on aviator. What we experienced was Punctuality, Clean vehicle and a Friendly driver.

Arrived early were already there waiting and he was super kind and helpful in the car pointing out things he thought we’d like.

Excellent experience. Landed early in Dubrovnik and our driver was there waiting. There was a mix up with the address, we were five miles away in Zaton Mali but address was the same as Dubrovnik. however this was managed professionally and we were extremely thankful to the driver for his patience. Our return journey was great too, learnt about the history of Croatia very informative and interesting. Very nicece and friendly drivers. Would highly recommend

DO NOT USE!!! I had booked Super Transfers to collect our party of 8 from Dubrovnik Airport and take us to the AMAZING Bellevue Dubrovnik Hotel (which I would very much recommend) and also for the return trip 4 days later. We had booked a minivan transfer which states clearly can accommodate 8 people with 8 bags, which we were. Our flight time into Dubrovnik had been changed and then arrived late, however the driver (who was very nice and polite and spoke good English) was there in arrivals on time to welcome us. He quickly became concerned however as he had arrived with a minivan that only had 7 seats. Rather than wait for a possible alternative, we crammed 4 adults onto the rear seat for the 30 minute transfer - not really the comfortable journey we had planned. For our return to the airport, which had been confirmed by text the day before (including timings) we got to 5 minutes past the time they were due and messaged them. They replied that their system had not registered a change in time (there hadn't been one) and they had no available cars. After much backwards and forwards it was apparent that they were just not going to come. Luckily, our hotel quickly got in the case and arranged a transfer for us which arrived in 10 minutes. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience with Super Transfers and I would avoid using them and look elsewhere.

Ivan was kind and a fun conversationalist. It was the perfect way to start my vacation! He was waiting for me at arrivals and was helpful and knowledgeable.

My driver was so attentive and prompt. He didn’t speak much English but tried so hard. On the way to my hotel he asked if I wanted to stop and the lookout point. From there you can see the walled city of Dubrovnik. He climbed to the top with me to take my pic. He was fantastic.

Excellent service, very good and nice drivers, flexible and safe journeys. Easy to contact and chat with. Book them! Next time we will try some of their tours.

Many thanks to the driver that dropped off to Dubrovnik Airport on Wednesday 16th September 2020 in the morning. He was very prompt, courteous and professional and spoke excellent English. A lovely way to finish my stay.

We used this service for our group of six from DBV airport to hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik and return. They were there waiting for us on our arrival. Their minivan was extremely comfortable and made the ride with the fabulous views amazing. We will be returning to Croatia , and will be using them again. I also highly recommend if you are planning a trip that you book with them.
