Dishonest business practice. My booking already included CDW, theft protection and unlimited mileage. At the counter, the agent had me sign on an iPad, without showing me the contract and without mentioning any option or insurance. I later found out that he made me sign "Vehicle Coverage +" at 158 EUR, which he never talked about: not its name, not what it covers, not its price. I did not knowingly choose it. Live and learn, but I expected fair business practices, not what looks to me like an old scam from Avis. I disputed it in writing and got no answer. Avis sent its final invoice, which I was disputing, and charged my account. Before you sign anything at this desk, ask to see the contract and every line on it.

I was pleasantly surprised when the driver met me at the exit holding a sign with my name! The car was parked close to the airport exit; it was clean and smelled fresh inside! The driver was polite and helpful! Thank you very much.

Our driver was there the minute we received our luggage, very kind and helpful, and we appreciated him waiting since our flight was delayed!

The check in counter opened 2.5 hours before. Orderly lines and quick check in and security check. Cleared security under 10 mins. Was busy but not crowded at 7am. It’s a small airport though with one place open for coffee and sandwiches.

Our plane was delayed and our driver was not there to meet us and the driver never contacted me. With other operators the driver always contacted me the day before and again at the airport via text, whatsapp, or in the app.

Our driver was right outside the baggage claim area with an easy to see sign with our name on it. He took 2 of our big luggage and we went a short walk across the street to his car. Very friendly and clean car. Would recommend if you need an easy transfer from DBV to Old Town.

After picking up my luggage it was very easy to find the driver, who helped with my luggage to the clean, beautiful car. We had nice conversation to Dubrovnik Pile gate, never feeling rushed or hurried. A very pleasant experience!

We booked You Go to collect us from the airport and for the rerun journey. On both trips our driver, Niko, was there on time and the car spotlessly clean. We communicated via WhatsApp to confirm times. Niko gives a great welcome to Croatia when you arrive and told us the things we could do while here.

Very welcoming and reliant driver. It was an awesome and stress-free experience for entire ride. Clean, fresh, high tech car, with a bottle of water that I needed after a long flight. The driver is speaking fluent English, and he answered some questions that I had about the city in general. Definitely would highly recommend it to everyone.
