Fantastic hotel, with great bus service into Dubrovnik old town from just outside of the hotel. Linked with 2 other hotels, the amenities, including small pebble beaches are outstanding. We paid extra for V level - staff in restaurants couldn’t do enough to help ( big shout out to Katerina). We never go anywhere twice but may in this instance return - 5 stars.
Large hotel the rooms were nicely appointed they do not give you any bathroom amenities unless you ask for them of course there’s always soap and shampoo and body wash together and body cream but anything else like shower caps, etc. you need to call which I don’t like the idea of they don’t give you any water. They say the water is good to drink out of the sink, but I usually don’t do that. The dinner we had was excellent. I would highly recommend it. It was a buffet and the breakfasts were delicious. The front staff was very accommodating and nice. They have a spa but no hair salon. The only issue I have is you have to take a bus or a taxi to get into the city.
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Valamar! From the moment we arrived, everything was great. We were able to check into our room already at 10:30 AM, which was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated after traveling. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, during our stay we had some stomach problems caused by a restaurant outside the resort, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy all the food and drinks that Valamar has to offer. However, we will definitely make up for it on our next visit! Thank you to the whole Valamar team for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel!
My mom and I had a great time here, the food was amazing and the pool area was lovely! Great service all week, very polite and attentive staff, especially our waiter Dejvid, the best waiter we ever had!! :) Very good service in the buffet area and a lot of variety.
The hotel completely met my expectations. I stayed there in June and had the V Level package. The service was fantastic; everything was clean and well-maintained, and everyone took great care of us. I’d especially like to thank the staff at the Momenti restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We’re very grateful for the professional service provided by the wonderful Katarina, Dragne, and Tomislaw. My wife and I definitely want to go back there!
