Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera. Everything was top-notch, from the very large and comfortable room to the amazing sea view, beautiful pool area, and the sea. The hotel is especially great for families — relaxed, comfortable, and very welcoming for children, while still offering plenty for adults to enjoy. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing seaside holiday in Dubrovnik and would definitely come back!

The hotel is superb. The location is well placed for the 'Promenade' with eateries and bars, as well as providing easy walking to the beach and swimming access. We attended in September 2026 and the hotel was less than a year old. Rooms were spacious and spotless. The roof top pool, bar and restaurant proved surprisingly addictive. The staff are attentive and friendly with special mentions to Sinisha for his service on the roof and to Azra for providing excellent service in the massive and magnificent breakfast area. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Hotel! Check-in was smooth, and the valet parking was such a great convenience. The hotel and rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including a spa, pool, and beach access with complimentary beach beds and towels. There’s also a lovely boardwalk behind the hotel that’s perfect for walking. Just about 15 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town, so you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful resort atmosphere while still being close to the city. I would definitely stay here again! ✨🇭🇷

The reason I rated this hotel only 3 stars, isn't because it was a 3 star experience, but rather that it was marketed as 5 stars. The hotel itself is a solid 4 stars, but I must say I was disappointed with some stuff. The room was quite ok, but our view was to a parking lot. Also the tv wasn't really working and there were very few power outlets in the room. The spa & pool area were partly amazing and partly just awful. The indoor spa was super good and definitely 5 star level! The outside pool area was a solid 4 star pool, but free loungers were always super hard to find as people were reserving them with towels. The worst part was absolutely the beach. It is not a private beach for the hotel so there were so many locals on the beach too making it super crowded and noisy. There was also trash on the ground and waterline so it just didn't really give an impression that I would want to spend my day there. Breakfast was again ok, there were lots of options to choose from but cereals, fruit or condiments had often ran out and weren't replaced. Otherwise very good options and a large variety to choose from. But again our table didn't have cutlery and we weren't given them despite waiting at the table for 10 minutes, so we just went to the servers station to grab them ourselves. Security had some flaws that definitely made me a bit concerned during our visit. Local kids got through to the hotel's private property and there was only one security guard trying to stop them. He tried his best but one person really can't guard an area that big alone. The hotel area didn't require keys to access different areas like elevators or stairwells making it feel quite open. My key also stopped working one day and I got a new one from the reception just by giving my room number. No security questions or ID:s were asked, which I found quite weird. This was a good hotel overall but I was just disappointed about the marketing for 5 stars, since this was definitely closer to 4. I would still visit again, but just with less expectations about a luxury hotel!
