AMAZING property. Great rooms , outdoors is incredible. Parking available for $ 12 euros. Great breakfast. Bus # 6 to the old town stops across from the hotel . Dora at the reception gave us an outstanding welcoming and service . No so good at the bar . Three guys servicing with a little bite of an attitude and not the 5 starts service You should get in a hotel this class. When ordering I felt rushed and then I requested a glass with ice and I saw it sitting in the bar , went to check and our waitress said , your ice is there , You c'en take it. Meaning I have to serve myself, despite he not having that many tables to serve . . This happened on October 11 in case management wants to improve their service.

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall, the property is good and the location is convenient. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and bus number 6 takes you to the Old Town. Buses run every 15–20 minutes, making it easy to get around. We also had breakfast at the hotel. The spread was good, but the options for vegans and vegetarians were quite limited. Coming to the room, some maintenance and improvements are needed. The cupboard doors were loose and not properly fitted. Housekeeping was also below expectations. They mainly changed the towels, but the bedsheets were not changed, and the balcony was not cleaned despite being covered with leaves. The mattress was quite uncomfortable as well. Another issue was the inconsistent supply of drinking water. Bottles were not replenished daily, so we had to call housekeeping whenever we returned to the room. On one day, we were told that two bottles were provided per day, while on another day, we were told that only one bottle was allowed. We eventually received two bottles, but only after calling them. The Wi-Fi was also disappointing, with slow speeds. Overall, the hotel has a nice location and offers beautiful sea views from the room. However, improvements in housekeeping, room maintenance, mattress comfort, Wi-Fi connectivity, and guest service would make the stay much better.

This is definitely not a five-star hotel by international standards. I genuinely do not understand how it is classified as a five-star property or why it receives such high guest ratings. Based on the facilities, cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience, I would consider this much closer to a three-star hotel. To be fair, the staff themselves are generally friendly, polite, and helpful. The main problem is not their attitude, but the overall standard of the hotel and the fact that it appears to be severely understaffed. The room lacks many basic essentials that I would normally expect even from a much lower-category hotel. There are no tissues, no complimentary bottled drinking water, no laundry bag, no iron, and no ironing board. Bottled water is chargeable, while the only free option is tap water provided in a refillable bottle under the explanation of sustainability. I understand the concept, but I still find it very unusual for a supposedly five-star hotel not to provide basic drinking water and other standard room amenities. Cleanliness is another major issue. When we first entered the room, the shower drain was not working properly and the water would not go down, which resulted in the bathroom flooding on the first night. I had to call the hotel the following night to have it fixed. The room also did not feel thoroughly cleaned. There was visible dust in multiple areas, and daily housekeeping seemed to do only the bare minimum rather than properly cleaning and refreshing the room. The same cleanliness issues were noticeable in the restaurant. When we sat down, the table setting had not been properly refreshed. They simply brought over the utensils without changing the existing table napkins. There were obvious stains on the chairs and tablecloth, and we had to specifically ask for them to be changed. At breakfast, many of the cups also had visible stains. Breakfast itself offers a large and diverse selection, but unfortunately the quality is quite poor. There is plenty of variety, but very little of it feels premium or consistent with what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The property also appears to be noticeably understaffed. At the front desk, there are often only one or two employees working, and in the restaurant it can be very difficult to get anyone’s attention because the staff are clearly stretched too thin. Even some of the common areas, including the hallways and stairwells, do not feel particularly well maintained or polished. Overall, the staff are pleasant and seem to be doing their best, but the hotel itself falls far short of a genuine five-star standard. The biggest problems are the cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, poor food quality, weak housekeeping, and understaffing. If this were marketed as a three-star hotel, my expectations would have been very different.

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and there is a reason why we keep coming back. Everything is consistently excellent – from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful location, comfortable rooms and relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly make a difference. Everyone is welcoming, professional and always willing to help, and we always feel genuinely well looked after. We would especially like to mention Ivan, Bruno and Vedran (Skål Takk!), who we had the pleasure of interacting with throughout our stay. They were always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and truly contributed to making our holiday even more enjoyable. Of course, all the other members of staff we met were wonderful as well. This time, our stay was even more special, and we would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Marić for making our visit such a memorable one. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy your holiday. The beach is beautiful, the service is excellent, and everything simply feels effortless from the moment you arrive. Once again, we had a fantastic stay, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome!
