Rooms were huge and awesome, except the faint lights on the switches was a bit annoying. Kitchen staff can be more friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay though, breakfast can be improved (pretty few items).

For us it was a 5 star location. We enjoy walking. It was 2 and a bit kms to the Old Town but a bus stop twenty meters away. We took the three island cruise and it was a 6 minute walk away. Breakfast was very good! Rooms were lovely as was the service! Happy customers…
Pros The rooms were generally very nice, the staff were helpful, and the location is good with a bus stop just outside. Cons While most of the room was clean the walls were not, with footprints? on them. Some the towels were also stained and had holes. The breakfast was OK but it is all uncovered allowing flies to get to the fruit.
We have stayed in Superior rooms and they were very spacious. Bathrooms were large as well and the rooms are air-conditioned. Overall, a great stay. The only thing to raise is: I have booked directly on their website and dropped a note asking them to accommodate both the rooms on the same floor, if not next to each other. There was no response back and we were allocated rooms on two different floors. However, this has not been a major problem.
We came to the hotel to purchase a Dubrovnik Pass as advised in the official website. The lady at the reception was rude and told us “It’s impossible”. We clarified that’s what the site suggested then she said it’s for hotel guests only. Fair enough but you don’t have to be rude, I could be your guest one day, or never but to tell everyone I know. Genuine quality service goes a long way.. through small things usually, you sure have a long way to go!
