The entrance fees to the Pearse Lyons Distillery include a two-hour Gin School experience where you will create your own unique gin. During this experience, you will learn about the history of gin and the art of distilling from in-house experts. You will make and bottle your own gin, enjoy three gin cocktails, and taste seasonal bites paired with the cocktails. Your gin bottle will be sealed and labeled with a personalized touch before you leave, ready to enjoy at home. This immersive experience takes place in Dublin's only family-owned distillery, located in the heart of The Liberties.
