My stay here has been very good. Great location, safe and quiet in the evenings. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Service from the moment I walked in was great. Four stars because there are particular details that seem to be overlooked (ie. Quality of towels, shredded and thin, dried paint drops around the bathroom etc) very small things. But greatly enjoyed my stay otherwise. Will be a returning customer when in town.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the hotel itself as we were unable to stay due to unforeseen illness. We had booked directly with the hotel and paid €143.10 in advance. Unfortunately, I became genuinely unwell the day before our stay and had to cancel. I completely understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but I was disappointed that no credit or transfer of the booking was offered, despite explaining the circumstances and offering to provide certified medical evidence. The staff were polite and responded to my emails, for which I am grateful. However, the outcome was that we lost the full €143.10 for a stay we were unable to take because of genuine illness. While a future discounted rate was mentioned, this was not a credit towards the amount already paid. I hope this review helps others understand the hotel's cancellation policy when booking, they take money for services not provided and their lack of understanding.
This hotel is ridiculously overpriced for what it offers. It feels like they stopped investing in it back in 2018 and never looked back. The elevator is so old and unreliable that every ride feels like a leap of faith. The rooms are so tiny that opening the door without hitting the bed is a challenge. The shower is a joke. Set it to hot, and a few seconds later you're getting an ice-cold surprise. If you enjoy freezing while showering, you'll love it. As for parking... good luck. Finding a parking space is like winning the lottery. Save your money and book somewhere else. There are far better hotels for the same price.
Great place to stay, with really nicely decorated rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Great shower, comfy bed. Tea and coffee available in the room. The room also had air conditioning and was very quite. There is also a lift to the upper floors. There is a large reception area by the front door on the ground floor with take away coffee machine. There are parking spaces for about 10 cars at the front of the building with more paid parking on the street with free overnight parking as well.
Fantastic location! We parked our car in the parking lot out front and walked everywhere. Centrally located to all things Dublin. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The only issue to point-out is there are many stairs to climb, so if you have mobility issues may want to reconsider but they do have an elevator inside, so you can take the elevator up to your room once you’re inside.
