The Mayson Dublin

Really nice boutique hotel. Our room was small, but we didn't spend much time in it so it didn't matter much anyway. A few nice amenities (I believe a pool, a sauna, speaker in the room, mini bar), which we never had time to use unfortunately. A few nice coffee shops and a small market with snacks and drinks are very close by. It's far enough away from temple bar that it's not hustling and bustling, which we prefer. It's also located just a block or so away from the tram, which does shoot you directly towards the temple bar area so you're never very far from the touristy things, if that's what you're there for. The tram does run from Heuston Station if you arrived in Dublin by bus. Additionally, a shuttle straight to the airport picks up about a block away from the hotel. They let us check in super early at no extra cost, which was very convenient as far as having somewhere to put our luggage. I believe they also let you drop luggage off before your check in time so you don't have to lug your things around the city all day. We didn't interact with the staff much, as we spent most of our time out exploring Ireland, but the few times we did interact with the staff they were very polite and helpful. Overall, this was a great hotel and we were very happy to stay here. :)

The room was perfect for a solo traveller staying for a couple of nights! I really enjoyed the minimalist design, as I spent most of my time exploring and running around. Guests have access to a warm pool and steam room which I LOVED and took full advantage of. The location was not my favorite because of how close it was to the arena, but I could see how that would be a perk for others!! Also very close to a dunnes grocery and Centra in case you get hungry and don't want to pay room service prices!

We had a fantastic stay at The Dean Docklands during our trip to Dublin. The hotel is stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything felt well thought out and maintained to a very high standard. A special mention goes to The Bottle Boy, the pub located just below the hotel. It had a great atmosphere, friendly service, and some of the best Guinness we had during our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next trip to Dublin. Highly recommended! 😊

Myself and my beautiful wife Elaine where recently married and we decided to have our ceremony and after party at the iconic Mayson hotel now called the dean docklands. From the moment we decided to look for a venue we visited the mayson and were given a tour by Mathew, he was an excellent host and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. To be honest from that day we decided the mayson was the place for special day from the stylish decor to the professionalism of all the staff members. Obviously the finer details where in the hands of my beautiful wife and the wedding team, we'd like to personally thank ,Mathew ,Kaela , katarina, the reception staff ,servers , house keepers and the chefs . We know how much hard work went into making our day as special as it was and we are deeply grateful and thank you all so much. Darren and Elaine
