A very nice hotel in a decent location. Best part of it was the staff: everyone was really lovely, especially Isabell on reception. The rooms are perhaps due a slight refurb, but were clean and comfy. The gym is good, as is the spa (although an extra 25 euro). Breakfast is decent too (although the basement breakfast room is a bit dingy!) Overall very pleasant and would happily stay here again.

Bed was fantastically comfortable; air conditioning was much appreciated with the unseasonably hot temperatures. Staff was very helpful in sorting postage for a card to send home. Continental breakfast was basic but sufficient. Our room was right beside train tracks but the sound insulation was excellent and did not bother at all
Stayed at the address for one night with my teenage daughters. Check in was straight forward, staff very friendly. We stayed due to the close location to Connolly station as we were attending a concert in aviva. Hotel room was very spacious and beds were so comfortable. Recommend this hotel due to location. Walking distance to Grafton street + Temple bar, approx 20 mins. Will stay again.
We had the pleasure of staying at The Address Connely at the start and end of our trip to Ireland. The hotel was more than adequate with comfortable rooms, good wifi, nice gym and various eating options in and near the hotel. There is also a rooftop lounge to have coffee tea and snacks. After checking in to our room we discovered that the a/c was not working that well so we informed the front desk to see if anything could be done to improve the room temperature. Upon returning to the room as after having dinner at North, which is one of the restaurants in the hotel, we found they had setup a portable A/C unit in the room. It was not the best solution but it did help cool the room down a bit. The following morning at checkout we thanked the front desk receptionist for trying to rectify the problem but also told her that the room was still some what uncomfortable with the warm temperature. She seemed genuinely apologetic that our stay was not as well as we expected. She realized that we had reservations to stay there one more night when returned from spending a few days in Cork, and she promised we would have a nice room with good A/C when we returned. We returned 4 days later and as promised, she had a wonderful room waiting for us and the temperature was perfect. We wanted to thank Belen for being so kind and helpful and the hotel should be glad to have her on staff. The rest of the staff that we encountered (hostess, waiters and bellman) were all very friendly and helpful.
The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a warm welcome, and since I was having issues with my card, they allowed me to pay for the first night and keep my initial reservation for three nights. The club suite room was nice despite the view from the window being of a wall in the courtyard. The first real disappointment came from the 'continental breakfast' which barely qualifies as a breakfast since there were apples, bread, and some croissants and pastries. Continental breakfasts are typically lackluster but the club suite that it's served in did not even have a toaster or any means of warming the food. The complimentary tea and coffee consisted of cheap tea bags and an espresso maker that spit out a pretty bad latte(I've had better in car dealerships). The VIP Club rooftop club lounge barely saw over the buildings in front of the hotel and had a view of the train tracks and grafitti in the alleyway below. The Club suite did not come with access to the Spa which still had to be booked and paid for. I requested to be downgraded to an ordinary room which they said was impossible since I had reserved my booking through Booking.com. Then, after raising these complaints, I asked if it would be possible for me to access the full breakfast downstairs which would have remained full price, and then I requested a complimentary reservation to the spa or at least a voucher for the cafe which they also denied. I do not believe that the Club rooms are worth an extra 50 euros per night, and I thought that breakfast or at least a free coffee wasn't too much to ask, but the reason I am writing this lengthy review is because when I said that I would state my opinion on the value of 'club access' in a review, Victoria told me that it would be dishonest and insincere. I haven't worked in hospitality, but I have worked extensively in the service industry, and one thing you never do is call the guest a liar. This is where my 2 star review is coming from, not only did I spend an extra 150 euros for disappointing amenities, but Victoria's lack of empathy or attempt to accommodate me left me with a terrible impression.
