Very nice stay for 3 days, 2 nights. Enjoyed the restaurant, North, with a good variety of food choices & stocked bar. Enjoyed our visit!

This is nice hotel. The rooms are big, with a double and single bed. No fridge/minibar though. The restaurant has a good menu and the staff are excellent. The breakfast is especially good. The one thing that is poor is the wi fi, and that's inexcusable in this day and age.

Scam for this amount of money (€237,-). Even without breakfast. Sky chair in room is totally worn out. Showering in bath with showering screen with too low water supply. Although almost not booked, a room directly near the reception with noice from the hall way. Just beside a highway, need earplugs against the noice. Didn’t receive a notification of the booking , drove to the wrong citywest, which was a refugee location, but I bet they even have better chairs and showers. There they said, this happens all the time. At the address no response at all on this note. Pfff

Convenient for Citywest Business Park, reception and housekeeping staff are nice as is the breakfast chef but that's it really. This hotel isn't just for business guests, usually long term guests are smoking and talking outside under windows. Not much garden space so it's understandable. Breakfast is served in a separate building across the smoking area. There isn't a proper hotel bar or lobby that one would expect from a 4*. Underground and some surface parking, WiFi. Convenient for meetings but that's the only reason I'd ever stay.
