We had an amazing stay at Staycity Aparthotels Dublin, City Quay and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for our stay. Having a kitchen was also a great convenience, especially for preparing our own meals. The only downside was that the kitchen sink was a little small for washing up. The location was excellent and very central, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and Dublin’s attractions. It made getting around the city very easy and convenient. A special mention to Nacho and all the front desk team, who were incredibly efficient, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They always greeted guests with a smile and were happy to assist whenever needed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are very clean and the staff are great (especially Nacho). He was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout our stay. His warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference and he is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much for everything!!
Let me tell you, I was not expecting such an amazing place for such an affordable price. Like, don’t get me wrong, it’s not the cheapest place ever, but for the quality it offers, here in Italy they would make you pay wayyyyy more. But let’s go step by step. We had booked a four-person apartment, but a few days before our departure for Dublin, I was contacted by a really kind employee who informed me that our room had electrical issues. I was afraid they would simply cancel our stay or offer us a really underwhelming alternative. Thankfully, we were given two studio apartments, each accommodating up to two people, as well as complimentary breakfast. Such an amazing deal, if you ask me. Speaking of the staff, they were truly the most polite. I’ve travelled a lot around Europe, and I can confidently say that their staff were among the kindest and most polite people I’ve ever met. They were so gentle that I almost felt bad because I couldn’t return that much kindness, but truly, they were always available, attentive, considerate and also really fun to be around. I have no reason to complain. Speaking of the rooms, as I said, we had two studio apartments. They were well furnished, clean and truly comfortable. Again, it will never cease to amaze me how convenient the price we paid was compared to the quality we received. If you come from outside the UK or Ireland, make sure to bring an adapter for UK sockets. The room itself was well equipped with everything you might need, from a hairdryer to a fully equipped kitchen. They even had a small dishwasher. It’s great for people looking to stay for a week or a little longer, and they have washing machines too. I must admit that the kitchen sink was too small, so small that we kept getting everything wet whenever we tried to wash the dishes. I would also suggest that they provide sponges. I know there’s a dishwasher, but if you only dirty a few dishes, it feels wasteful to run the entire dishwasher. Sadly, the handle on my window was broken, so I couldn’t ventilate the room. When I cooked some curry, my whole room smelled like curry for the rest of the stay. Aside from that, the room was amazing, with the comfiest bed of them all and some amazing, super-thick blinds that blocked out all the morning light whenever I wanted to sleep in. I also enjoyed the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower, although I had a hard time figuring out how to use the shower handles. Especially when my hands were soapy and slippery, I couldn’t turn the water on because I couldn’t get a proper grip. Oh, and the heating system worked really well. I come from Italy and I’m not used to Irish weather, so I ended up getting sick as hell. Thankfully, the heating helped me stay nice and warm. Now, as I said, we received complimentary breakfast because of the issue with our original apartment, and thank GOD the breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay. It was truly so good: an international-style breakfast with a small but well-stocked selection of food. I especially enjoyed the pancake machine and the beans. Oh, and the little egg boiler too! Everything was tasty, and it gave us a really nice boost at the beginning of the day. One last thing is the location. It’s near a small train station and fairly close to the city centre, so it’s truly convenient. Great location, honestly. Overall, I had an amazing stay. I truly suggest that people check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!
We stayed for two nights. The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. We had an issue with the shower head and once reported it was fixed within twenty minutes. The maintenance man was excellent. Loved being able to drop our bags off before check in so we could explore the city. Lovely quiet rooms too, comfy beds and the cooling area was a welcome addition. Big thanks to Gregor and Nacho along with the rest of the team
We had a wonderful stay at Staycity Dublin ( Moss Street ) and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Nacho welcomed us with such warmth and kindness and was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. We also met Mauro and Maura, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service from the whole team was outstanding – honestly some of the best we've received in a long time, and it's the reason I wanted to leave this review. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Dublin, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also booked breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. My daughter is usually a picky eater, so seeing her finish her entire plate and then go back for seconds says it all! Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. I would highly recommend Staycity to anyone visiting Dublin, and we'll definitely be booking with them again the next time we're in the city. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable!
