We stayed here a few weeks ago, front desk service was extremely slow and with a mix up in reservations it took 2 hours to check us in. Sitting in reception for 2 hours with no update given to us in that time. Not complaining about staff per se, but these chain hotels are too focused on “self check in” with these iPads rather than actual personable service. The room is nice. We were awoken by the fire alarm 3 times during the night. 3 times, no fire obviously and only had an engineer on site after the 3rd time. No apology, no offer of a later check out time by even 30 minutes, nothing. A midweek stay so people with work, international competitions etc. were interrupted multiple times that night. Awful follow up to the incident, probably just hoping no one would complain. There are better hotels, in better locations in Dublin for probably a better price too we just gave this a go as it looked quite cool. Facilities were good in the rooms and all, but overall experience a disaster really. I’ve stayed in Dublin 30+ times - by far my worst stay.

If I could give them a Minus 100 i would. I’ve been in more than 40 countries and this is single handed one of the worst hotel experiences in my life I had an unacceptably poor experience at this property, which fell far short of basic hospitality standards for a room priced at over €200 per night Key issues during our stay: Listing Mismatch: Upon check-in, we were placed in a room that did not match the category booked and looked nothing like the advertised photos. Front desk staff refused to acknowledge the discrepancy or reassign us. Severe Cleanliness Issues: On our first evening, we found a large brown stain on the bedsheet, as well as brown and yellow stains directly on the mattress. Additionally, the floor under the bed frame was covered in accumulated dust, debris, and stray hair. Inadequate Service: After reporting the dirty sheets, reception initially gave us two incorrect, small-sized sheets. It required a second trip to the front desk to get the correct size. Incomplete Housekeeping: The following day, housekeeping entered to clean but only made the bed leaving the bathroom uncleaned and dirty towels on the floor. I had to report to reception a third time just to get the bathroom properly cleaned. Maintenance & Staff Response: An intermittent beeping sound inside the room persisted throughout the night, severely disrupting our sleep. Throughout all of these incidents, staff showed a complete lack of urgency or appropriate concern. I strongly advice you to keep away from this hotel. Don’t even think of wasting your hard earned money here
If you're heading to Dublin, you definitely have to stay at the Ruby Molly Hotel. It’s stylish, comfortable, and has an amazing vibe. The biggest highlight is definitely the staff. A huge thank you to Thiago, Danilo, Ulisses, and Luís, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome right from the start. Exceptional service all around! The food is also fantastic. Everything I tried was delicious and high quality, making it super convenient to eat well right at the hotel. Great team, great food, and a great stay. I’ll definitely be back! 😊
We enjoyed our stay at the Ruby Molly hotel! The location was perfect for walking around Dublin. The rooms were clean and the lobby was a great place to relax and have a drink. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our conversations with Ulysses, he was so kind! My only regret was paying for the breakfast buffet before we left. It was too overpriced for what was there, otherwise it was a great stay!
Everything was perfect hotel staff location. Rooms were big enough and clean. View not great but was only using for sleep and showers so no problem. Hotel was a great hit and will return on next visit. Free drink per person which was a lovely treat to have
