Exceptional Service throughout our one week stay. We were met with great food at the hotel restaurants and smiles at every doorway. Emilio was our server most days. he was so attentive and respectful. He gave us a couple recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. The hotel was beautiful and even had piano playing going on during our final night. It was a truly incredible experience.
Stayed at The St Helens in Dublin at the end of a Trafalgar castles and manors tour, and the hotel itself was a real high point. After a week of smaller rooms around Ireland, this one felt just right. I asked about an upgrade and was given a beautiful room at no charge. They also let us store extra luggage that would not fit on the coach, again at no charge, which was a genuine help. The property is lovely inside and out, very clean, and the staff were excellent. The bar and the atmosphere were exactly what we wanted after a long day. The only letdown was dinner, which was included with the tour. The choice was chicken or sea bass. No one in our group liked the fish, and the chicken was only okay. For a five-star hotel, I was surprised the food was not better. I would happily stay again, but next time I would eat somewhere else. Hopefully they sort that out.
Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes from the city center. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel was absolutely stunning. the garden, the dining areas and the breakfast options were exceptionally good. The staff was always willing to help, especially the boy at the entrance, Nicolo, who went out of his way to help guests. The best part is the location, you feel like you are far from the city but In fact you are only a 15 minute bus ride away from Dublin city center, and the hotel has its own bus stop!! making it extremely convenient to get there
We had dinner at the Radisson today to celebrate our son’s graduation, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. A special thank you to Sofie, who looked after our table of six so well. She was friendly, attentive and always had a lovely smile. She made sure we had everything we needed and really helped make our celebration feel special. Thank you, Sofie, for the excellent service. We really appreciated it and would happily return!
Amazing hotel and grounds. Beautifully maintained and cared for. Pure joy for kids and adults to walk and run around. A park with trails is nearby. Easy parking, and easy access to public transport and taxis at the hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and luxurious. The service is first class. I have rarely experienced such warmth and hospitality and genuine care from every single member of a hotel’s staff. While the rooms could use some updating (for which I believe a plan is in place), the location, people, food, cleanliness, beauty, and atmosphere make this hotel one of our favorite places. I cannot thank the staff enough for welcoming my family and treating my kids with such kindness. Catriona, Dace, Shawn, Enetra, Tomas, Niccolo, and so many others whose names escape me deserve our utmost thanks. We hope to come back in the future.
