Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin

I loved this hotel and especially loved David the front bellman. He helped get me into my room earlier than the check in time due to me having an accidental fall mere hours after landing in Dublin. The rooms were beautiful the food was top notch and the staff friendly. But my highest praise is for David who saw I was in agony and got a rush on the room. His kindness was appreciated more than he will ever know.

Stayed here at the start of September with my mom, sister, daughter and I want to give a special shout out of gratitude to David the front doorman. He absolutely went above and beyond for us and got us into our room a bit early as my mom had taken a bad fall while we were walking in town before our check in time. David came to our rescue and got us into a room sooner than expected. From when we first arrived he made our stay welcoming and great. We truly appreciate what you did for us and will never forget your amazing service and compassion. Beyond that, the hotel was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast service was 10/10 , we won't ever forget our stay here. From start to finish, it was perfect. Sending 5 🌟 from us Canadian girls. If we ever get the chance to come back, we would stay here again without question!

Quiet hotel in a quiet area but still not a far walk from things around 10-15 min. Nice toiletries, towels, etc. Love the big mirror, window, sitting area, big closet, mini fridge. The sink was insane, the water went everywhere. The shower needed a bigger glass partition as water went everywhere too. Took one star away as they wouldn’t refund $30-60 for the spa we paid for when the thermal beds were broken. Many people commented on it. Instead of refunding even partially they argued with me.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception area looked stunning, with a beautiful modern design, and having a bar right beside it was a great touch. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. When we got to our room, we were so impressed. It was modern, spotless, and had an amazing view of the city. The curtains blocked out the light perfectly, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also excellent, with everything we needed neatly provided. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
