The location could not be more convenient. The one bed apartment had clearly been recently renovated and was very comfortable. The front desk staff treats everyone as if they are long term residents - very welcoming and warm. Don't go expecting a traditional hotel experience...no fancy lobby, etc. Go expecting a place that feels like your apartment home.

Book anywhere but this hotel. Reserved two rooms for Friday, April 27, back in November. Get a call less than 72 hours from when I’m supposed to check in saying that there’s a maintenance issue with both rooms in the hotel, but that they have availability at a sister property in the middle of nowhere… great. Had to scramble last minute and find accommodation that was at a premium. Hotel provided zero help. Pretty sure they cancelled our rooms since we got a good Black Friday deal. Best part? I kept getting emails about my upcoming reservation after they said the rooms are no longer available. Reached out to ask why I keep getting comms, to which they said it’s my responsibility to cancel the reservation or I’ll get charged a penalty. Didn’t even have the courtesy to mention that when they abruptly cancelled my reservation 72 hours before I was set to arrive. Would advise booking anywhere but here.
Booked Dec 1 for an Apr 24–26 stay. Less than 72 hours before check-in, our reservation was canceled with no compensation, and nearby rooms were double the original price. Book at your own risk - they may cancel last minute and offer no help finding alternatives. (not one to leave reviews - but service was so bad I had to in this case).
Wonderful stay at the Premier Suites in Dublin. The unit was immaculate, very well furnished and quiet. The staff were exceptional as my wife was late in arriving and they went out of their way to help me to find about the cause of the delay and here whereabouts. They should note the hotel is within 5 buildings of the airport transit bus, and the return is right outside their door. Location was very safe and so convenient to shops, restaurants and major local sights. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on Leeson Street in Dublin and had an excellent experience. The location was ideal—just a short taxi ride from the city centre or a pleasant walk. Check-in was seamless, with lovely and welcoming reception staff. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. It featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, and a second bedroom (which we requested as a twin) with ample wardrobe space. The additional bathroom was conveniently located off the hallway near the entrance. Both bedrooms were spotless, bright, and airy, with large windows allowing in plenty of natural light, complimented by blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The living space was equally impressive, with big windows, a balcony with seating for two, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a large TV, and even an office desk with a chair—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen made the stay even more convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making for a truly comfortable stay. We would 100% return and highly recommend it to friends and family!
