Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel and room were impeccably clean. I work in a hotel, and let me tell you, it’s incredibly difficult for us to reach this level of cleanliness. Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire hard-working housekeeping team — they truly deserve it. Reception team were also super nice and friendly. The room had absolutely everything you could need and more, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you!

Great hotel and customer service 10/10 experience. The hotel was a short 20 minute walk to the temple bar area offering plenty of local pubs and restaurants along the way. The hotel is located by the portobello harbor offering some great views from my room. I enjoyed the DJ and bar/restaurant at night (it was nice to be able to stay in the hotel and still experience a night out). All hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying here again the next time I visit Dublin.
Hotel is absolutely fine and although it is a 30 min walk from the centre of town, the public transport links are great - TFI Leap card is brilliant. I paid full whack for a “deluxe” room which was actually not very spacious. Quite cramped. Booking.com offered me the opportunity to upgrade but the upgrade option specifications were exactly the same as the “deluxe” room I had booked so I couldn’t understand why I should pay more. The most annoying thing for me though was the reading light situation. Every hotel I have ever stayed in has reading lights over the bed so that it’s possible to read while anyone you’re sharing with isn’t disturbed by the light. In this room, there was a lovely pendant light over one side of the bed but the switch for it was linked to three really quite powerful and very bright ceiling spotlights. I was a solo traveller so I wasn’t going to be disturbing anyone else by having this really harsh lighting on, but it was nonetheless really frustrating not being able to read without having basically the full-on “big lights” on. As a solo traveller I wasn’t intending on hitting Dublin’s nightlife and had planned to read in the evenings so this was a big drawback for me - the lack of ambient lighting. I spoke to Reception on my second day (first morning) and third day there, but they had nothing to offer. I feel, when I paid as much as I did to stay there, there should have been some effort made to help me out by providing some kind of small lamp perhaps? It’s the most I have ever paid for a hotel (for 6 nights) and I was incredibly disappointed by not being able to do my planned reading for those 6 nights. It might sound like a massive whinge over a trivial issue but to me it wasn’t trivial and certainly did not make the room seem “deluxe”.
We were generally happy with our stay at your hotel. It was a good experience, and first of all, thank you for everything. We really liked the hotel’s location. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood and found some great breakfast and brunch places nearby. The only downside for me was that the room didn’t have an openable window. We would have liked to feel the fresh Irish air in the room, but it only had ventilation, which felt a bit stuffy for me. Because of this, I don’t think I would choose it again, as it’s an important detail for me. The hotel was generally clean, but there was some dust coming from the bedsheets and curtains, especially when they were moved. Apart from that, we were happy with many things. The staff who welcomed us at check-in were very friendly, warm, and helpful. The hotel’s interior design was also impressive. As I mentioned before, the location was good and very central, we could easily walk or cycle to many places, and It felt like a safe neighbourhood. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but feeling a lack of fresh air was the only downside for me. Thank you again for everything.
A well-designed property in a quiet area, yet not too far from Dublin city centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are not very spacious, but the bathroom is functional and (a detail that was important to me) the curtains block out the light very well. Unfortunately, during our stay there was construction work in front of the hotel entrance, but this was not the hotel’s responsibility. The breakfast could be more varied, especially the sweet options.
