The breakfast buffet was perfect and the fresh bread was bakery quality. The room was a little small and the "view" was a brick wall. Don't expect a closet or drawers to put clothes, and only adequate space for a single occupant. The hotel was in a quieter area of the city center and very close to Temple Bar.
Amazing location, walking distance from all the must see places in Dublin + train station + express bus to airport. Good, clean rooms, 24/7 reception of always smiling, sweet people working there. Especially the curly haired girl was very nice and let us check in early 😊☀️ Breakfast not included hence 1 missing star. Breakfast has vegan options!
My wife and I recently stayed at Motel One Dublin to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to leave a special thank you to Joanna Ciszewska for making our stay truly unforgettable. For almost two months before our visit, Joanna was incredibly helpful, responding to my emails and phone calls and going above and beyond to help me make our anniversary special. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. What impressed me most was Joanna’s genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. She didn’t just provide excellent customer service, she created a memorable experience that my wife and I will always remember. Joanna is a real credit to Motel One Dublin, and because of her outstanding hospitality, we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin - it's in a great central location within walking distance of tourist locations and good places to eat. There is also a tram stop close by and lots of bus stops by the river (including ones for the bus to the airport). Our room was small but very modern, clear and well maintained. The air con was reliable, easy to use and quiet. The room and bathroom was spotless. There was space to hang clothes - not so many shelves, but it was fine as we were only staying a few days and didn't have much luggage. Our room was really quiet - we didn't hear any other guests despite the rooms nearby being occupied. Slept well as the duvet and pillows were super comfy. We didn't opt for the breakfast as it seemed a bit pricy given that it was just continental. The reception and cleaning staff were really polite and friendly. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Price and location are absolutely amazing, they also let us check in super early which was very nice. The bar area and breakfast are super nice and cozy Now onto the rooms, for the price the room is very good, well done bed , nice bathroom and super clean. The only problem? The bed itself , the mattress is super soft and the pillows also. Another note, the tvs are brand new but do not support any smart features which makes watching anything impossible. Everything else absolutely outstanding, would definitely come and sleep here again.
