Great little hotel. Rooms are spacious, really clean and everything you need except air con so they were very warm. Staff on Reception, Housekeepjng and in the Restaurant were always very friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. About a 20 minute walk from The Liffey which is no problem but at night, to coin a phrase, the area can feel quite gritty otherwise great location. Breakfast was really good, hot English or continental buffet style, plentiful, lots of choice and quality produce. Overall great value

The hotel staff were lovely, reception and bar staff very accommodating when asked questions. The breakfast option was delicious. There were 3 of us sharing a very nice room but there were some issues. 1 - there were only ever 2 sets of towels, water and biscuits left for us daily 2 - there was no air conditioning and the bathroom had no extractor fan. We did ask for and receive a fan which helped a tiny bit . All in all we had a lovely stay, the hotel was in walking distance of all the attractions and the Aviva stadium for our Take That concert! Thank you very much and we hope to be back one day 😀
Updated and modern hotel in a gritter part of Dublin. Comfortable and clean accommodations within walking distance to Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green. Parking in the shared garage was easy and ample. Was able to check in early to our room without any issue. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Only issue was our room was right next to a cleaning staff supply closet, so early in the morning it was a bit noisy as they prepared for room cleanings.
Service is really good, staff is polite i stayed here for 10 nights and i see no issue at all. Rooms were peaceful and cleaned daily. In house dining and Location of the hotel itself is really good. You can get a bus around 100m away from the hotel and bus stand for Airport is also very near. I would consider it again.
I am a wheelchair user and i felt so welcomed and help was there whenever I needed it. The staff are lovely and the location and inside are just brilliant! Worth every penny. However, the disabled room is not very wide. I couldn't freely move in there. The bathroom is lovely and spacious, but there is no lid or backrest on the toilet so when i fell back, i was laying flat and my core is not strong enough to get me back up. The shower looked lovely, but there is no shower chair and i dont understand how i would use it. The soap dispensers are mounted way too high up If you are able bodied, or ambulatory i 10000% recommend but not so much if you are confined to the chair. All staff are lovely and accommodating
