The curtains are really old and don't fully close around the window, no blinds on the windows either so if you are in the rooms facing the road or the side entrance there is strong light coming into the room. The hall might also doesn't go off for some reason so light comes in through the room door so don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. (Also didn't realise our room would be directly facing the road so can hear traffic). Could do with a bit of a refurb too but good location just beside the dart stop and aviva.

Was the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It is so close to downtown you can walk if you feel like it. There was a staff member they're all days during the day we were there and he was fantastic and attentive. The only downside of this hotel was the half shower door which flooded the bathroom. Not enough towels to clean up the mess, but unsure if the half door is an Irish thing it's definitely not a North American thing. Would definitely stay again.
Its a great location. But the hotel is so dated. Floor covered with paint. Bed is so old and ruined. This is all for maybe 2dtar hotel. And no breakfast. For this money whis is 670e you get 4 star Clayton for 550 with breakfast. I regret it now.. I really think they should do a refund
Pros: Excellent standard room with a great view of the surrounding neighborhood and Aviva stadium. The streets weren't loud at night at all. There was AC, a nice shower, towels provided fresh each day, an iron, hair dryer, tea pot, and very comfortable bed. There was a fridge in the common area downstairs with labels available. Our host (Luke I think?) was extremely attentive and kind at all times, even carrying our 2 50lb checked bags up the stairs with ease! Cons: Really nothing besides the shower is odd sometimes pulsing hot and warm or warm and cold. Great place with great value and would definitely recommend and stay again!
Great value for money, especially if you need to be in the Landsdowne area. 3 minutes walk from the DART. Hotel itself was cosy. Unmanned access which suited my travel but I guess could be a problem if you had any issues (which I didn't). Would definitely use it again.
