The highlight of our Dubai trip!

It was horrible. The lines to the elevators are very badly organized. People are showing. I would never go again

Allow plenty of time as queues are long to get in but well worth the wait. Views were amazing and the movie very enlightening.

Beautiful to see the construction. Hot and hazy . Not worth the extra to go up stairs to 54 floor for 30 minutes.

A must do for experience, views and value for money much better than the Burj Khalifa for value for money Best time to go is after six when sun goes down

It was a very nice experience and view. Showed how the palms was created. I would com again as it was fun. I recommend for others.

While Burj Khalifa is an amazing view of the city this place is a mesmerising experience to see the palm which is an architectural wonder. Both are stunning in their own ways and neither should be missed.

Booked trip online. Very easy to navigate. Arrival was straight forward and we didn’t experience a queue but when leaving, there was quite a queue so be prepared you may have to wait. We only went to the Observation level. Certainly did not disappoint. Views are stunning.

It was very informative as explained how it all came together and the graphics were fantastic. Well worth the money.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Learning about what it took to bring this vision to life was eye-opening and inspiring. I really had a great time and got excellent pictures!

We enjoyed the technology and history of the View of Palm. Lots of sunscreen necessary as there is intense sun rays. Lounge advertised is really a Cafe with ,delicious treats. Tour can be enjoyed in 1 hr.

Great view but our driver tried take us to the bureau so not impressed lose one star viator and got tickets from a third party ... zzz

The Palm Observatory is a must on to do list when visiting Dubai. The view from the Level 52 is stunning an so beautiful. The aquarium when entering the view is gorgeous. The introductory of how the palm was built was so informative an interesting. I enjoyed every bit of it. Will highly recommend this.

They didn’t accept the viator tkts and requested me to call the tour operator to get the QR codes. Very embarrassing

Wonderful experience! So amazing to see but I wonder what will become of it if sea levels rise significantly.

It was good. But the customer service was bad. They were unprofessional and didn’t send us the bar code so we couldn’t enter then we had to waste time and call them and then we got it.

All staff members were brilliant. views were fantastic. vip lounge is a must. lovely and cool after the heat outside on the viewing deck. would highly recommend.

When attending this experience we arrived about 5 minutes before last entry, and we had the whole experience to ourselves! There is an interactive experience as you enter, giving some background on the development and creation of the Palm which was quite interesting. You then go in a lift that takes you up to the viewing platform where the view is stunning. As I said, we arrived quite late, and so we were the only people there other than staff, so we had the whole viewing deck to ourselves to admire the view and take pictures. I appreciate if you go at a busier time the experience may not be the same, however for us this was really enjoyable. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and informative (despite the fact we were the only reason they couldn’t shut up shop!).

I had cancelled my ticket in time due to the political situation, for weeks no one could be reached, then there was a general answer text, I have not got my money back to this day, meanwhile my bank is on the complaint, because nobody moves there, too bad I would have rebooked the experience safely as soon as we had got there

This is definitely one of the highlights in Dubai. The views of Palm Island are breathtaking. We arrived just before sunset. You can then enjoy the view in daylight and in darkness. I also recommend booking the more expensive ticket without queuing. You can get past all the lines and get up and down quickly. In addition, you can access a slightly higher platform from the observation deck via a staircase. There are considerably fewer people and you can enjoy the view and take great photos in peace. If you are in Dubai, you should not miss it. Clear recommendation.

Certainly we do not have the view obstructed by the metal beams but since we are not at the edge of the building, we lose sensation.

Enterprise not flexible On the day of the tour was raining, and as there is open area in the view it would not be possible to visit, Enterprise did not refund and even issued new tickets

Incroyable. On se rend réellement compte de la grandeur de l’île artificielle. Personnel gentil. Accès au musée + reportage en vidéo afin de mieux comprendre son histoire et sa construction. A faire sur Dubai !

O local é maravilhoso e recomendo. Quanto a gestão dos bilhetes foi lamentável. Nunca recebi os bilhetes, na informação que enviaram, indicavam um local de resgate que não existe, andamos kilometros e perdemos horas num país que não conhecemos e não dominamos a língua. Conseguimos chegar devido a simpatia de um segurança na Marina que ligou para o local , e com quase 3h de atraso.
