Have rebooked tickets for 3pm and arrive c30 mins before our time. (As per instructions)The queue was massive at that time. There were no signs anywhere to say it this was a queue to buy tickets or for pre booked. Eventually found a worker and told to join the queue. When we eventually moved along and the queue got into the building it then snaked around in side (it was stifling). This took about an hour. The queue then moved into rooms. About 50/60 at a time to see history of Palm and other info After 2 hrs we were inside building still in dark queue. No worker to be seen. Eventually got to the lifts. (Only 2) about 20 could get in at a time. But they were constant letting those with premium tickets jump in ahead. People were getting really agitated At 5.30 we got to the top - only to see people in a q to get back We took about 5 photos andwere so exhausted , hot , kids were so cross we just queued to go back down. It was the worst organised experience I have ever been too and it ruined what should have been a lovely experience. They obviously sold way too many tickets for each slot.

On Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, you’ll find one of the most spectacular palm trees, the Palm Tower. This modern 52-story five-star hotel and residential development is an engineering marvel with award-winning architecture. This tower is set to be one of Dubai’s most prestigious landmarks, comprising the St. Regis Dubai, 432 elegant apartments, an observatory, and an infinity pool! Many are calling The Palm Tower ‘the most spectacular palm tree in Dubai’, and for good reason. Built-in the heart of the artificially-created Palm Jumeirah, this award-winning building project is built in the shape of a palm tree. The tower exudes luxury, with its stunning apartments and of course, the St. Regis Hotel. But it also boasts remarkable views of Palm Jumeirah from its observation deck on the 52nd floor. For the avid swimmers, the infinity pool on the 50th floor promises quite the experience: 200 meters of sparkling water with striking panoramic views of Dubai.

View at The Palm Dubai offers an outstanding and memorable experience that beautifully highlights the city’s charm. The observation deck provides stunning 360-degree views of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline. The journey to the top is smooth and well-organized, with informative exhibits explaining the vision and development of the Palm. The viewing area is spacious, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery comfortably and capture amazing photos. Both daytime and sunset visits are equally impressive. The staff are friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. However, the photos clicked by the staff are quite expensive and could be more affordable to encourage more visitors to take home professional memories. Overall, it remains a must-visit attraction in Dubai.
Booking was easy. View was amazing because we had the perfect weather. Lines were not long so it was fast access. Everything is expensive at the top. Paid parking at the bottom if you are driving, not expensive.
Good ambience Staff very helpful Mesmerizing picture Worth visiting again and again A must visit before you die it should be in your bucket list
The Palm Jumeirah viewing is a beautiful sight and place to visit the best time to visit the Palm jumeirah is during sunset and beyond at the top of the view there aNice restaurant
Very beautiful and professional stuff, highly recommend ! The view was clear and the cooperation of the team was amazing.
Amazing views of the palm and so informative it’s not just up and down they teach you so much in just 5 mins and then you can spend up to 2 hours up here eating and drinking which was an experience I recommend going half an hour before sunset and you get the most picturesque views the only fault was the service from the photographers we had to physically find them to get a picture and they were very short with us dies to only having one photographer
Having had some photos taken, I purchased a photo from the counter. I was given a QR code which I was told to use later. When I got home, I found the QR code was invalid. Having contacted the photo service (DEI Global) who took the photos at the observation deck, they said I only paid for the printed version. I then offered to pay for the digital version, but they said I had to return back to site in person to do so. Obviously I cannot simply fly over 3,000 miles just to pay for a digital version. The salesperson at the venue did not say anythig about paying for the digital photo, but instead telling me to use the QR code for the digital copy. There was problems at the shop counter as well, when the person serving me did not process my tax free claim. When I asked, she said I did not meet the minimum amount required even though I did. I had to show her an official website which indicated the tax-free eligibility.
It was beautiful experience wonderful view of the palm island. Great spot to see the skyline from 360 degree and beyond.
We had 6:30pm tickets/reservations for dinner at Lolli and the View of course. It took so long to actually get through and get to the top that we were 40 minutes late for our reservation and the sun had already set. The restaurant was out of a few things and the menu was limited to begin with. By the time we finished eating the 360-degree viewing was only 180-degrees and we couldn’t even see the actual Palm because that half of the deck was being occupied by the bar/nightclub establishment. Food was so-so and the view was disappointing.
Had a very nice and romantic time watching the sun set our first night in Dubai. The weather was nice and the food and drinks on the roof are good. The views are great between the city itself, the sunset, and the island. Overall, the area is very beautiful as well.
We purchased tickets for the 52 and 54 floors via Get Your Guide from the UK and paid in sterling. App based QR used to gain entry along with another form of id to use with the codes. Interesting interactive area before taking the lift to the view detailing the construction of the palm. Walk around area on the 52 provides views of the palm and surrounding areas. Plenty of photo opportunities. There are steps leading to the 54 floor and not ideal if you are less able. The 54 area is a small outside viewing area and was busy as it was almost sunset. Plenty of Instagram worthy sunset shots 😁. Nakheel mall is at the base of the View and taxis are available to pick up and drop off. Waitrose and M&S food is also located in the mall.
The View at the Palm wasn’t originally on our itinerary when visiting but am so glad we did it. The visit starts with a great interactive floor show giving you a history of the palm and information on how the palm was developed which I found really interesting. Ascending in the lifts is a quick experience and takes you up to the viewing platform which gives spectacular views across The Palm. This really gives you a sense of the engineering which went into developing these islands and a view which you don’t really get from other platforms in Dubai so I would recommend this to people visiting. My only slight criticism would be the anti-glare on the glass around the outside can cause some blurring and could use some work to improve but only a really minor point and doesn’t affect the overall experience.
The views from the 52nd floor are amazing and the brief overview by way of interactive map guide to how The Palm was built and then a 3 minute video were both fascinating. Would recommend. It cost £47 for us as a couple to visit and I would say much better value than the Burj Khalifa at £161!
How not to do it! Terrible service from staff - packed into tight queues like cattle with no air conditioning or water. Was told I could upgrade my ticket to fast track for a fee, then told by someone else not possible. Yet people with children were being fast tracked without paying. Staff (particularly one woman) seemed to be enjoying the power-trip of making people queue. No indications of how long the wait was, and then made to go to “interactive” zone to stand on things on floor with no interest about whether people were able to do this or not. Absolutely crammed into lift which was not enjoyable. Great views at top (only positive). Queues again to come back down. This could be such a great tourist attraction but unfortunately the staff working there make it terrible, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
What a beautiful view! Personally found it very peaceful, less crowded than Burj Khalifa and cheaper on your wallet. The entrance is from the Nakheel mall and not the hotel. Went around sunset to get both the day and night view. It turned out to the best decision.
Staff are so rude pushing people in a out of rooms no queing system such a horrible experience. No air conditioning. The management should be ashamed of themselves
As we were staying just across the road from The View we had a walk over there one morning, and just kept walking and in the end dropped in to see what it was all about, we are glad that we did, we paid extra to go up to the next level so we didn't have the glass obstructing our views. Before we went up, there was a presentation, this was carried out on the floor, it was very impressive how it was done, it was also interactive, so you were asked to step on a particular point on the floor, this then expanded out and gave an explanation of how the Palm was built, the lifts to the observation deck were also impressive .
Unbelievable. So poor. Before you even get to the attraction you are held like cattle in tiny enclosed space. The staff are incredibly rude. They man handle the guests into ridiculous small spaces. Totally dreadful. Avoid at all costs.
A total mess. They push people and don’t make the complete experience. Expositions are not done. Perniles is rude. We requested for pregnancy assistance and they totally ignored us. It is my 3th visit, but after this last experience I consider not to bring my guest again in future opportunities. The quality of the product is highly deteriorated in high peak seasons. Think twice before coming.
My first impression of this massive 240 meter tall tower was that it was a little bit ugly and not in keeping with the surrounding area. However once inside i really enjoyed the presentation on how the Palm was constructed, i found the information and exhibits interesting. A quick ride in the lift to the 360 degree viewing platform and the views are incredible. Sure to say you wont get views of the Palm like this unless in an aeroplane.
My workmates and I took a taxi out to the Palm Jumeirah to give ‘The View At The Palm’ a go. As you’d expect, the building stands tall at the base of the Palm (240m to be exact) and the observatory sits directly above the popular ‘Aura Sky Pool’. We booked our tickets in advance and visited during the 10:15 morning slot. We were treated with a journey through the timeline of the Palms construction and it was actually pretty interesting. There were plenty of interactive areas, relevant to both adults and children, and an amazing screening of its history played through the floor, just before you go to the top deck. The views were brilliant - 360 degree panoramas of the Palm, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. I think during sunrise / sunset it would be even better. The only moan I would have is that there weren’t any points where you could get a photograph without catching the shiny metalwork in it. Again, minor in the grand scheme of things but something to mention. Overall however, this was a great morning and the feedback from the group as a whole was very positive!
Beautiful View of Palm Jumeirah Dubai. Must visit when you come to Dubai. The best time is from 5:00pm so u will captured the sunset.
Breathing views of the palm island. Seeing is believing. A good day out for everyone to experience whilst here in Dubai.
This is a much underrated experience! Great views of Palm Island and Dubai. There is some introductory experience before going up the levels. I was really impressed. I booked level 52 and 54. Just be aware that access to level 54 involves walking up outdoor stairs to the roof. It's a little daunting if you are afraid of heights! But the view is uninterrupted! I booked the Monorail pass and took a ride across the island. You can see the postcard view of Atlantis Hotel. Highly recommend.
We booked easily online in the morning and attended at 3pm the same day, we did this because on the previous days the weather had been hazy. There was no queue and we were able to go straight up to the viewing platform. The views were great and everything was well organised with very few other people there. We spent around an hour there (it was too hot for much longer)
It a place to be if tou are visiting Dubai. I recommend to go there during Sunset. It the best Sunset View you will see, the pictures only will say everything 👇
The view of the palm from here is spectacular, especially at sunset. The 360 degree viewing gallery is open air all the way round and did not feel rushed or crowded. There are a few bar and restaurant options to sit down for a while as well and we found it a much better over experience than the Burj Khalifa. Definitely worth a visit.
Fantastic tourist attraction and not that expensive and you can often get a discount. Fantastic view over the palm. Certainly worth visiting this place.
We booked n advance for a late morning slot. The views at the top ar spectacular of the city, the palm, Dubai Marina and the Burj Al Arab. We were apparently fortunate thee was no morning mist / haze. Thoroughly recommended.
We had stayed on the Palm in a resort and loved it, but seeing the Palm from the 52 floor of The View at the Palm is believe me amazing. We wanted to see the sunset therefore arrived towards 05:00 pm, I recommend you go at that time as you will be able to enjoy both daytime as well as breathtaking sunset. Before taking the elevator we where shown an introductory video explaining the origins and history of the Palm which is very interesting. What can I say a marvelous experience with breathtaking views. We also enjoyed a cappuccino and delicious pastry at the Madeleine et Marcel the Boutique Pâtisserie. You can spend as much time as you like and stroll around as you want the view is to die for. e went on March 1st and must say it was a bit cold up there, so suggest you bring a sweater with you just in case. A must do when visiting Dubai. Thank you Mr Mohamed Mahdouk for making our day a memorable one.
Fantastic views from both 52nd and 54th floors, the tour also includes information of how the island was built. Book in advance if possible and vip if you can . Well worth a trip
Better than the Burj Khalifa! It’s a much more intimate experience, the view is spectacular and well worth seeing. We came at sunset so the timing was perfect!
This is my fisrt international visit and loved dubai a lot. It was much better than i had expected. The view of the palm is a must visit place here. We were assisted very nicely by Mr talal.
Thank you so much Talal it was an unforgettable experience here at the view I would recommend everyone to visit the view.
Stunning view of The Palm - incredible engineering. But without ‘skip the line’, a 6:00pm ticket means entry at 8:00pm!
A little pricey but more than just and elevator ride up. Interactive maps and engineering explanations make it pleasant. View is great, especially at sunset (if you can get around all the Instagram models...)
I am in love with the palm! Just stunning and fascinating how it was built. This was a great experience to learn more about how the palm was built and the views are simply stunning.
A lot of people have questioned the integrity of holidayys.com with regard to their bookings. We had no such problems as our entrance to see these magnificent views was unproblematic. However, I have rated this review as 4 when it should definitely be a 5. The reason for this is the waiting times to get in to see the views and the one thing that everyone is complaining about.....the so called skip the line ticket that simply doesn't exist. We also had this, but on speaking to one of the employees, I was told everyone has this on their tickets but you have to queue with everyone else. There were some people that were let through in front of the queue when they arrived so they must have bought some different ticket to allow them to skip the queue. That withstanding, once you get to the top of the hotel the views are 360 degrees but there's only one side you're interested in. The price paid to see this awesome sight was well worth it - even with the queueing - and no skip the line privilages
First of all I’d recommend you book online on the official site, we visited this month and payed less then trip advisor are charging, we bought just standard entry tickets and arrived a good hour before our allotted time, lines where very very long, well organised but I was shocked how many people tried to push in and how many people just let them do it, there appeared to be no skip the lines entry. Well worth the wait (and frustrations) to get in though, views where amazing.
There is no skipping line in this Ski-the-line offering. You still stand in line and it did not feel at all you have any faster access than those standing next to you to get their tickets. Going up on the 148 floor is worth it… just make sure you go to the outside sections with entrance through the revolving door in the gift shop
Do not book with this tour company they never sent me the ticket and I had to buy a ticket. I tried contacting them so many times and they never picked up my phoen neither did Viator do anything about getting me the refund. So disappointed
Never book this ticket to skip the line. This is just a rip-off. I had taken this ticket at a higher cost and stood with my toddler though out the queue. When I checked with customer care for the meaning of the so-called "Skip-The-Line," This was the reply, "most of the tourists have booked the Skip-the-line option for all the operators of this tour due to high season, which leads to a queue on the spot" Is this a joke? I never expected this from Tripadvisor.
I don’t want to share any You should make this an obligation I will never make an evaluation This should be optional
Great place to visit - definitely recommend. However, there were many issues with our tickets. We only received our ticket the day of the tour - which would not be a problem if this was communicated to us. Prior to the tour day we contacted viator which told us to contact the operator. When we contacted the operator they left us on read and only sent the tickets the day of. We had purchased the skip the line, prime time tickets but when we checked the tickets it was only general admission prime time tickets. Again, we contacted the operator which ignored our messages and calls on whatsapp. We contacted the operator after again and they told us they had sent the right tickets (which they did not) and again left us on read. We contacted viator and did end up receiving a partial refund.
Never got to see it. We bought tickets through TripAdvisor and due to heavy traffic we were late a few minutes. This was on our last evening stay in Dubai. When we got to the counter we were told that our tickets can not be used because we were 5 min late and it was prime hour. They wanted us to buy new tickets or reach out to TripAdvisor to update the tickets to prime hour. I contacted TripAdvisor right away and they told me that they had no tickets for that afternoon and would not refund our original ticket that we had purchase and did not use. It was short of a disappointment to go all the way there and not be able to see the view.
Great view of the palms. Breathe taking views. I was surprised before you go to the top they have an interactive demonstration of the palms and a brief history.
The Palm Jumeirah is truly a sight to behold. With its pristine beaches, crystal clear waters and lush greenery it's hard not be in awe of this paradise on earth! Thanks Amani Tours !!
The View At the Palm is fantastic, once you get to the top. I do recommend the experience. I do not recommend that you purchase through this tour provider as despite the fact that you believe you are buying a fast pass ticket all you get is the general admission. The ticket taker at the View said that they have had problems like this before and that it is recommended you buy directly from the View web site. Oh, and once you order through holidayys.ae they keep sending. you texts to buy more but failed to answer any texts regarding the ticket issue. Trip Advisor should remove them.
Well the site offered to book the event at 23:00 o'clock in the night when in reality at 21:00 is the latest you can book as at 22:00 the whole place closes. As a result I bought the tickets went there and found the security guard who explained to me the whole situation. Not to mention the 140AED back and forth that I paid for taxi. The 1 star is a compliment.
