This is the most see. I went at 10 AM and there was no line I was able to go up and have a beautiful view. Definitely I must do if you are in Dubai. Instructions were easy to follow.

Do not book with this company. The views themselves were wonderful. But the start of yhe experience was ruined due to arriving and my tickets not being valid. We were pulled aside and had to waot 30 minutes for this to be sorted. We were embarrassed by the whole situation which shoukd have been enjoyable. Book through a different company to enjoy the experience.
Fantastic way to experience the Burj. The 154th floor is great, lovely canapés. The views of Dubai are stunning. We hoped to be up for sunset but it does take a bit of time to get up ( security / lifts/ volume of people ) so give yourself extra time if you want to see a sunset properly
We pre reserved our tickets for sunset and we were in time as it was on our tickets, but unfortunately we had to wait a lot and we lost the sunset. I don’t think that there is good organisation. They should do something because we were waiting hours until we reached the top. My experience is not the only one but two times and unfortunately, the first time was the same. Everybody was very stressed and the small children was crying around us.
Missed out on the observation deck and the meal was not in the tower. Waste of money. Do not book this
Visiting the Burj Khalifa is certainly an experience worth having at least once when visiting Dubai. The building itself is impressive and the views over the city are beautiful. However, knowing what I know now, I honestly wouldn’t have spent this amount of money on the experience. We paid around €45 per person, and for that price, we expected something much more special. The ticket only gives access to the observation levels approximately halfway up the building, which makes the price feel extremely high for what is actually included. Don’t get me wrong — the views are impressive and it’s definitely a great photo opportunity. But once you’re up there, the experience is relatively simple: you go up, enjoy the view, take some photos and come back down. For us, €45 is simply too expensive for what you actually get. If I could go back and choose how to spend that money, I would have much rather spent the afternoon at the beach or visited the Dubai Aquarium, for example. I think we would have enjoyed either of those experiences more and felt that the money was better spent. I’m glad we did it because it’s one of those iconic things you can say you’ve experienced in Dubai, but if you’re deciding how to spend your money during your trip, I would seriously consider other options first. Impressive? Absolutely. Worth €45 per person? For us, definitely not.
Dear Viator Customer Services, I am writing to make a formal complaint about our recent Burj Khalifa experience, which was extremely disappointing and stressful from the very beginning. We booked this trip through Viator because we had always trusted Viator to provide good experiences, and we were really looking forward to visiting the Burj Khalifa, especially as we had booked a 6:00 pm time slot specifically so that we could experience the sunset. Unfortunately, everything went wrong from the moment we arrived. We had great difficulty finding the advertised meeting point. We asked two security staff for directions, but each one sent us to a different entrance. My husband and I were left walking backwards and forwards between the entrances, worried that we were going to miss our booked time. There was no guide, no group and no clear meeting point. We tried contacting Viator through the messaging system, but received no useful response at the time. We were also extremely hot and becoming increasingly stressed and concerned that we would miss our booking. Eventually, we managed to contact the tour guide. We were told to go to KFC, so we went there and contacted the guide again, only to be told that he was not there and that we should simply continue inside. After already walking around for approximately half an hour trying to find someone, this was extremely frustrating. There was still no clear assistance or guidance. When we finally got inside, we then faced a very long queue of approximately an hour and a half. As a result, we completely missed the sunset that we had specifically booked the 6:00 pm time slot to see. What should have been one of the highlights of our Dubai holiday was instead a very stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish. We understand that queues and crowds can sometimes be unavoidable, but the problems before we even entered the attraction were caused by the lack of clear instructions, the difficulty contacting the tour operator and the absence of a guide at the advertised meeting point. We have used Viator to book trips before and have always had confidence in the service, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing. I would therefore appreciate an explanation as to why the meeting arrangements were so unclear, why there was no guide available at the meeting point, why we were unable to get timely assistance, and why we were left to find our own way into the attraction. I would also like Viator to consider appropriate compensation or a refund, given that we paid for a specific timed experience and missed the sunset we had booked because of the problems with the tour arrangements. We look forward to receiving your response and an explanation of what went wrong. Kind regards Lynnette Allard John Allard
It's definitely a must do while you are in Dubai. But it's nothing special. The whole system of walkways to get to and from the elevator is pretty long. There are a lot of informative displays along the way , if you're interested. And lots of shops to get souvenirs.
Really easy to book with Viator. I looked at different companies to get the best deal as family of 3, but they were the best price and easy if you're a member. Burj Khalifa is breath taking, the setup is great,. I saw reviews that people waited over 45 mins, we booked at 6pm and we were up on floor 124 in less than 30 mins, as there's a good walk and security to pass. Busy, but enough space fir all. Definitely to see if you are visiting Dubai.
Had a great experience going up to floor 125. You can pay again to go up another 15 floors but didnt see the point . To be honest i dont know if this was me a bit lost , used the escelator in the mall to the lower level which is were the way is . I didnt see signs showing way in at bottom of escelator . So i went outside by the fountain. Walked around the lake looking for entrance ,i ended up walking right round the whole building to security lodge on yhe other side ,probably about 1/2 mile walk. Were the security gaurd informed me i needed to go back to the Mall for entrance 🥹. It was 50 degrees outside & it neatry killed me off 🥵. Thought i was going to collapse . I made it to kfc to buy a bottle of water & cool off . Soon as i come out the back of KFC i could see the entrance in the Mall . I was so annoyed with myself . Great experience once inside & amazing views . My only gripe is there is not 1 place to sit up there & just relax to admire the views . So i sat on the floor to drink some water . Would definately go again especially as i now know were the entrance is . 🫣
An amazing view. The lift is super quick and smooth. We didn’t realise coffee was included which was a pleasant surprise.
The Burj Khalifa is undoubtedly an engineering marvel, but the overall visitor experience didn’t live up to the hype. The observation deck is extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the views or take good photos. Long queues, even with timed tickets, took away much of the excitement. The experience feels highly commercialised, and considering the ticket price, it doesn’t offer great value for money. Once you’ve admired the view for 20–30 minutes, there’s very little else to do. If visibility is poor due to Dubai’s summer haze, the panoramic views can also be quite underwhelming. I can appreciate the achievement of constructing the world’s tallest building, but as a tourist attraction, I expected something more memorable. Unless you’re visiting on a perfectly clear day or are particularly interested in skyscrapers, there are other attractions in Dubai that provide a more enjoyable overall experience.
Very disappointed booked this experience and when we arrived we noticed that we were sent wrong ticket, i messaged to say that they had sent us wrong tickets never got new ones an we had to bye new ones at the event as we were travelling home the next day, communication from them was really non existent all I got back was contact customer servers I asked for a email got no response luckily I paid with credit card as my bank has taken up the cace
Worthless. Hours of waiting even if you book a specific time.
Have to wait at the entrance for 45min to resolve ticket been not issued upon arrival although it was fully paid. Disappointing .
Entrance is in the Dubai Mall. Incredible view, over 140 stories high. Would highly recommend even if traveling solo.
We booked for the Burj Khalifa well in advance of our visit and stay in Dubai. We arrived 20mins before our allotted time of 11:30am, only to have to stand in a queue for over two and a half hours, before we got into a lift to take us up to the observation deck. It was certainly not worth the wait, or the money paid, and when trying to come back down, you have to queue yet again. It was so busy on the Observation deck that you are lucky to get to the front to actually see anything. My honest opinion is steer well clear, it is not worth the money or the time spent standing in a queue.
There is a long wait in the morning but moves along fast. From 10 am onwards line is short. It is worth the wait
Be prepared for long queues so best to get the skip the line tickets but either way we'll worth the trip
Well worth the adventure! Very organized entry and nice people “running the show!” Views are well worth the trip. Be sure to visit the Dubai Mall while there.
We were there earlier, we sow night and morning. We are very happy. Everything was OK. We were there on monday morning, very few people were here.
Bought tickets in advance via trip advisor on arrival our QR code would not work. The chap tried several times. We could not gain entry .Company will not refund. Say we got there too late. We got there on time !! Annoyingly did not take any photos to prove anything. Not that we should have to. Do not buy tickets through Royal Smart Tourism.
£233 alot of money for the experience. When up to 148th floor, once you had walked around outside and seen the sights there was nothing else up there. Definitely not worth the money for that experience.
From sky-high views to unforgettable memories, Burj Khalifa is a must for couples visiting Dubai. Standing together above the city, watching the skyline stretch endlessly, truly felt surreal. If you’re traveling to Dubai with your partner, this is a must-do experience at least once. The views are stunning, the feeling is unmatched, and it’s perfect for creating romantic memories. We booked our tickets through TripAdvisor for a smooth experience. Highly recommended for couples looking to make their Dubai trip extra special.
We booked for a 9.30pm time slot, arrived at the Dubai Mall At The Top entrance at 8.30pm where we were funnelled into a cramped queuing system. We spent three hours queuing, during which there was constant attempts at queue jumping, it was hot, cramped and generally unpleasant, with nowhere to sit other than the floor in all that time You're then squashed into a lift - which admittedly is pretty cool inside when you're moving and only takes a minute to get to the 124th floor. Once up there, the view is awesome but it is only a view so we were done within about 15/20 mins. We then had to get back into a queue to get into the lift back down, which took another hour We paid over £200 for this experience for four of us (1 adult and three kids) otherwise I would've left after about an hour. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would nor recommend it at all If you can afford the fast track, it might be more pleasant but as the mere standard ticket buyers, it's incredibly frustrating watching them all go in front of you and constantly make your wait time even longer
Really disappointed with the experience at the Burj Kalifa. We had a 4 hour wait to get to the lift of the Burj and an hour wait for the lift on the way down. It really is misleading as you have a set time for the visit and it states to get there 30 minutes before your experience only to have to wait 4 hours in order to get to the lift. After an hours queuing, you feel you have invested enough time in it, in order to keep going, but it is deceptively structured, thinking you are getting g somewhere only to find another hours queue around the corner. If you really want to see it, invest in the fast pass, as it is your holiday and time is valuable. I wish we had.
An absolute waste of money and time. Ridiculously long lines. We waited for over two hours (not including the extra 30+ mins to exit) packed like sardines into an elevator and then sent off to the observation of disappointment. There was no guidance once were finally got to the top, we had to find our own way upstairs which led us top a gift shop. There was limited room to actually see the view which was disappointing due to the hazy windows. This was nothing special. If you book, just know that you are paying money to wait over 2 hours in line just to browse the overpriced gifts at the gift shop.
The view at the 148th floor was breathtaking! The VIP treatment was amazing: no waiting in line, pre lift reception with refreshments and at our viewing point as well. We couldn’t go outside to the viewing deck due to preparations for 4th fireworks. By the way, we viewed the fireworks later that night at Burj Park right in front of the Burj Khalifa. I highly recommend this tour.
They ask for a reservation time but I still waited an extra 1:15 to get to the elevator. The views were a typical high tower view of a city.
The line up situation at this venue was an absolute gong show. There are multiple places where two or more lines merge into one, where it feels like everyone is butting in front of everyone else because there’s no staff to moderate the flow. We had 9am tickets and entered the line at 8:45, and had still not gotten on the elevator to go up at 9:45am. My son with Autism had a had time with all the lines that just felt never ending. It’s a nice view, but it’s not worth the length of time in the line. If you’re going to go, pay for the skip the line pass (which we didn’t have the option of when purchasing ahead of time - perhaps they were all sold out for our time a lot?). It’s embarrassing for a venue of this prestige to have such a terrible line system. They need to get an efficiency expert in here.
Very well-organised and run tour to the top of the Burj Khalifa! Definitely worth seeing and experiencing. Great refreshments served too and many opportunities to pick up a souvenir or memento.
Good experience to see Dubai sky line for top. Waiting time for entry was minimum. If there would have been guide to explain the buildings it would have been better experience.
Very organized and easy to find. We enjoyed it. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Almost got my QR code 752618 via Whatsapp right away with no issue plus a detailed guide about how to get there.
It’s crowded! Look at the weather forecast, could not see much and what was there was white! Also too many people sitting next to the windows not looking at the view but playing on their phones.
I’d rate it for 3.5 out of 5. I booked the early morning ticket trying to get a view of sunrise but the admission was not smooth because this ticket only has a bar code that requires the staff to contact the local operator to reissue a new ticket. For the view it was stunning but you come from a big city and work/live among those high rise buildings it was not a wow experience…
Cool to see but for $600 for three people it may not have been worth it for such a short and a little crowded experience. Would be nice to pair with something like the fountain show
It was a great experience. The waiting lines were atrocious. The admission fee was quite high. We would recommend it!!!
The experience was incredible and the view was spectacular. We met an amazing person named Ikram who made us feel special and at home.
Booking this was a disaster. While we paid for this in advance, no tickets were issued so we were not allowed in. I received a message that the tickets we purchased were not available at the time we requested. Although I responded with an available time, no tickets were issued. Now, I cannot find a way to get a refund online.
went there on a monday at 9 am. had to wait already around 45-50 mins to go up we ended up going via the armani hotel/building as allowed by the security guards. views were nice during the morning, perhaps nicer in the evening. the day we were, a lil bit dusty so we could not see as much into the desert as we had hoped for.
Get there early to avoid long queues or be prepared to pay additional fast track cost. Interesting stories along the entry and exits to pass the time. Incredible achievement by multi national team.
The price of this experience can deter some, but it was absolutely worth it! This became one of my top experiences in Dubai. My ticket allowed me to visit the 125th and 148th floors, where the views were breathtaking. The restaurant experience was simply delightful. The food was delicious, and we were able to purchase fountain lights during our dinner. The friendly staff, including Ivern who took our photos, made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would give it a 15 out of 10. I can’t wait to return and experience it again.
The ticket collection from the QR code queueing was a bit tedious and there seemed to be 3 queues filtering into 1 line. There is a ticket purchase desk within the Dubai Mall and it may have been better to show the QR code there to pick up tickets and then enter the queue for security and ticket check to get to the lift . The experience was a one-off but sky not really clear as the sunset. Rather smoggy from all the continued construction. Length of time on the viewing level of 124/125 was satisfactory. Ticket price as was expected. The structure and the story of it's construction is certainly a feat of engineering.
The trip to the observation deck of the Burj Khalif was horrendous, queue after queue after queue! Get fast track if you can. The observation deck was amazing, the views across Dubai were incredible. We queued again to go back down. At the bottom there was no one available to show us where to go for our meal. We asked several people that worked there and finally a security guard took us to where we were meant to be. The meal was lovely, as where the views across Dubai fountains. There were three choices of each starter, main and dessert to choose from. The waiter was very polite and brought the food after asking if we were ready. Alcohol was available to purchase with the meal. Fabulous experience.
We had an 11:30 timeslot. Because the lines were so long we did not get to the top until 1:00. The view is spectacular, but the effort to get there was too much
Viator scammed us with this tour! THIS IS A SCAM! We had an 1100 ticket time but the line was so long that I almost passed out from hours of standing and waiting to get in. Neither the administrators at Burj Khalifa or Viator was concerned about the unreasonable conditions or lack of accommodation. AVOID THIS TOUR ON THIS APP AND ALL OTHERS! Stayed on phone with Viator and was put on hold and then “accidentally” hung up on! AVOID!!!
Took over 2 hours to get up. Was not able to participate in the meal we paid extra for. Lack of communication with where to go and how to access tickets.
The queue was of two and a half hours, too much people at once. The view was nice but it’s not worth to wait so much time in the line for 30-45 minutes at the top. We bought the tickets online.
Queue was very long, and people jumping the queues with no consequences. Very hot in the waiting areas and lift. Great views but expensive. Front desk very understaffed and staff talking between themselves when we were waiting.
