Skip The Line: The View At The Palm Entry To Level 52 + 54

They cancelled it the last minute and offered a general entry for the next day. We bought the sklp the line ticket and hopefully we will get the refund.

I actually think this is superior to the Burj Khalifa viewing experience. Worth getting the upgraded experience to access the 54th. The views from there are open air. Also highly recommend splurging for the Fast Track upgrade because you will save tons of time from queuing. At about the half the cost of the more well known Burj Khalifa observatory, it's the better deal.

Enjoyed the experience. View on the 54 floor is a must see and worthy the extra price. One of the best views of Dubai skyline.

A good expirence, I went at 1pm and didnt really seem to need the fast pass ticket as there was no one in the other queue, but when I got back down the queue was huge, so think I got lucky ! The view is amazing, but very hot (late april) so you cant stay there very long.

It’s make things easier for both ways going up and down but in April it was really hot 🔥 you will struggle to take pictures.

We attended the view at the palm and decided to pay a little more and go to the highest point of the building; level 54. As we approached the top at sunset, via the stairs, we felt like we were climbing a staircase to paradise. This feeling was created by a gentle breeze, very relaxing music which was playing through the speakers, and the gentle opening up of breathtaking views with every step we took. Level 54 is certainly worth every penny, as it allows you the opportunity to see the palm with completely uninterrupted views. We were the only ones left at the top of the view at the palm by approximately 8pm, which we stayed until closing. During our alone time, we asked the security guard; Feh, to take a series of photos of us, which he was more than happy to accommodate. It was like having a personal photographer. When the palm lit up at night, revealing its jaw dropping, magical design, we decided to re-create our first dance from our wedding, as it was our Honeymoon and we were celebrating one of our Birthday. Again, Feh took the time to record a full video for us and with a smile on his face, complimented our dance and described how it made his evening even nicer. We were very fortunate to be the only ones left, as it allowed Feh to be able to video us without having to keep an eye on everything. This was the perfect way to end our first night in Dubai, thanks to fantastic views, incredible weather, a cosy ambiance and the assistance of a very helpful member of staff. Highly recommended. Fog in the morning. 11 am is a good time. Interesting surroundings. Will come back next time.

You do exactly what the trip says. Cook views, fairly long lines. Good experience overall. Option for a cool [pricey] custom picture.

Very fast access to floors 52/54. Outstanding views, floor 54 is a must. Easy access to the mono rail with travel to the Atlantis hitel

The directions and organization of the tour was excellent. It was well worth the extra $ to skip the line. Access to the 54the level was easy and the views from there are breathtaking!

Viator routed our booking to a local agency (we booked 5pm for 4 adults, 3 kids) first they send us only 7 tickets. Then when I questioned them, they sent me 7 tickets. Upon arrival we realized they gave us 4 adult tickets for entry at 6pm and kids for 7pm!!!!! Mind you we pay a lot of money for the prime time ie 5pm. Then we were blocked at the entrance. They allowed only 3 folks to go (1 kid included after we almost begged them). Next they told us to come back at 630 and we we allowed in only by 7. By that time the sun has set and it was past prime time. The travel agency refused to respond to my refund requests and ignored my WhatsApp. So did Viator when I called them. I strongly discourage anyone using them to NOT USE THEM. They scammed us.

poor communication from the tour operator led to confusion and issues upon arrival. never received my ticket from the operator but fortunately the staff at the Palms was able to assist. as for the tour, it is a nice presentation of the Palm islands and the views are worth a trip if your schedule permits.

Kinda had low visibility of the area. Otherwise it was a good time. Had lunch on the tower, and had a good introduction to the construction of the site

We enjoyed the views and photos from level 52 and 54. I recommend booking level 54 deck observation (next level & fast track). Level 54 allows for better unobstructed views of Dubai.

Absolutely breath taking. A man made island views are just amazing. Would defo recommend getting fast tracks we didn’t need to wait or line up. Booked it for 6pm got there earlier we were able to get sunset pictures and then got to go to level 54 which was even more beautiful your allowed 30mins on this level. There is no time restriction on level 52.

Top organization. Cutting lines is really very interesting and effective. Great experience. Don't forget to walk up to the additional two floors

Perfectly organized, very punctual pick up at the hotel. And really came to the lift without queuing and drove up.For the very top floor 54 you would have to show the ticket again and then you could go all the way up.The view was great also due to the good weather.Down it went just as without queuing. I can recommend it.

Stuffy, closes early, the view side of the panorama was closed, price for 1 person is 100 AED. The average stay is 10-15 minutes... without visiting the restaurant.
