The safari tour was an incredible experience. Mustafa Ghulam Yasin, who accompanied us, was extremely polite and kind. We had a wonderful time and created great memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit.
We booked and paid for a Private Desert Safari for 6 adults, clearly confirmed in writing and again at the hotel desk by Mr. Hasnain. The tour was supposed to run from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The pickup was heavily delayed, with multiple conflicting updates. The first vehicle that arrived was not suitable for 6 people, causing further delay. As a result, we reached the desert only around 4:30 PM, losing a large part of the experience, including proper time for the sunset. Due to the delay, all activities were rushed, with long queues and very limited time. The camp was extremely crowded (hundreds of people), which is completely inconsistent with a “private experience”. The activities ended around 7:45 PM, much earlier than promised. We tried to make the best of the situation to avoid wasting an entire vacation day, but the service delivered was materially different from what was sold and confirmed. Unfortunately, the agency has not taken responsibility or offered an adequate refund.

Absolutely amazing experience !! Deepa was highly recommended by one of my friends. We were accompanied by our tour guide who was very professional and easy to approach and made our trip enjoyable. We have been on many desert safaris but this was by far the best we have been on. The bbq dinner had a vast quantity of dishes to suit all and unlimited drinks family thoroughly enjoyed the meal and entertainment.

Was a very good experience. Driver took good care of us. Sand dunes at sunset were amazing. BBQ and show also. We spent however too much time at the buggy and quad bike tracks. Not really needed seeing that we didn’t book these.
I’ve booked it Dawood Khan and it all went smoothly! Had it booked with someone else before and they cancelled on me on the trip day. Someone recommended Dawood to me and he was great. Good communication at all times. Booked 2 days in advance and still got the premium experience. The driver picked us up from the hotel and drove us to the safari. We first had about 20/30 minutes to drive a quad or just take some photos and that we’ve had the dune bushing, sand boarding and photos at sunset before driving to the campus to watch the dancing shows and have dinner. The driver was really helpful and made sure we got what we paid for! Campus staff tried to charge us for some services that were already included in the package but the driver was great and sorted it all out. I recommend the safari tour to anyone coming to Dubai, a great experience, worth doing. Lots of fun! I also recommend this agency, reasonable prices compared to what’s out there and good communication.

My friend and I had an amazing experience. The booking was really easy and flexible thanks to Daniel's great communication and prompt responses. The agency and driver (Muhammad Saqib was really kind and helpful, thank you!) took care of everything from pick-up to drop-off, we just had to relax and enjoy our little trip. The activities were well organized and we had time to do everything. The best parts were probably the desert ride, view (and picture time) as well as the dinner with all the beautiful shows (dancing, fire show...). Some activities were really short and not really worth it (from my pov), but if it's your first time in the desert, you might like it nonetheless. Overall very happy about this experience and will keep great memories, recommend it!
Desert tour with quad biking with private guide it was great. The shared safari tour with the driver it was amazing as well. The show during the dinner it was a great closure for the day. For the Jet Ski I had one hour ride following the guide with e powerfull Yamaha wave runner.Thanks to Divya at Travel desk of Leva Hotel which organized everything with professionality
