I had an amazing experience using a this vehicle in Dubai. The trip was smooth, comfortable, and the driver was incredibly professional and kind. What truly impressed me was the driver's honesty and integrity — I accidentally left my phone in the taxi, and to my surprise, he returned all the way to the airport just to give it back to me. I am deeply grateful for his honesty and excellent service. This truly made my Dubai experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I had a truly pleasant and professional transportation experience in Dubai. The service was punctual, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was courteous and well-informed. Navigating through the city was smooth, and I appreciated the driver’s local insights and respectful demeanor. It made my time in Dubai even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and charming transport service in the city.

Ikram was really-really helpful, fast and you can contact him anytime! The price is also the best for the quality :) I recommend!

Very accommodating. Driver is very good, you are relaxed during your travel, friendly and cam easy to talk with. The vehicle is clean, good a.c. Above all in Melody Luxury they have an excellent service.

We are a family of 18 and we booked all our transfers and tours during our stay in Dubai and Abu Dhabi which is a total of 7 days during the Christmas Holidays. We were given spacious busses and courteous drivers. Everyone we have talked to were all very accommodating from the start of our inquiry until the end of our tour. What I most like about them is they even get our feedback after the end of each day which shows how concerned they are on the satisfaction of their clients. They were very helpful with all our inquiries and even provided useful traveler's information during our vacation. They were our "go to" whenever we have questions about anything we need to know about Dubai even if it is no longer connected with the transfers and tours, they are always willing to help despite the time of the day of even late at night. We encountered unforeseen problems during one of our tours when the air-conditioning malfunctioned in Abu Dhabi but they were quick in sending an alternative bus all the way from Dubai. They also provided an extra vehicle when our luggage didn't fit in the bus on the way back to the airport. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to other transport companies. We even bought attraction tickets and tours from them which are also discounted as compared to buying on the gates or online. We highly recommend Melody Bus Rental and we will definitely book them again in the future.

Highly recommend these guys! Super reliable, great communication and turned up exactly on time. Will be using them again for all future group booking!

I’ve recently booked Melody Bus for a team event transportation and would like to thank them and recommend to others as well for their great service- very swift response from Riaz & Ikram, and I got a very reasonable rate. Thanks to them and the driver- Taj as well for the promptness.

We recently used this transportation service and was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The driver was not only professional but also consistently punctual, ensuring that we stayed on schedule throughout our trip. His courteous and friendly demeanor made the journey even more pleasant. The van was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the ride. It was clear that the company takes great pride in providing high-quality service. Given how smooth everything was, we will definitely be using this service again for our future trips. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable, and professional transportation.

I can really recommend MELODY LUXURYTOURS BUSES! We found them by chance last year when looking online for a full-day 14 seater + driver, they replied really quickly and it was so easy to get it all organised via whatsapp. We just had another set of one-day visits to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and it was great to check out from the hotel, leave all luggage in ghe car for the whole day, go sightseeing and then head to the airport. Quick answers, tailormade itineraries and flexibility to change things around on short notice, and all of this for a reasonable price, is exactly that we look for when booking private transportation, so again: well done and looking forward to the next time :)

It was a great experience choosing Melody Luxury Car Rentals, we rented a 14-seater van, and it was clean and comfortable, the customer service named Riaz was very accommodating and considerate I may say he is very professional to deal with, our driver was also good and focus. I can highly recommend them and definitely every time we need a big car for family tour, they are the number 1 in the list.

We recently used MELODY Bus Rentals for a company, and it was fantastic. The booking process was easy, and the customer service was very helpful. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our drivers was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth and safe ride. We were especially pleased with the punctuality and reliability of the service. Overall, MELODY Bus Rentals provided excellent value for money. I highly recommend them for any group travel needs!
