We had a wonderful experience with Everest Private Yacht Cruise! The pickup at the Dubai Marina was smooth and right on time. The yacht took us around The Palm all the way to the Burj Al Arab, offering stunning views throughout the trip. The Captain and crew member were exceptional. They were very friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helped us take beautiful family pictures, and shared interesting information about the landmarks we passed. Our family truly had a great time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Everest Private Yacht Cruise to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, scenery, and warm hospitality!

Very disappointed experience, paid for a "luxury" yacht tour with the family and on the day we had an old ,dirty boat. I tried to negotiate with the manager he was rude and didn't help. The boat we had had nothing to do with the yacht and the pictures online. The both tour guide guys were polite and nice but our tour was ruined before starting. Be careful before you book with this company.

Amazing way to see Dubai Palm and JBR. Lovely birthday treat. The crew looked after us serving our drinks, taking photos and giving information about the sights. Perfect trip. We have had a private trip four times with Everest and highly recommend them

This place is a scam. They triple-booked our slot and told us to reschedule on the day but was unable to provide a suitable alternative. Additionally, there was a lady who spoke to us over the phone (and another thru Whatsapp called Fernanda ) who were both rude, unprofessional, and refused to take accountability. We purchased this experience as a gift for my family 2 month prior, and flew all the way from the UK to experience this with them, which was ruined for us.

Service on board exceptional, highly recommend . However need to sort booking system out as receiving a message 1 hour before saying double booked was not great. Sourcing another boat was great but the trip so easily could have been ruined due to systems

From the moment we boarded, Jasper made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to help with a smile. Mr. Azeem, the captain, was equally amazing—he navigated the trip smoothly and ensured we had the best views throughout. Their teamwork made the whole experience feel seamless and luxurious. The service was truly top-notch, making it a perfect day on the water. Highly recommend this experience!

Contacted this vendor multiple times via the phone to confirm, also emailed them and never heard anything from them. Even the customer service from Viator called nothing. They finally responded 22 minutes after the tour was supposed to start. Very unprofessional

Excellent trip. Lovely boat. Superb views of Dubai. We booked for a 2 hour cruise from 6 and saw the spectacular subset and Dubai all lit up. Crew lovely and helpful. Lady who met us at the kiosk was amazingly helpful. Sorry don't know her name. High recommend

Went with a group of my girl friends. Yacht was clean and ontime. The staff was very friendly and took pictures for us at all the major highlights. We had a blast!

A fantastic birthday treat for the wife. A 2 hour trip took us all the way around the Palm. Captain Kumar and steward Jasper were excellent and made sure the experience was perfect. There is a supermarket opposite to pick up some supplies. They look after you the whole way,

We had the most amazing trip!!!! The boat was perfect lovely and clean. Both the driver (Kumar) and the tour guide (Asim) were absolutely brilliant. They were very attentive but knew when to give us time alone also. The sights are stunning! We did the 2 hour tour at 6pm and were lucky enough to get the sunset which was so romantic, bring your own beverages, nibbles and music to set the perfect scene. Is a brilliant experience for all types of groups! Honestly couldn’t fault this experience at all. Definitely a memory that will never leave us. A massive thanks to Kumar and Asim for making it so special!!!

We were late due to personal reasons but they let us turn up late and still have us a good tour around the marina. Thank you to the captain who was very nice and understanding. Was a shame we couldn’t reschedule, but nevertheless still got 45 minutes of our two hours.

My daughter suffered a incident whilst getting into the boat from the water. Here finger was nearly amputated by a sharp object on the boat. She had to have plastic surgery to reattach the fingertip. Everest said that it was not their responsibly as we had signed a liability release form. I have requested a report of the incident ( which was not reported to them by their crew)and a copy of the alleged release form 4 times, which have all been ignored. Be aware of any company that will not take responsibility for their equipment that was being used in the normal manner and hide behind a so called lability release form

There was 10 friends there to party. We had a great time. The first boat was too small. So we upgraded no regrets we had a great time.

When we arrived and saw the size of the yacht for 10 of us we were not happy. They quickly upsold us a bigger yacht. We were much happier ut this took 25 minutes out of our sailing time. The crew was helpful and nice. We had a great time the scenery was spectacular.

We had a fantastic morning on our private yacht cruise. We chose the 2 hour tour to see the Atlantis and then to swim near jumeriah beach. It was a fantastic experience the guys were very helpful and took group pictures for us and pointed out all the sights along the way. Changing area provided below deck and towels and water also supplied. Booked via get your guide.

This was a great experience the views were phenomenal and the Captain and Co-Captain were gracious and accommodating. My only complaint was that the boat was dated other than that I was satisfied and would definitely do it again.

Brilliant day, fantastic company. We arrived for our booking and were promptly taken to the yacht. The 2 staff which took us out were absolutely fantastic pointing out landmarks and taking brilliant photos for us on our devices. We were a party of 10 who would all highly recommend. It was a smooth transaction during the booking process. Antonio attended to all our concerns. On the day itself, however, was very stressful. Their representative on their booth was very disrespectful. We booked 10 days prior the event. We were not expecting to have the boat one hour prior our schedule but it was inappropriate to accept a booking that would finish at 3:10pm since we were booked to sail at 3:00pm. They committed that they would help with the decorations and asked us to arrive 15mins earlier, so we were expecting that we would start decorating and loading the items 15mins prior the cruise time but we were not able to do that. We also asked for trolleys for our items, but again, we were ignored by the team and we carried our items all by ourselves without any help from any of the staff. When we started loading our things at 3:10pm, the boat was a mess. One washroom had issues and trashes from the previous guests were still there. The rooms were also dirty. All staff were rushing, it was a lot of hassle, they did not even get a chance for a proper clean up and the boat was not sanitized. What was more disappointing was right after I informed the manager, Fernanda, personally about these issues, she got defensive and did not even apologize. I saw her talk to her team and they just started laughing, which gave us a conclusion that Fernanda did not even acknowledge our frustration, that they are used to complaints and they are not taking them seriously. We started sailing late so the kids did not get a chance to swim. The crew on board, Victor, was kind and cheerful, but the stress and frustration that the other staff and the manager herself were too much. I sent the manager my thoughts via WhatsApp the morning after the event. She read the messages but there was no apology nor response the whole day. She did not reach out until I posted my review online. Instead of just apologizing, she still insisted on her staff’s false statements. Very unreliable and unprofessional. So disappointing!

Not recommended at all. Their staff in the reception is not professional. They accepted a booking that will end at 3:10pm and our booking is at 3:00pm. They did not get a chance to clean and sanitize the boat because they were all rushing. Washroom and the room is too messy and not working properly. We started late so we did not get a chance to swim. The manager, Fernanda is very unprofessional. My wife informed her about the issues but she just laughed about it and she was trying to defend instead of solving the issues. Very unprofessional. There is a lot of other yacht charters around. Do not waste your time and money here.

It wasn't totally what we expected or similar to our other experiences yachting. The best part was seeing Dubai from the water and taking great pictures of the wonderful architecture. Additionally, the captain and attendant were professional and polite. ... The yacht was booked without proper time to clean between cruises (the interior/exterior) AT NO FAULT of the attendant. The signage wasn't prominent to get to check-in for the cruise. ... Some of the things we were told (i.e. the grill, fishing,)

Fab experience from start to finish. We booked this through Julius in the Dubai Mall and it was so easy and simple. 6 of us hired the boat for 4 hours and it was perfect time!! The price is so good for what you get, over half the price that we were quoted in our hotel. The meet up was really easy at the marina, and the manager and crew were really friendly and couldn’t do more for us. We never had an empty bottle of water! We saw so much of Dubai from the boat and loved stopping off for swimming!! It was amazing and we would 100% recommend doing this boat tour and would definitely recommend doing at least 4 hours.

Good trip on an average boat. Fairly good value for money and friendly staff. That said the staff on the boat were listening to the cricket and I was not told about connecting our phone and it felt as though they were expecting more than the £20 tip I left.

The most fun i had since covid started . The trip was amazing and was topped up with top deck party!!
