Our guide was fantastic Shivan(sp) navigated through old and new city Dubai and was so patient and genuinely kind answering all of our questions. Our first trip to the UAE ever and he made our first day amazing. We saw everything we hoped to see and his extensive knowledge and understanding of the city’s history and culture made all of the sights we visited even more interesting.

If you want to see Dubai and find out the local history and facts this is the trip for you! Was so relaxed but informative. Ahmed our guide was unbelievable so friendly, funny and nothing was a problem. Great guide, great driver and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Even arranged extra as I wanted to see the palm from the tower. He sorted it and it was just perfect x very very happy.
Sheikh Zayad Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace Hotel were both spectacular. Our quide Abdul All in all our experience of the days attractions and our driver/guide were superb.
I had a great tour with Abdul. We covered a lot of ground and saw many sites in a half day. It is a great option to see key sites if you don’t have a lot of time in the area.
Our driver/ guide Abdul is fully knowledgeable about touring and all places. We booked private tours. He gave us more than time to visit places. If you book with TripAdvisor you are not disappointed. Personally I will book my future trip with TripAdvisor. I am fully recommending Abdul BC He is nice.

Excellent tour guide with a driver. Knowledgable and accommodating every step of the way through our city wide tour of Dubai. One complaint, we were taken into a spice market that we did not ask to see and were basically swindled out of $100 usd for 2 small bags of spices. Partially my fault for not being more forceful in my refusal but you know how it is when they show you everything etc. Terrible rip off.

Big thank you to our guide Altaf Ahmad. He was prompt and picked us up from our hotel on time. He was very well spoken and knowledgeable and thoughtful. My wife used her wheelchair a few times during our tour and he was always on hand to help load/unload it. Despite his vhlehicle suffering some technical issues, a replacement vehicle was sought and we continued our tour within half an hour, which we spent walking around Dubai Mall anyways. The tour itself is tailor made, you can basically ask wherever you want to go. We stuck with a few of thentourist sport like The frame, Science Museam, Burj, Old Town, all were very good. It filled our day and gave use a great way to see just some of Dubai even though our mobility is restricted.
Our Guide Farhan was spectacular! We learned so much along the way and at each destination, and he was such a pleasure and very patient explaining the culture and our destinations. He was an excellent driver and extremely professional and I highly recommend him and the company said he works with.

I had such a wonderful experience exploring Abu Dhabi with Farhan. From the very beginning, he was organized and communicative, coordinating our pickup and making the entire day feel effortless. Farhan was extremely knowledgeable about Abu Dhabi and shared so much interesting information about the places we visited, but what I appreciated most was how personalized he made the experience. He never rushed us or made us feel like we had to follow a strict itinerary. He gave us the flexibility to take our time, skip attractions that weren’t as important to us, and spend more time at the places we truly wanted to experience. The only thing that was challenging was that the guide walked fast! We thought he organized the tour thoughtfully, he was pleasant, informative and on top of things like pre purchased boat tickets to avoid lines. And showed us a nice variety of things in Dubai, both new and old.
We had a great experience on this full-day Dubai city tour. The tour was very well organized, and the highlight for us was our extremely knowledgeable guide, who I believe was called Mohamad Ali. He made a real effort to spend one-to-one time with every guest, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions throughout the day. His local knowledge really added value to the experience, and his recommendations were spot on. We especially loved his lunch recommendation, which turned out to be excellent and something we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Overall, this was a fantastic way to see Dubai, and having such a professional and attentive guide made the day even better. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Our tour was pleasant enough, however the guide was OK (we just toured Egypt and had the most amazing guides, so our guide yesterday fell a little short). Also, we didn’t go to the Burj Khalifa (I believe the entry fee was included in this tour). I’m not sure why this stop was missed.

I had a fantastic day with Shehzad on a private day tour of Dubai. Shezhad was super knowledgeable, sharing information with me about Dubai, its history and its people. He first brought me to Burj Khailfa, allowing me to get in the line before the crowds built up later in the day. Then we zipped all over town, seeing many of the city's major sights. He was a personable and friendly driver. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable traveling with Shehzad. I would highly recommend this tour and Shehzad if you have a day to spend in Dubai.
The guide provided a good comprehensive insight into the history of Dubai (which we were interested in therefore he tailored the tour to focus on that) plus key sights. There was much to observe but we felt our objectives were fully met.

Our tour guide, Zaka Qasim, was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire tour. We never felt rushed—he let us take our time capturing photos while still keeping us on schedule and getting us to each site quickly and safely. The hole trips takes some time because of the Dubai traffic, but with a driver who has a lot of knowledge then it will be interesting. A lot about the history of the UAE and the transition from a poor country to a high-quality and high tech country. The royal family has done a Great job here. I will recomend this trip, but buy tickets in advance to Burj Khalifa and also Burj Al Arab if yut want to have a close look and a wonderful view over the City.
Main idea was that driver comes with a plan and knowledge. Subhan, the driver, was on time and have offered his suggestions to us. Our ideas were fully accepted, despite some inconvenience to Subhan himself. Overall impression of the city we got was as full as possible for such a short time. Bottom line: my highest recommendations. For short time we had this trip and especially this provider are excellent choice.
I chose a city tour plus going to the top of the tallest building in the world. I had a long layover. I needed to be picked up and dropped off at specific times. Everything was accomplished by a very knowledgeable driver.
If you only have limited time in Dubai, this is a great way to get a taste of the major tourist attractions in a day. We spent 8 hours with our driver/guide Rajesh yesterday and really enjoyed it. We walked around the gold and spice souks, had a brief boat cruise on the Dubai Creek, had photo opportunities in front of the Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and the Dubai Marina. After lunch (not included) we went inside the Blue Mosque which is a stunning building, and then to the Dubai Mall to take photos around the fountain area and to see the aquarium and Burj Khalifa. Rajesh was kind enough to take many of our photos so that both myself and my husband could be in our photos. We saw many architecturally amazing buildings and learned a lot from Rajesh about life in Dubai. Our thanks to Rajesh for ensuring we saw as much as we could, and for being a very safe driver. The vehicle we travelled around in all day was modern, clean, spacious and air-conditioned.
My private tour guide Ali did an exceptional job today. From the agenda for the day…what sites to hit first due to the passing time of day, taking into account Dubaiʻs daily traffic, and taking known alternate routes to beat some of the stop-and-go traffic. We covered every site as listed on the Viator app and I was happily exhausted at tourʻs end. For someone whom has made Dubai his permanent home for three years now, Ali is quite knowledgeable about Dubai. I also admire those who speak more than one language and Ali is certainly a shining example. Heʻs worked hard for his tour guide license. I wish him well in his bright future.
In principle anyone, but it is our decision to inform friends to use this service in the future. The guide/driver has made a very deep, and clear explanation on Dubai´s kingdom; history; economy; population; etc. He coordinate in a very good manner all aspects of the tour and our free time space.
What a wonderful tour! We chose this experience because we were leading a small group of students, and had just one day to see all that Dubai has to offer. We definitely made the right choice! It was our last day in Dubai, and though a tour on the last day can be stressful, Rajesh made everything easy for us, by picking us up at our hotel, and arranging a drop-off at directly at the airport with plenty of time to make our evening flight. Even with a group of very tired teenagers, Rajesh was able to captivate everyone during the entire 9 hour day. We were able to see all of the highlights of both new Dubai and old Dubai in one day, traveling in a comfortable and cool van. A highlight was definitely taking the traditional boats to the souk at sunset. A huge plus - and this cannot be overstated - Rajesh is a wonderful photographer! When taking us to a landmark, he knew exactly where to take the best photos, and then took amazing group and individual photos for us all. We left with not only unforgettable memories, but an album of gorgeous pictures. I cannot recommend this tour with Rajesh enough!
I was a bit nervous at first, taking a solo trip to Dubai on my own but my guide Ahmed.S was amazing. I felt very comfortable with him. He showed me around explained a lot of things to me. He even help me take my pictures. Making it very memorable for me. He also bought me a smoothie on my boat ride. He was with me all day. Made sure I see what I wanted to see. After my trip, I was exhausted he took me back to my hotel. I will definitely be coming back to Dubai with family. Hope to have him as my guide next time.

We had an absolutely amazing tour with our guide Mr Al Taf. We are travelling with our 2 year old and Mr Al Taf was very accommodating, kind, patient and helpful throughout.
