Private Dubai Airport Arrival/departure Transfer To Dubai City

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly exceptional service, 10/10! I can't say enough good things about Mr. Riyaz Khan. He arranged my mom's solo trip to Dubai, and he made the whole thing feel effortless. We did hit a bump along the way. My mom lost connectivity, I couldn't reach her, and I panicked. Mr. Riyaz stayed calm, reassured me, and got straight to work on the problem. Before long, she had been picked up and was on her way, without any fuss. How he handled that stressful moment is what won me over. I fell in love with the service, and I'd recommend Mr. Riyaz Khan to anyone, especially if you're sending a loved one to travel on their own. You can trust him completely.

Excellent service from Riyaz. He was incredibly patient, kind and professional. He waited for almost an hour while my mum and I checked out of our hotel and collected our luggage. He kindly helped us carry our two heavy suitcases into the car and even opened and closed the car doors for us once we were seated. His patience, helpfulness and attention to detail made our journey to the hotel so much easier and more comfortable. We truly appreciated his kindness and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much, Riyaz! Highly recommended. 5 stars

Very professional and reliable service we received from Rimo Tours. Khurshed Wahed the driver is very experienced and friendly.

I booked this transfer service during our stopover in Dubai on the way to Athens. Unfortunately, on arrival, no driver was present. After searching the terminal and asking around, we couldn’t locate anyone from the company. Exhausted after a 14‑hour flight, we gave up and paid for a taxi instead. Despite this, I decided to give the company a second chance for our return stopover. I reconfirmed everything the day before arrival, including paying an additional USD $35 because our hotel was outside their 15km radius. They confirmed the payment and assured me a driver would be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name card. We landed at 11:20pm and advised them we’d be in the arrivals hall within 30–45 minutes. Again, no driver. After calling, we were told he’d arrive in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, still nothing. Communication was slow and confusing, and after being contacted through my friend’s phone, a representative finally met us around 1am. Even then, they asked again for the USD $35 payment I had already made and had to show proof multiple times. We waited in a car park until nearly 1:30am before insisting they take us to the hotel. We finally arrived just before 2am,much later, and far more stressful, than simply taking a taxi. The lack of organisation, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend travellers look elsewhere or simply take a taxi, which is faster and cheaper. This was nearly a one‑star review, but I’m giving two stars because the driver we eventually ended up with was polite

The experience with Ms Tanzi was Excelent!

My experience was very good. Ann contacted me promptly via WhatsApp and was waiting outside the airport with a name badge. She guided me to their taxi, and the taxi driver dropped me at my destination on time. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and convenient.

Thank you to Amjad Balushi, really good communication throughout and a pleasant experience with good service.

Ms. Tanzi and Rose were incredibly helpful even before my arrival. Ms. Tanzi contacted me in advance via whatssap to reassure me and confirm the meeting point. There was also a sign with my first and last name, which made it very easy to find them. I was quite stressed when I came out of baggage claim, especially because my luggage took a long time to arrive. They were very reassuring, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their service. Thank you so much again for everything
