I have been joining this yacht tours since December 2024 I got on different types of yachts in this company. that one was really disappointing the staff was a bit rude and had an attitude and that’s weird because it wasn’t that crowded or even hard.. the food was as usual good quality but the amount was not enough for the people on board it’s a BBQ for mor than 15 I think you should have just prepared the right amount what happened ! I really go there to get out of my head and have some nice time with less tension or interactions but this time it wasn’t… will think twice next time

The tour was extremely well organised from the booking, communication, greeting and the tour itself. The cruise traverses the Marina area and surrounds. The crew were thoughtful and professional and provided a safe enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this as a must do in visiting Dubai.

We had a great experience. Staff were very welcoming from the start. The yacht and cabin was very clean. The chef helped me the food as I had allergies and they were very accommodating. They all gave a smile when walking past and helped with our queries. When it finished they laid all our shoes out. Great experience and highly recommend!

On 2 hr trip You do get about half an hour away from the mess of skyscrapers. Food complete cheap rubbish and is poor for the money you pay.

At the end of our stay, we purchased 66 photos electronically at a fair price. Beautiful memories. It was two hours long, and I was with my beloved. I’m attaching a few photos. It could have been even more sensational with a couple of things — if we had also reached Atlantis to see it illuminated. Also, in the evening at the beginning of December, it was a bit chilly for me; a blanket would have been nice, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one.

We did the 2-hour boat trip and it was excellent. Communication and coordination were great from start to finish, and the boarding facilities were very smooth and organized. There were around 25 people on the board, it felt good, not overly crowded. The food and drinks were decent, and the music added a really nice vacation vibe. It’s a beautiful and relaxing way to see Dubai from the water, highly recommend this activity for those who wants to relax, escape from the traffic and relax! I’d definitely do it again.

Great hosts, food was excellent, yacht was great, just slightly disappointed by the route. Comes back on its self (not all the way) rather than finding a route that flows and shows more of what the Marina offers.

We had the GoCity All Inclusive pass which included this yacht trip. It was amazing, much better than I was expecting - the yacht was beautiful, the food was so tasty and the staff were all so friendly. The views from the boat were stunning. We went as far as the Burj al Arab and back to the marina and the trip was 2 hours in total. I did find the directions very hard to follow on how to get there. The taxi dropped us off at the drop off point and we couldn’t find the ramp to the meeting point. We crossed at the wrong zebra crossing and thought we missed the trip but luckily we made it to the marina from a different direction, and asked at the information desk where Xclusive Yachts was and we made it on the boat just in time. Overall, everything was great.

We booked this yacht for three adults and two children, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The yacht itself was beautiful, well-kept, and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our hour booking was unexpectedly upgraded to two hours and included food, which was such a lovely surprise. Unlimited drinks, good music, and just the right number of people on board created a perfect atmosphere without feeling crowded. Overall, this was fantastic value for money and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience on my recent flight, thanks to the exceptional service from the crew, especially Kevis. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the journey. From greeting passengers warmly to checking in during the flight, his professionalism really stood out. The seating was fairly comfortable, though meals could have had more variety. What made the trip memorable was how Kevis handled small details, like offering extra water and ensuring passengers were relaxed.
