We had the most amazing time, exceeding our expectations; Mohammed, our guide, was so knowledgeable and made sure we were at the right places at the right times and the best spots. ✨🌟😊 Everything was taken care of, from our tickets to the Burj Khalifa to the boat crossing and the boat trip with a tasty buffet; I cannot recommend this enough. 🎟️🛥️😋 Mohammed even took time out to guide us in the mall to see the fish tank and took some fabulous pictures of us. 🐠📸👍 It was a full day out, leaving at 11 a.m. until late; we never felt rushed, and nowhere was crowded. The driver was very polite, and we felt safe with his driving at all times.

We have had an amazing day seeing all the sights of Dubai including the new and old city, our tour guide Simon was fantastic and really knowledgeable. We would highly recommend. We finished the day seeing the sunset from the 154th floor of the Burj Khalifa. Thanks Simon for making the day so special.

We had a half day tour of the city with Simon who seem to have a lot of knowledge and experience for the seven years in which he had been doing it. I saw everything that I needed to see and was very impressed with him and the driver. Thanks for a great afternoon out.

Mohammed was brilliant not only did he show us around certain areas he also explained it all and showed us the light, laser and water fountain shows. He was patient with us will we shopped too.

A great experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed even with four children under 12! We could visit and do the sites we wanted to and were never hurried. Mohamed was a brilliant guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. We found it great value for money and had a lovely day! Remy was great to book with, told us all the information. All in all, well organised and efficient, food on the boat was very good! A lovely way to end a long but enjoyable day. Mohamed even became our surrogate photographer too! Thank you 😊😊

Excellent day out with private driver and private guide. Very thorough and knowledgeable tour showing all sides of Dubai with loads of photo ops. Trip up Burj Khalifa at sunset was excellent, quick tour around Mall and showed where to watch fountain show and also aquarium before travelling to the marina to board a dinner cruise. This is where things started to go wrong. We were told that because of some unrest the boat would not leave the dock but that the dinner would go ahead although they were not allowed to put on any lights to see what we were eating (neighbouring boat had full lights on) whilst queuing for food we stared to hear some explosions and bangs. We decided at that point we would call the driver, give the fountains a miss and return straight to our hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.

Absolutely amazing time on this tour. The kids absolutely loved our guide Bachir and he kept them both really interested in everything Dubai has to offer!

We booked the Dubai experience we had a private car with a driver and tour guide was very personal and comfortable, ghadi ensured it included our ticket to do the sunset view of the burj khalifa we got to stop and the marina take photos and we also done the dinner cruise ghadi booked everything and everything went smoothly and on time

Must do experience, we are staying just outside of Dubai so was perfect to see all the sights in a day but even if you’re staying in Dubai this would be well worth it. You get to see all the landmarks along with excellent knowledge of old and new Dubai, political, cultural and local knowledge that you just wouldn’t get travelling around yourself. Our guide Muhammad Arslan and driver Yusuf were excellent, couldn’t recommend enough!

Booked this with Ghadi our representative at the hotel he suggested we have our own guide was more expensive but really well worth it took us to all the main attractions and explained everything really well Well worth the money

Excellent tour of Dubai. Driver Tilawat was polite and friendly. Guide Mohammed was very knowledgeable and was also very friendly. Highly recommend Elevate especially Ramy who was very helpful and always replied promptly to any questions we had. Airport pick up and return was also excellent. Cars were immaculate and water was always available . I cannot fault Elevate and would definitely use again

The trip was fascinating, full of excitement. Everything happened very quickly. Dubai and its modernity were stunning. A wealth of emotions. Miryam the guide, the driver, the food, the old part of the port, the stalls—everything was amazing. Modernity intertwined with monuments and history. Burh Khalifa, the Museum of the Art, The Palm, the hotels, the skyscrapers, the bridges, the roads—everything was amazing. It's impossible to describe all the experiences here. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, the weather is perfect, and Dubai is amazing both day and night (even more so). The boat ride, with its atmospheric style, the service, and the delicious cuisine at night are unforgettable... We have wonderful memories. Thank you, Ghadi, Miryam, and the driver (we didn't ask for your name, sorry). We wholeheartedly recommend Dubai with these people. ❤️

I couldn't recommend this excursion highly enough, we had the most amazing experience of ours life's. We opted for the private tour and it was worth every penny. We seen so much of Dubai and guided through are whole trip. As two female best friends travelling we have never felt so safe. We booked our private transfers to and from the hotel with Elvate, and Ghadi messaged us as soon as we arrived in Dubai. He even went out of his way to have a buggy we had left behind at the airport delivered to our hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also arranged a private 12-hour minibus tour to see all the sights in Dubai. The driver was prompt, professional, and very accommodating with every stop we wanted to make. Great trip. Our driver was great, he knew all the facts about the city and history of how it is grown. We saw all the best sites and was even given time to spend in the marina and shopping centre while our driver waited. The best way to see the city.

I visited Dubai during August 2025 with my wife and 2 daughters, we were met at the airport and taken to our hotel via private transfer which was excellent, out contact at the Rixos was Ghadi, I have to say he is excellent and went out of his way to help us, in doing so he made us feel at very comfortable during our stay, we went on the camel safari, the Dubai tour and to the Burj, Ghadi was instrumental in setting also this up and very well organised,

A great trip that covered all the key sites in Dubai. The taxi was comfortable, spacious, air conditioned and they provided us with free bottles of water throughout the day. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The highlight of the trip was the evening meal on a boat down the marina.

We went as a family and had so much thank you for the help ghadi he helped us with everything and the tour guy bessir was so helpful even doe we had a small child that kept crying he did his best to help with the children and we had so much fun

When we arrived in the Doubletree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah we were fortunate enough to meet with Ghadi from Elevate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed what we wanted to do and he was good enough to put together a full plan and provided a driver to be with us for the full duration of the day trip. I have to say, the cost and service was very decent and Ghadi made himself available for assistance before and during the trip. We booked two excursions through our tour guide Ramy. The private tour of Dubai was amazing & would definitely recommend, we would have never been able to do this ourselves. The tour guide & driver were really friendly and provided great information regarding Dubai. We also did the dune safari, which again was amazing and a must for thrill seekers Would definitely recommend the company for any excursions

A huge thank you to Ramy for helping us with our itinerary on my husband’s birthday. A chauffeur for the day to ensure stress free travel along the Dubai coastline and into the city was an excellent idea. We experienced the Burj Khalifa to give us spectacular views of the skyscraper landscape as well as a private yacht cruise out to the Burj Al Arab during the evening sun set followed by the “Dubai Eye” night lights. Very busy trip with a lot to fit in. Worth the experience to understand more about Dubai. Evening boat trip and meal wonderful and generated a lot of memories but a long wait for everyone to get on board before we moved.

We took an all day tour to Dubai with a dedicated tour guide - her name was Myriam. Let me start by saying Wow what an experience, we got to see everything in one day! Myriam was so knowledgeable, friendly, funny and organised. The day flowed smoothly with a dedicated driver at our beck and call. Myriam’s timings were superb and we never seemed to have to wait for any attractions, jumped queues due to her contacts and fitted so much in. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough, brilliant throughout and if possible request the lovely Myriam - it’s like we had known her for years - truly a lovely lovely lady.

Whirlwind tour of Dubai in a day! We were staying in RAK but wanted to see Dubai so we booked this tour. It was worth every penny. Marvellous driver and guide. Both lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. All trips organised for us by our rep, Ghadi.

Amazing city tour with Mo. I highly recommend booking city tour when visiting Dubai. We booked the 6 hour tour and if we had more time would do the 12 hour one. We saw so much! Accompanied by a very knowledgable tour guide and great driver we were taken care of all day and had the most fabulous time with some fantastic photos taken of us too.
