We booked the Private Charter Yacht: Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab for 3 hours, and it was one of the best experiences of our Dubai trip. Booking the sunset time was the perfect choice — the views of the Dubai Marina skyline, Atlantis, and Burj Al Arab were absolutely stunning. The yacht was comfortable, the crew was friendly, and the whole trip felt private and special. We added an extra jetski ride to make the experience even more exciting, and it definitely added more fun to the adventure. We brought our own champagne and wine, but the operator can also arrange drinks and other extras if needed. They can literally organize everything to make the trip smooth and hassle-free. It was the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing Dubai yacht tour, beautiful sunset views, and unforgettable memories on the water.

We were running a little behind because of traffic. The captain was accommodating and waited for us. The crew was attentive and solicitous without hovering. The cruise gave us ample opportunities to take photos in great locations. 100% recommend this as an outing. SUPER relaxing.

Overall, it was a good package. We went for 7 hours including swimming. The only issue was that the dive was broken — we paid for a fully functioning yacht, not one with a faulty dive. I recommend to double check all the details first including functionality of the yacht.

We booked our private yacht tour for 3 hours in Dubai with Saifco Travel & Tourism. It was such a great experience! The yacht was clean and comfortable. The crew was kind, helpful, and very professional. They made sure we had a relaxing time. The kids really enjoyed it, and the views of Burj Al Arab and Atlantis were stunning. I truly recommend Saifco Travel & Tourism for families. Great people and excellent service!

It was all thrills and fun. The 3 man crew were amazing. The 2 hour ride was adventurous and fun. We enjoyed our time and the few minutes of wavy turbulence at some point. Overall, I'd do it all over again. The crew was very friendly and professional.

Pre-cursor to this review: we approached Viator regarding our issues requesting a partial or full refund. They chose to fib us off with literally lies from the local supplier. This trip was my special treat for my wife’s 40th birthday . The treatment we received and the trip was an utter disgrace. The lies the local company fed back to the complaint I raised through Viator was borderline embarrassing. The local company didn’t even give me the courtesy of responding. Our advice would be to AVOID at all costs using this company. Our experience is explained below; I feel the inclination to voice my displeasure at our experience with you today that I booked through Viator. This trip / experience was my special treat for my wife and it was far from the experience we thought we were getting 1) you never confirmed the meet details ( I chased them) 2) the details were incorrect on arrival 3) left stranded at security in the blazing sun for 30 minutes was not the start we wanted - this caused a lot of stress , while the your operator was trying to locate the missing captain - this was not due to construction works at all which is what they made up in response 4) Random guy arrives, we were then directed to a new boat / location without a proper explanation (totally different to the booking confirmation) 5) when we entered the boat, it was not prepared or ready, none of the crew introduced themselves or made us feel welcome , it was all rushed and not very pleasant 6) NONE of the pre-booked extras were present - this was REALLY important to me to make the most of the trip . We had no birthday treat, no lunch and we brought no snacks. We also didn’t receive any of the snacks which were deemed to be included either 7) we departed 20 minutes late but yet magically arrive back at 12:58 so our tour was cut by 22 minutes (under no fault of our own) Viator seem to think it’s acceptable that your trip ends that early - ITS REALLY NOT 8) The captain was quite rude and dismissive which made us feel uncomfortable Overall I am left feeling very angry by this experience and I AM NOT impressed. My wife’s birthday treat was in the end stressful and a bit rubbish. Do not use this company in our experience- I am actually devastated that this experience ruined our stay.

Genuinely perfect tour. Would 100% recommend to all. We booked 9am -10am and this was the perfect timing. At this time Dubai was very quiet on the water and not too hot (despite being the last week in July). We had a tour through the canals and took amazing pictures. Our crew were so welcoming as well. Genuinely a fantastic experience. Thank you!

The captain and crew were lovely on this Yacht. Unfortunately, we arrived late due to the taxi dropping us in the incorrect location however the captain and crew were very understanding and accommodating for us which was much appreciated. We had a one hour trip around the marina and JBR with stunning views and a nice relaxing sail Through the local area. The staff on board offered us some drinks and allowed us to play our music through this because which was nice. Overall, a lovely chilled relaxed experience😊

Was a lovely boat trip but we missed 1/2 hrs as the instructions were not clear no one meet us at the wharf no one talking and telling us anything

The Yacht was great and the staff were awesome! We arrived late but they were gracious enough to give us the entire tour! Soft drinks were provided and the Marina views were great from the Yatch! Highly recommended!

Company agree location. Even on the booking directions we were directed to the meeting point. The yacht was not there. Another taxi to the correct meeting point. Captain would not take responsibly for us losing an hour told me to take it up with the booking company, I have and they have refused a refund for the lost hour, the extra taxi. Refreshments were included. 1 mini bottle of water and 1 small cola offered on the 3 hours we did get of our 4 hour booking. Crew pleasant however they gave us no instructions. No safety instructions. Nothing. No loo roll in the toilet. Basically I will never use this company again. To not refund our lost time due to their mistake is robbery in my eyes.

This experience was amazing. The Captain stayed in communication with me. I asked to have the yacht decorated for my daughter’s birthday & the crew did a great job. The Captain & crew were very nice & friendly. Would recommend

This was fantastic… there was a little issue in that we couldn’t find where to meet the captain, but once that was resolved, it was a must do life experience.. if you are a couple, hire the yacht exclusively… quite romantic … the crew brought soft drinks and snacks , took photos for and of us , were courteous and knowledgeable….. we didn’t want to get off

The atmosphere was very great. The crews are very kind and friendly: Captain Jeson and crew Jagan, Jaya, and Santos. The price was reasonable as well. The whole experience was so wonderful. Highly recommended.

We booked a luxury yacht cruise for my wife and travelled from India to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the yacht cruise. We had a great time on the yacht and we saw many beautiful places, the food was delicious, and the yacht was in excellent condition. This was an astounding trip because of the staff and crew.

Horrible experience, the AC in the yatch wasn’t working , imagine the hot temperatures in Dubai in August then a hire a private yatch and the AC isn’t working. Very horrible experience

Absolutely amazing sunset cruise the crew were friendly and the trip was a perfect family occasion. It was really special having the whole boat to ourselves which was absolutely spotless and luxurious with lots of different places to sit and enjoy to amazing views of Dubai.

My friend and I made the decision to embark on the Sunset Yacht Tour. It turned out to be a truly delightful water tour, allowing us to witness the breathtaking Dubai skyline and experience a stunning sunset. The food selection was excellent, and the availability of unlimited soft drinks was a nice touch. Captain Ijaz proved to be a knowledgeable and entertaining host, enhancing our enjoyment of the tour. The people taking us on the your were late. We found them to be rude and didn't explain anything to us before or during the ride. We were not provided with life jackets. The views were great, other than that didn't enjoy the experience...fir what we paid we were very dissapointed.

This was a 10/10 experience all of the way around the board! From first contact to post sailing they exceeded all expectations. While onboard we were treated like royalty and had the absolute best time.

I was overjoyed to book a 60ft luxury yacht cruise for my first family trip. As we embarked on the journey, we connected Bluetooth and indulged in our shared love for Arabic music and cuisine. The food quality surpassed our expectations, with the BBQ being a standout, and the crew accommodated the dietary preferences of some of my cousins who preferred vegetarian options. Throughout the trip, the crew went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The worst boat ride ever. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The photos thats on the site prior to booking was false! The actual boat was dirty and old. The seating had cracks in the leather. Towels were dirty. I would not recommend. The offered me a menu that was not available at the time we booked then gave me options to choose from. Then later that day , he told me the chef was not available at all!!.

Beautiful experience with excellent, pleasant crew Hari and Tony. Even though we were a few minutes late, they waited for us. Yacht was lovely, clean and exactly as in the pictures. Would recommend. If we didn't have a 1yr old, would have gone out further.

What a memorable experience! Besides being the setting my now fiancé proposed in (so naturally it was the best day of my life), this excursion was nothing short of 5 stars!! From the moment we were greeted at the dock, our crew tended to our every need. They went out of the their way to personalize it to our occasion without even asking. We had excellent private yacht experience of sunset & marina. This was totally way beyond our expectations.

The captain was late picking us up so we missed the sunset. My booking was confirmed for 5 pm to 8pm. The sunsets around 5:28 pm so it was missed as we were still on the dock. We didn’t leave until 5:50 pm. I preordered food and to have the boat decorated for my birthday. The boat was not decorated to my specifications and lots of items were missing. On top of that they were still blowing up balloons as we were leaving the dock. I’m giving 2/5 rating because they refunded my money for the decorations and the food was decent. I would with a different company or boat captain.

Says it takes you to show Atlantis,and two other landmarks it does none. By the time you go out he makes a turn and you come back . Thought it did what it says .if I knelt I would’ve just taken it for 1hr. This has been falsely sold and the pics are not of that actually boat

Amazing time on the boat! We saw all the sights and Vicci was super attentive and took lots of photographs of us! Captain Michael was brilliant too! Soft drinks included be you can play your own music too! Epic experience! Recommend starting at 4pm for a 3 hour trip so you get to see sunset too!

Great experience. They added jet skis for us for a great price. 5/5 star! They were also were friendly and accommodating.
