Excellent day either way friends, we were able to complete the tour. Arslan was a great guide. We visited the top places in the city and also had a great lunch!

This was private tour. Ww could change plan due to our expectation. No waiting for others in group. The driver was so kind and friendly. We were talking a lot about everything so road from Dubai to Abu Dhabi went fast. He could explain many things about tour's points. We spent together so much fun time. I really recommend this tour. What a perfect day, Abbas came to our hôtel to pick us up and the took us from Dubai to Abou Dhabi for a whole film day. He was flexible( taking us to places we suggested and to other places that were on and out of the forseen circuit he was very patient . He went above and beyond . Abbas is the BEST!

Our original tour guide cancelled on us, so we were grateful that SAM Tours was able to schedule us last minute. Their driver, Qasim, was punctual and got us our tickets for the Abu Dhabi mosque, but that is pretty much the last really good thing I can say about this experience. Pros: 1) On time 2) Provided Mosque tickets as promised 3) Car was clean, but parts were broken (noted below) 4) Qasim was friendly Cons: 1) Company tried to charge me a surcharge of $100AED but then reversed it saying that because I booked via Viator (after I provided that their terms show that all fees are covered), it’s not applicable. 2) Seat belt was broken on one side, so I had to sit in the back. Arm rests were also not staying up. 3) The title says “tour” and the reviews mention their drivers also providing tour like information, but for the majority of the time, Qasim did not say anything. He did point out some buildings of interest as we drove along. I pretty much just paid for private transport from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. 4) Driver on the way back to Dubai was super aggressive with his driving, talking on his phone, looking down at this phone which was in his lap, changing lanes and speeding up/braking like a mad person. We were concerned about getting into an accident the whole way back. Wish I had better things to say about my experience, but can’t. It looks like experiences are inconsistent and depends on the driver you get. If you’re okay without the “tour” portions of things and just need someone to get you to different locations in the area, I would consider them.

Fantastic trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. We were picked up at hotel and were given our choice of activities. We made multiple stops and never felt rushed. Well worth the time and money and would highly recommend it. Abbas was a terrific guide giving us lots of information and sharing facts of city and country. Abbas was super friendly and easy to communicate with, and made the trip much more enjoyable. If given the chance I would suggest requesting him as your guide.

We took a private Cab from Dubai to Abudabhi. The Car was very good. The Abbas is the Captain. Gem of Person with all type of knowledge. All the Best to the Team of SAM Tours.

What a great experience this was-our first sightseeing tour of Abu Dhabi. Abbis our host for our trip was very knowledgeable and flexible with the sights we wanted to see- The Date Market, Cultural Village, Shopping Malls, The Emirates Palace,The Grand Mosque and a trip round Yaz Island. We started by visiting the stunning Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which left me in awe of its breathtaking architecture. Then, we explored the iconic Emirates Palace, where luxury knows no bounds. The tour also took us to the beautiful Corniche, where we enjoyed a leisurely walk along the waterfront. And of course, we couldn't miss the Louvre Abu Dhabi, a true masterpiece of art and culture. Overall, the tour was a perfect blend of history, culture, and modern marvels. I highly recommend 👌 Mr Abbas was the best .

I went with my family from US on a cruise from Dubai in Dec 2023. This was an excellent experience with Siraj Al Madina Tourism. The vehicle was ready when we off boarded the cruise ship. Arslan is very knowledgeable, speaks fluent English and Urdu and knows Abu Dhabi intricately. He took us for a detailed all-day tour of Abu Dhabi - covering the Grand Mosque, the Emirates Palace Hotel, Souks, Date Market, Heritage Village, Malls and numerous other places like the fabulous buildings and Palaces. I highly recommend engaging the services of Siraj Al Madina.
