I recently visted Dubai along with my family. Mr. Munir was our guide/transporter for most of the trip. He was very friendly and courteous. He gave us all the required details and how to organise our leisure time and what all places to visit that were not included in the itinerary. My kids really liked his company and kept calling him “bhaiyya”. I would give him a 5-star rating for his professionalism.

Bilal was an amazing tour guide! Not only was he very timely and had excellent communication, he was able to get us to see all of the important sites in Abu Dhabi with plenty of time to spare. He will ensure you get amazing photos and is a great person to be with during the tour! We called Navita tours last minute - 30 minutes before our excursion started, around 1pm. We booked for a whole day private tour (8-10 hours trip) for two people from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and paid 600 AED. Gulsher was our driver, unfortunately the guide was not available at the time we booked since it was done last minute. The car (2016 Toyota Previa) was clean, with aircon that worked well and water was provided. We drove to the main touristic spots in the city and stopped somewhere to eat. Our favourite place was the mosque… it’s clean, safe and so beautiful! A must see! Gulsher our driver was kind, funny, accommodating and tried his best to make our trip pleasant.

He was very attentive to us and explained very well things during the tour. He was flexible with times at all when visiting places for taking pictures.

Booked a private tour to Abu Dhabi through my Chase Credit card. I received the tickets via email from Chase. About 4 days prior to my arrival in Dubai I emailed the company as we had nowhere to put in the private tour pick up at the Atlantis hotel and so I wanted to make sure they knew where to pick us up. Communication was terrible. They took very long to reply. Once at the Atlantis we tried calling but the number didn't work. The concierge as well as the valet team said they have never heard of this company. Great start! We finally did hear back the night before the tour pick up was between 9-9:30am and to be ready and waiting at 9am. At 9:30am on the day and after sitting outside for 30 minutes I found a WhatsApp number on the website and managed to reach someone. She texted back to say the driver was late due to traffic. What made me super frustrated is that there is another review that says the same thing happened to them and the driver only arrived after 11am. We had no confidence at this point. We had taken 3 other private tours in Dubai that week and not one tour company was late or blamed traffic. My feeling is that if you book an expensive private tour the driver needs to plan around traffic/construction/delays and arrive early or on time. I think this was a total excuse from the company. Bilal was on his time not the clients. Look I understand you can run into unexpected delays but then COMMUNICATE - call or email the clients - just let us know! Get hold of us instead of leaving us to locate you. We were walking from the front desk to back outside to the valet. It was annoying and very frustrating for the group, as well as embarrassing! From the start the communication was not at a good level. My group was so irritated that they left. You cannot blame the traffic either as right after the driver left we caught a cab off the palm and there was no traffic!!! We actually traveled that route constantly and never had any issues. The woman on WhatsApp also texted back that they basically blamed us as we didn't understand how traffic works. This was the first time in Dubai that I experienced horrible customer service every other tour was amazing - Platinum Heritage is one to book with. Very professional company. Navita tours is one to be aware of what you get!

Terrible company to deal with absolutely no customer service, they just ignore, don’t confirm anything. Driver arrived late after saying be ready by 9am. Worst company ever do not book with them.

Wow. This is was one of the best tour experiences I have ever had. The mosque view and other attractions just blew my mind. My tour guy bilal was just so kind and amazing. There is so much magic in Abu dahbi and I feel so refreshed after this experience and it’s worth every penny. If you wanna book, I highly recommend Bilal because this guy is going to give you the best experience ever

Mosque was amazing.. it's definitely a place to visit and the sheik has spent over $540 million for this marvel .. The tour of Abhi Dhabi was so enjoyable, thanks to our tour guide Pradeep who was very knowledgeable and it made our tour more memorable.

Déçus. L'activité ne correspond pas au programme. Tour incomplet : pas de visite du National Exhibition Center, pas vu le Qasr al Watan, le Manarat al Saadiyat, le Ferrari World, pas de pause déjeuner au Marina Mall. Au final, l'excursion a duré 5h30 au lieu de 8h. Guide pas à notre écoute et donnant très peu d'explications (pressé de rentrer). Seul point positif le chauffeur. Je ne recommande pas le prestataire NOVITA TOUR.

We made a tour with a Brazilian guide and it was worth knowing the history and the majestic places of the city!!!
