We took a tour of Abu Dhabi and Faizen was great. He took great care of us. He communicated well, he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. He did such a good job, we took a second tour with him around Dubai, Old Dubai and New Dubai. He knew all the right places and took us to a delicious restaurant. We cannot say enough good things about Faizen. We booked a tour with him to go to Abu Dhabi. We changed what we wanted to do and he was very flexible. He made changes very smoothly and no waiting. He was so wonderful, we booked a second tour with him to tour Dubai. He suggested a wonderful place to eat…absolutely delicious! He was very prompt in arrival, in communicating, and knew exactly what we wanted to see and do. We HIGHLY recommend Faizen! Faizan was very accommodating and entertaining. He had the right balance of providing information on Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but gave us leisure time to roam in the sites. We all felt that the tour was well paced, not rushed but not waiting too long at one site. He purchased tickets ahead of time so there was hardly any wait for queues. He kept all of us entertained with trivia throughout the tour. This was a great tour at a great value.

Hardrock Tourisim and our tour guide Faizan were amazing. Faizan was so kind, warm, personable and knowledgeable - it felt like being shown around a new city by a friend you’ve known forever. He was on time and kept in touch leading up to the tour so we knew what to expect. The vehicle was comfortable and clean - we also felt very safe with him (he was a great driver). He gave us a mix between providing us with interesting details and facts while also chatting and allowing us quiet time to soak things in. He paces things however it works best for the group and we didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed and gave us tons of space to do our own thing too. He had tickets ready for the specific places we wanted to go - ahead of time, and we didn’t have to wait in lines, etc. I recommended his tour without hesitation, great for families, couples, friend groups, or even solo!
