What a day. ‘Do the desert safari’ said everyone who’d been here before so we did and it was brilliant. From the moment our guide Anwar picked us up we had the best day. Into the desert for quad biking (worth every penny of the upgrade price!) then after a short camel ride on Sultan, into the desert for our ‘dune bashing’ session-my jaws were sore from smiling so much! A few runs down the dunes on a snow/sand board and sunset desert photo before ending the evening with bbq and traditional dancing shows. An absolute 5* day, worth every penny - and not enough can be said for Anwar, he was brilliant and looked after us all day.

Amazing experience. It was for most of us our first time and it was something that we’ll definitely remember and tell to family and friends. Big hug for Anwar, best guide I’ve seen in a while.

We had a great time. Our tour guide and driver (Salim) was excellent. He was on time, didn’t push us to finish up our activities and patiently explained about everything. Memorable trip thanks to Salim. We liked the way they have setup all activities. You won’t feel like getting rushed…you will get ample amount of time to enjoy everything.

It was a nice experience. We enjoyed a lot. Ajmal was our guide and he looked after us very well as a brother. However, camel ride seems too short and we needed to pay an extra 75 AED on the top of 275 AED for the quad bike ride towards the inner desert. That seems a bit expensive though.!! Otherwise, overall experience was good.

The guide/host/driver, Ahmed, was fantastic. He was very kind, friendly and shared lots of interesting facts about Dubai on the way to the safari. Dune bashing with him was the most exciting part of the trip! Overall the attractions were great, the only inconvenience was that they were far away from each other and we had to drive a long way & in the end we spent a lot of time in the car.

This Desert Safari tour was really nice from the beginning till the end. If it’s your first experience going to the desert, you’ll explore a lot of new things such as camel riding and dune bashing. Our guide, Anwar, was very kind and helpful and got us through the journey with great patience, clearly explaining everything we needed to know.

We had an amazing Dubai desert safari with Anwar as our driver and guide. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, while also sharing valuable local tips for tourists visiting Dubai. His dune bashing skills in a Land Cruiser were exceptional—exciting yet very controlled, making the experience both thrilling and safe. Anwar also went out of his way to help with photos, knowing the best spots and angles to capture stunning desert memories. The entire experience was very well organized, from the smooth hotel pick-up and drop-off to the camel ride, sandboarding, and photo stops. The traditional Bedouin-style camp, warm welcome, delicious BBQ dinner with veg and non-veg options, and live entertainment made the evening truly memorable. Highly recommended, especially if you get Anwar as your driver and guide.

The hospitality was excellent, and our guide, Shahe, was outstanding. He took great care of us throughout the journey and made the safari even more enjoyable with his exceptional driving skills. The entire experience was truly thrilling and unforgettable.

We were extremely satisfied with our desert tour! Ajmal took great care of us from start to finish. We were traveling with our five children, and he was incredibly attentive, patient, and caring with them. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. We went on a desert safari yesterday with Trawey Tours as a family of five, including our two kids. The main reason for planning this trip was my mother, who is visiting us from India, and we wanted her to experience something special — and this safari delivered exactly that. Our guide and driver, Shan, made a huge difference to the whole experience. He was friendly, engaging, and very attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable at every stage. I’ve been on more than a dozen desert safaris over the years, but the dune bashing this time was honestly the best I’ve ever had — thrilling, smooth, and perfectly paced for a family. The desert camp was clean and well organized, and the performances were enjoyable. The fire performance deserves a special mention — it was impressive and kept everyone fully engaged. The food was decent and good enough for all of us, including the kids. Most importantly, we all had a great time and felt the experience was absolutely value for money. It’s one of those trips that leaves you genuinely happy by the end. I would definitely recommend Trawey Tours and would happily choose them again in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Trawey for our safari desert tour. Our guide Shan was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly friendly, very patient with our toddler, and so easy to talk to. We chose the private tour because we were travelling with a little one, and they catered to us with no problem at all. They provided a proper car seat and adjusted the dune bashing to a mild version so our toddler could enjoy it safely. Shan also went above and beyond by taking lots of beautiful photos for us, which we truly appreciated. It was such a memorable experience, and we felt so well taken care of from start to finish. We had an excellent experience once again with Trawey Tours for our Desert Safari. We were collected at 14:00 & returned shortly after 21:00. A fun filled packed itinerary made all the better by our amazing driver Shan. What a credit to your team Shan is. He made the trip such a fun experience, with his driving skills, fabulous sense of humour & always checking on us to make sure we were all ok. Shan gave us a Dune bashing to remember. He was so experienced & our (grown up) kids in their 20’s thought Shan was the business 😂. Shan is such a warm great guy, we felt so fortunate having him as our driver for the day. We had an amazing experience on our Private Dubai Sunset Desert Safari! Our guide, Anwar, was exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly caring, especially since we were traveling with our 16-month-old baby. We brought our own car seat, which is a must if you’re doing this excursion with a little one. Anwar also did a softer dune bashing ride for us because we had a baby on board, which we really appreciated. After the gentler dune bashing and beautiful sunset photo stops, we arrived at a lovely camp with great food, engaging dance performances, and a spectacular fire show. Everything was well-organized and enjoyable. Highly recommend this company—and especially Anwar—for an unforgettable desert adventure!

Waheed Igbal our safari guide was punctual. He greeted us warmly upon his arrival. He was very attentive to our request for a gentle ride because we were doing the tour with young children, 2 and 5 yrs old. At the camp, he would constantly check on us if we were doing alright. The dinner served on our table was good, there was variety. The entertainment was superb. Even the two young children enjoyed them. I highly recommend Trawey Tours and if you have choice for a guide, look for Waheed.

The Safari was exhilarating and fun. We did Quad biking first than Sand Bashing and then eventually head for Camp. Our tour guide Shan was great. You must experience his driving skills the sand and amenable hospitality. The camp was great with many shows (Fire show was a standout) and good food. Thoroughly enjoyed it along with family and was highlight of the trip to end on such note. I would recommend shan to be your tour guide at Safari ! Dubai is fun filled place

I recently went on a Desert Safari in Dubai with Trawey, and it was an awesome experience. Everything was well organised from start to finish, and the highlight of the trip was our amazing guide Anwar. Anwar was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. His dune-bashing skills were top-notch. He was also very patient while helping us take photos at all the scenic spots. The camp experience was very good. delicious food, great live entertainment, and a relaxed atmosphere. You could feel how experienced he was; every turn, drop, and climb was perfectly judged. He made the Land Cruiser dance effortlessly across the sand, giving us a rush of excitement without ever feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. It was easily the highlight of the entire trip — an incredible combination of skill, thrill, and style. Before the dune bashing, we enjoyed quad biking, which was fantastic fun (though in hindsight, I wish we’d gone for the upgrade to explore further into the desert!). The camel ride was a nice traditional touch, and once again, Anwar was right there capturing every moment. He’s not just a top-tier driver — he’s also a brilliant photographer, constantly taking and sharing amazing pictures, especially those sunset shots on the dunes, which came out absolutely stunning. We also tried sandboarding, which was hilarious and fun (just remember, going down is easy… climbing back up, not so much!). The evening ended perfectly with a traditional BBQ dinner and live entertainment under the stars — the atmosphere was magical. Finally, Anwar drove us safely back to our hotel, ensuring the day ended just as smoothly as it began. Anwar, you’re a legend!
