They took booking amount, i have paid them after multiple calls and confirmation and they messaged and say before 3 hours of trip sorry we are not able to arrange vehicle we cancelling your Booking they spoiled our day .. water our time multiple followup done on refund of payment.m they are fraud

This was great value for money. The food and shows were amazing. It was a bit too long. Riding around to pick up lots of other passengers extended the trip by two hours. That was a waste of time

Our driver was just brilliant from driving in the desert to taking us to the camp, where we saw amazing acts, belly dancers, fire acts, dancers. Quite an experience. Well done team and would highly recommend.

Very hospitable driver and guide. Good car and organization. Dune bashing/ shows seem subcontracted to third-party organizers - who wanted to just do bare minimum and return back to the base for his next passengers. Gave a very commercial feel so was a little disappointing. Was expecting a Premium experience since this was the “Premium Safari tour.” On the whole had a good day.

Communication before the event was great. Driver was punctual collecting us from the hotel. Told us we would be around an hours drive to the experience from the Palm. We had to pick another couple up that had a small chip making 6 of us in the vehicle which was quite uncomfortable. We also spent around 40 minutes finding the other family in a building with no parking. We were driven to a location that was just a tourist trap. Wanting you to rent quads and buggies, buy refreshments and head scarfs etc. we stayed there for around an hour. Then driven to the sand dunes which was good fun. I think a great driver and guide would make a huge difference. Our driver didn’t really chat just played music. After the dunes we drive to another venue for food and entertainment. Food was good and so was the entertainment. Lots of people coming to your table to sell you junk. There was also confusion over our package and they were trying to charge us for drinks despite being included. On the whole a good trip but could be so much better

A completely different activity. The whole experience only takes about an hour but it is worth a visit and a good indoor activity for a hot summer day!

The experience was really amazing and the staff very patient and helpful- they even took pictures for us. Each of the zones were really intense and well thought of- superbly creative and lovely to experience. None of the experiences was like the other so there was complete newness each time . The not so good part was the multiple tickets we needed to have - booking on Viator and then a confirmation ticket from Viator - which could not be used for entry. Then Viator sent us another ticket for entry.

Such an amazing piece of art. So much fun & good for all ages. It might be scary for some toddlers as I saw many crying & scard. Try to chose a quiet time to be able to really enjoy it

I was welcomed with the joy of the receptionist Aidah,heartwarming. -Inside I was tour guided by Idris ,such a sweet soul with a heartwarming aura and a great photographer💯 he took the best picture of me at Aya -Then there was Shannon one of the great staff , aya couldn’t have been so enjoyable without the these great staff -Now the place : indescribably beautiful,I wandered around the universe and Aya has my heart🤎🤎🤎 for a solo traveler I felt the presence of the universe Ps: if you want magical pictures at @Aya ask for Eddie/Idris you’ll go back smiling Aya is beautiful

Aya 3D attraction was an absolute blast! We had an amazing time. The sounds and lights in every room were super cool, creating such an immersive experience. It's so creative and unlike anything I've ever seen before. I have enough Instagram content for the next year with all the cool pictures I’ve taken. Highly recommend it for a unique and memorable adventure!

we had a wonderful time in Aya Park and can recommed it to all of our friends. You think you are in a different world, all these lights and sounds in all the showrooms, very cool and something we were speachless. We have been in the Museum of future before, but we think, that this was much better.

Something out of this world. Very creative and very unique experience. Most of the places will keep you wondering how this is being done even. Of cause it's high tech but the creativity at it's best. Book your ticket online as it will give you a good rate. Be mindful as it will take around 30 minutes or more to get the e-ticket and the reception will not allow not assist you at all, despite you can show your payment receipt. The staff inside are very helpful and attentive. Buty was one of them who created a cinematic video in the waterfall. Must see place in UAE without a doubt.
