My Cruises For Luxury Yacht Rental

We joined the trip along with our 2 kids, it was amazing specially for me and my husband 😍 the kids were uncomfortable at first because of the weather and then they enjoyed it ❤️ we caught 2 fish and we went to the fish market where we put them to be cleaned and grilled as there was no grilling service at the boat. 🎣

Captain Hari is very Professional and kind, we really enjoyed fishing today.

Very bad experience specially for fishing, the boat was moving very slow inside the marina less than 2 knots while max speed was 4, and outside the captain was moving very slowly, just to waste time and save on petrol, the captain is very rude, the other guy was nicer but overall i will not do it again with them.

I booked this yacht fishing trip for my family on Groupon. The booking title mentioned that my ticket would include "Barbecue". We fished, the staff were kind and helpful. While on the ocean, I asked when we would grill the fish. The captain said, "In 20 min we will head back to the dock." When we arrived there, I asked again, and he exclaimed, "If you wanted us to grill your fish, you should have asked while we were on the boat!" My mother and I explained that we DID ask and if our ticket included the grilling service, this should have been provided without me asking because if I bought the ticket, that means I wanted the grill service. He then hands us some fish in a bag of ice and escorts us off the dock. Feeling dismissed and defeated, I asked a dock crew member if I could speak to a supervisor or manager. He went and got a manager for me to speak to. I explained the situation to him and he told me, "I apologize but grilling is NOT ALLOWED on the yacht as it's a fire hazard." I replied, well why did they advertise this on Groupon? He said, "Sometimes they lie to get customers to buy tickets." I said, but that's false advertising! He said, "I know." Then I said, that's lying to the customer! He said, "I know and I'm sorry. But if you take your fish to any of these restaurants (points to the restaurants by the marina) and ask their chefs to prepare the fish for you, they will if they're not busy." I asked, is this the truth or are you telling me this to please me? He said, no it's true! So to humor myself, I went to two restaurants and asked if they would prepare my fish for us. They both looked stunned and told me it is not possible, as I'd predicted. I feel completely misled and disrespected. It's such a shame that we were treated this way. We did not have a good experience, unfortunately.

we went on a med cruise for 14 nights in september the cabin was ok the staff very nice the food not so great.I made my feelings clear on their console where you can give reviews while you are still on board.I recieved a phone call when i was in the cabin and made a point of saying i understand they are cattering for a lot of people but so do all cruise ships and this was some of the worst food iv had,i am having to post this review on here later than i wanted to but thats because I never recieved the email tui say they send out for your reviews so it can help them improve.I GUESS THEY DONT WANT TO IMPROVE and after reading other reviews i can only say look at other cruises before you commit to a yui cruise you might pay a little bit more but you will eat well.

My husband and I went on their 35 ft yacht cruise. Started off rocky, had trouble finding the place BUT turned out great! Amazing staff and beautiful cruise!

Excellent trip and fantastic crew lead by Captain Diban. Great communication before hand, easy to find and cannot fault the service.

I bough Groupon voucher for 4h trip. The ship is clean and stable.I recommend it for loving couples and romantic sunrise drives but not for fishing tours,go with specialized fishing tours if you are passionate angler. The crew took us to wrong area where there was no fish present and kept us for 3.5h there.On our way back there were lot of other boats where fish activity was very high but they didn't want to stop for 5 minutes since our time was out. They have their route and they are not willing to deviate from that route even the fish is not there.The fishing gear available on boat is bad and don't count on it if you are into jigging or lure casting.

The boat was really clean, crew were organised, friendly and we had a very enjoyable fishing trip. Will book again this autumn.

My Sons birthdays was hosted, Perfectly done. Mr.Ganesh and team were excellent. Professionally handled including kids mischievous behaviour. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Highly recommend MY Dubai Cruises. This is the second time I have sailed with them. Captain Diban and his crew was outstanding as always. On both occasions from start to finish we was looked after and they made the trip a memorable one for my family and friends who visited us over the last 2 months. Great value for money.

I booked a few days before with sofia by email she was great and quick to respond and answer our queries .we got a discount price. We arrived and found it stressful finding WiFi and the boat etc not realising we had to phone him. Once we did we got on and got free water .the ride was lovely to burj alarab . It was the best experience and played our music through the speaker . Again I had to pay and that was stressing too wish I paid in full but they let us use their hotspot to do so. Iv already been in touch to book again this year .totally recommend! The seats did have a few rips n tears but hey ho it wasn't expensive so we got what we paid for ! If I paid more I would have expected more .

Booked for 1h ride with family and friends for a double birthday celebration. We came late for 15minutes due to sudden traffic but the captain was very understandable and kind to give us good experience of 1hour ride with the view of the marina, bluewaters and JBR. We all had fun so much and enjoyed the music on board at the same time. We will book again with them next time.

Booked the yacht and arrived 30mins late for boarding but found our captain waiting for us. It was such an experience with polite professional crew and being allowed to play our own music miles away from home . Tip: book the yatch for not less than 4 hours to fully experience dubai sights and hospitality .

Booked 50tt yacht for the afternoon last week with 10 friends . Had a fabulous day sailed around the palm and up to Burg. Stopped for swimming and allowed us ti bring our own alcohol. The crew prepared a BBQ for us which was added bonus . Many thanks to Ganesh qnd his crew for a wonderful afternoon . We will see you again next year.

Really simple from start to finish. We arrived at the marina and were greeted by our captain. We had 2 hrs at sea, the burg Al arab being the destination.. The chaps allowed us to play music through the speaker system and provided ice and glasses for our champagne. The experience was great! Will definitely book again when we are in Dubai.

They seem like nice individuals, a few improvements could be made. The yacht did not seem clean upstairs, it initially had wet/damp clothes laid around on the seats, we did not complain and someone eventually removed it thankfully. Secondly, we booked for 12pm/noon and it felt like we were being rushed to set sail before, and were not given a full hour of sightseeing. It felt as if they either double-booked the time, I am not sure. Could not confidently recommend.

An amazing tour of the marina and JBR / Bluewater. Such a great tour with friendly captain and staff. Sea Master 2 was a great size boat for us. Decorated with balloons for my birthday 🥰

Thanks a lot to the Captain and his colleague, the 4 hours tour we enjoy a few weeks ago was just amazing. Perfect way to enjoy Dubaï's most beautiful places on a beautiful yacht with a very friendly staff. We will be back :-)

I’ve been on a few yatch cruises but My Cruises are by far the best in Dubai. From the booking to the actual cruise all the staff are professional and super keen to male things simple. Crew took our cooler box upstairs for us. They served us drinks without asking. Best on board BBQ. They cruised where we wanted to go and just made our overall experience amazing. Everyone enjoyed and a week later we are still raving about the experience. Thank you!!!

We were a group of three familes, all with young children and i wanted to do something enjoyable all together. We opted for the 50ft Seamaster 1 (reduced capacity due to COVID restrictions) for 2 hours with the BBQ option. Great communication and very easy to find them in Dubai Marina. We booked for 2 hours and sailed around the palm, before stopping for swimming and food. We connected our phone to the music system and had a great time. The captain and crew really look after you and you have the option to choose where to sail to - my only regret was not booking for 3 hours! It is GREAT value and a wonderful way to see some of the amazing sights of Dubai.
