Lake Ride Or Walk Bridge At Dubai Fountain Show

Planning was not handled properly. Wasn't informed in time about the meeting location and how to redeem my ticket. Stressful experience.

It was a lovely experience and it was all very well organized. The plus was that we saw the fountain show twice. Once when we were waiting for the boat (which gave us front row view from a great spot which was amazing) and a second time from the boat from the other side of the fountains. I have to say that the view whilst waiting for the boat was better than on the boat though. On the boat you are very close to the fountains which means that you lack overview a little. But all in all al lovely experience that I would certainly recommend.

The experience was super nice. It helped us take so many beautiful photos! He was friendly and professional, they made sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. We saw some amazing views of Burj Khalifa and took lots of photos to remember this Unforgettable Abra ride Trip. Thank you!...

to find out specific location of meeting point as the mall is miles long. i couldn't walk that far they need to tell u which entrance to come in

Ride was short and good. However the experience to get printed ticket wasn’t good. There was no indication that we need to get the tickets printed from a counter inside the Dubai mall. When we directly went to the ride location we were informed . So had to get back search for counter, stand in long line to get this tickets printed. Viator or operator should inform this clearly upfront to avoid wasting 30 mins time .

Lake ride was fantastic He gave us a debrief of what to expect, and off we started the ride, I really enjoy view was amazing And then we set of for the life experience in the lake ride, oh my, what an experience..everyone needs this in their life time THanks..

Absolutely awful experience,completely disorganised.The two individuals that were running the experience were rude and unpleasant.We left without going out on the boat.

Vague instructions on where to board the boat, and a long queue for a distinctly mediocre experience. Hundreds of people thronging round the fountain area. Go to Royal Atlantis you want to see a water fountain show.

The views themselves were amazing and worth the money. However, a few things to note. The line was confusing with no signage about your tickets, pre-purchased or otherwise and people mistakenly not realising they were pushing in as they thought they were "late" for their boat ride. ALL companies seem to board the same boats as there was no other operators. You could also just pay for them there (not sure what price). Don't worry about your booked time slot, it doesn't seem to matter that much as you have to wait in line anyway. And while you are waiting for at least 30 mins, then another 30 mins for the ride itself, make sure you allow yourself plenty of time if you have to be somewhere else after or hungry like I was! Yes, I saw the water show while in line already so the "wow" factor was a little diminished with the second time in the boat even though it was a different perspective and song.

Excellent trip on boat to see the fountains. Really good to be up close and actually feel the spray from them Bit of a panic getting tickets as it was not clear that you actually have to go into Mall and pick them up at one of the At The Top booths This should be made clear as it looks like when the tour organiser sent the e mail with tickets you didn’t actually need to go and get them. That said it only cost us 20 minutes extra time and did not take any of the enjoyment out of trip

We had lot of fun! Dubai is a wonderful city with educated & kind people's around. I would like to recommend to everyone to visit once in life. Our travel advisor Tripline tourism arranged all everything.

The fountain show takes place at the iconic Burj Khalifa Lake, right next to the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. The sheer scale of the fountain is breathtaking, with water jets reaching incredible heights and dancing to a carefully choreographed symphony of music and lights.

Should definitely be done when you are in Dubai. Such an experience can only be experienced very rarely. Just fantastic!

Watched a beautiful show of fountains set to very beautiful music by Celine Dion. Have a look several times. Find a seat in time in a restaurant if you want to watch it quietly because there is of course a crowd because it is a very touristy place.
