We loved the experience of every watersport activity and the help of the workers especially misha who happened to understand and speak the russian language!

Amazing experience, the staff is very friendly, especially the supervisor Ibrahim, was very helpful, he was the one suggesting me what activity to choose, he was very polite, knowledgeable about everything and thanks to him I had an memorable and gorgeous experience. I strongly advise this company and get help from Ibrahim, the best so far!

I had an amazing expereince, the hydrostaff were very helpful, I did the jetovator, it was amazing, it was my first time. Overall excellent experience. The staff - Hussin, ebrahim, beshoy, prabath were all very kind and helpful.

I had an amazing time doing the jet ski and boat ride while staying at the Hampton Hotel on Al Marjan Island. Magdy and all the staff were genuinely some of the nicest, most welcoming people you could meet — super friendly, professional, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. From start to finish they made everything easy, fun, and safe, and you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. The atmosphere was brilliant and they made me feel completely at home. On top of that, they offer the best prices on the island — excellent value for money for such a high-quality experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai or staying around Al Marjan Island. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place! The team is made up of excellent professionals — Hany and Asanka were extremely attentive and patient, which made the whole experience even safer and more enjoyable. I took part in three activities, all recorded by the photographer Mido, who did an outstanding job. The photos and videos turned out absolutely amazing. I had an outstanding watersports experience at Palm Jumeirah. From start to finish, the team was professional and safety-focused. Our guide, Ramitha, was exceptional—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, giving clear instructions that made everyone feel confident on the water. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the view was awesome. Everything ran smoothly with the perfect mix of excitement and time to enjoy the scenery. We booked 1 hour trip with the Jet Ski. We were going to the Palm and took Pictures in front of the Atlantis Hotel. Hemida (Photographer) took beautiful Pictures of me and my dad. Karem booked the tour for us and gives us a good price. Thank you Hydro Watersports!!! I can definitely recommend this tour.

I had my first flyboard lesson today and can not recommend the water activities desk at the Anantara hotel enough, Mustafa help me choose the right activity and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole team were great. If you are looking for an easy experience come and find Mustafa. Top marks!

Thanks to Moustafa and Mango for checking daily on us and finding the perfect spot for jetski and especially THANKS to RIYAS our guide for the Jetski trip, who ALWAYS checked on us, gave me his goggles and took even nice pictures and sent them right after. We had such a blast, felt very safe and well taken care of (which is so important when your on the sea ;)) We will go again and everything was running so smooth, no waiting period no nothing. just a private tour for us! I initially booked for the Jetovator but was advised by the staff that I should change to Flyboarding as it would be challenging to do the Jetovator if you do not have any experience. I didn’t mind this helpful recommendation at all. The flyboarding is a lot fun once you get the hang of it and the guy guiding you throughout is also very patient and helpful. The things I didn’t appreciate was that I requested a certain time (11:30) but had to wait for over an hour before it was my turn. So I would advise not having any other activities planned closely after this as they seem to work on a first come first serve basis. Then the photographer was arguably the biggest let down as I also paid for the photos and videos package and he only took some photos but no videos. His excuse was that I didn’t fly enough but he was hardly even around during the times that I was flying. It’s important to note that the photographer is an outsourced additional service that’s not part of the booking or the company. The guy who works at Hydro Water Sports did try to arrange for me to do the activity again at a discounted cost so I can get the videos and pictures I wanted, but unfortunately I to leave due to time. So just be careful when making use of the photographer’s services as you might not get exactly what you pay for. Overall, the experience itself was fun and something new. Would recommend it

Nice experience with the solo Jetski and the pedal Boat with all familly. The road taken near Waterland Islands to the Atlantis was so Funny. Thanks to the french XAVIER and JOLTAR on the boat who bring me on OCEANA Residences beach to the Jet Ski. They were very professional, pleasant and kind with me. Thanks also to the receptionist EILEEN from Hydro Water.
