I booked this activity and they asked us to send them bunch of stuff but didn’t provide us the activity for two days back to back. They won’t even refund and you will have to call you bank for chargeback. PLEASE DONT BOOK AND GET SCAMMED.
Mohamed provided an amazing experience for us and our toddler thank you again! Plenty of photos and videos
Absolutely unreal experience from start to finish! The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and made sure we enjoyed every minute. Being out on the water in the jet car was such a buzz and easily one of the highlights of our Dubai honeymoon. Worth every penny and something we would definitely recommend!
Had a great time! Thanks for the amazing experience! When the jet car became a little too much for my autistic son, the staff were super accommodating and helpful to still make a positive experience for everyone!
Efficient team, great car, and photos superb, well worth having as an extra. Would highly recommend. Only negative was the trip there and back in a tatty smelly car and driver holding phone to his ear and deep in conversation all the way there. Suggest book your own taxi!
We were warmly received and treated with great care throughout our visit. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and we appreciated the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we felt valued and well taken care of.
Overall amazing! There’s not enough words to describe the experience. Seeing the Burj Al Arab in person was great plus our pictures were amazing. The guide was helpful and fun.
10/10 will recommend!!! Pictures came out beautiful!! Staff were great. First time made feel confident!!!
This was so much fun!!! I would recommend getting googles or Oakley glasses to protect your eyes from the salt water. Be prepared to get wetter than a jet ski. It’s a little hard to navigate at first, but you will get the hang of it. We had the red car and she had some speed on her. lol!!!
WOW ! the captain and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made this experience absolute next level ! Please do not hesitate and book with this company ! 100% value for money !
The jet car experience was awesome it felt more secure then traditional jet ski I love it and so did my husband we upgraded our package and got tones of cell phone footage.
Really great company, I enjoyed this experience very much. Habib best captain. He took a proper care of me
You will get wet. Definitely bring a change of clothes and your own towel. There’s a shower and towels available for purchase.
Our tour guides were great! They took excellent photos/videos with nice views. They also were friendly. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
We had an amazing experience with Jet Car. It was pocket-friendly and easily accessible. Although it was our first time trying something like a Jet Car, the staff helped make the experience smooth and thrilling, making the trip more memorable and soul-stirring.
I had an incredible experience with Travzi World’s jet car service! From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and easy. The staff was skilled and ensured our safety while also making the ride fun. It was the perfect blend of excitement and comfort. I highly recommend Travzi World to anyone looking for a unique adventure.
I had an amazing time with the Jet Car experience in Dubai! The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff making everything easy and enjoyable. The ride was thrilling, and the views were stunning. Thank you, Travzi World, for making this an unforgettable adventure! Highly recommend!
Absolutely brilliant experience. However…. Trip advisor provided an address which was no where near where I was supposed to be. I spent nearly an hour walking/phoning etc. turns out the provider has a completely different company name and address. So please check before hand or you can spend your time and taxi money trying to get there
This was such an awesome experience. We were going to book jet skis at first and then saw a jet car, so glad we went with the car. You will not be disappointed.
10/10, I highly recommend. The jet ski's goes really fast. If you are adventurous and love a thrill. This is the adventure for you. Side Note - the water is very salty but the water is very warm 😆💫 Tips for the ladies - If you do not want to mess up your hair, bring something to protect your hair from the water. Tip: Bring a towel
The experience from start to finish was amazing! The two hosts were very patient and accommodating. Salt water will burn your eyes, so bring water to rinse you eyes out.
The videos capturing our incredible experience turned out fantastic. The staff ensured that everything was perfect. Scary in the beginning but once we got it together it was amazing.
I had a great experience for my first time... I'll do the experience again when I come to Dubai... thumbs up
There was more spray and vibration than I could have imagined, and it was a great experience. Driving was difficult to be affected by the waves than I thought, but the operation itself is not difficult and there is no problem even for beginners It was a fun experience with lots of water throughout the tour For an additional fee, they will be able to take photos and videos on site The meeting place is in front of the restaurant, but there was no particular pick-me-up and we gathered there I didn't even know the name of the shop and had to look for it while showing photos to the locals, so I think it's better to check with the shop in advance how to get together
The appointment was canceled by the organizer before it started because the police prohibited jet car rides after 4 PM. We were not informed beforehand. We have arranged with Viator and the local tour operator to make up the tour tomorrow at 9 AM. We are still waiting for the written confirmation promised by Viator over the phone!!!
This was an amazing experience. Despite being poorly walking with the rollator, there was very good help to get down in the Jetcaren. So thank you. Good instruction. Security is fine. And then to the trip itself. Wow. What a ride. So thanks a lot to the whole crew. It was excellent.
No fuss, very nice and funny. Speed and sensations guaranteed, staff also very friendly. I recommend.
Very good experience I recommend to all to take this tour, the guide picked us up at the hotel and left us in the same place. Adorável.. book@travzi.com
