Half-day Dubai City Tour

Our city tour was great and our driver was on time to pick us up. He was a little hard to understand as English was not his first language. It would have been nice to hear a bit more about Dubai as a city and it's landmarks.

I booked this expecting our driver to take us to the sites listed on the itinerary. Unfortunately, I had not saved a copy of the itinerary and wifi issues prevented me from accessing the itinerary while in Dubai. Our driver showed up and asked us where we wanted to go. I told him to the places listed on the itinerary - he did not appear to know what was on the itinerary. I asked him not to drive off if he did not know what was on the itinerary, but he drove off anyway and made a phone call while we were driving. Whomever he spoke to apparently told him a few places to take us. To the driver's credit, he did appear to do his best. But it seemed like the company just had someone with no tour guide experience pick us up and drive around haphazardly. We did not go to all the sites. We went to/stopped at approximately 5 out of the 10 advertised. Underwhelming at best.

Tourist guide speaks too fast and I don't understand his English. Tourist guide left us upon alighting the bus without prompting us properly with an introduction of the place. I fell down on my first stop as the steps looked like optical illusion. No first aid was rendered. Driver and tour guide left us without contacting us while we were looking for a pharmacy to find medicine to apply on my wound. Overall I would not recommend this lousy tour!

Tour guide was speaking half the time in Hindi/Urdu and unable to understand anything. If you don’t know the language it will be hard to follow along.

If you only have a few days in Dubai then I highly recommend a private city tour. Our guide, Zahid, was exceptional! He not only showed us all the significant sights but went over & above to please us. He stopped at some local grocers so we could purchase traditional spices & chocolates. He was very knowledgeable & polite.

We purchased this trip based on the excellent reviews. We were disappointed because we could barely communicate with our driver. He could only speak a small amount of English. There was no set itinerary and therefore figuring out our movements was difficult. On the plus side he was a good driver and courteous. He did not attempt to take us anywhere to buy a rug as warned by other reviews. We have him a tip. The business owner should at least give their drivers a set of itineraries to help customers and the drivers to know what will work in situations like ours where language is a barrier.

Zahid was very knowledgeable and friendly. He contacted us prior to the trip and arranged our pickup time and arrived promptly. The tour covered everything we wanted and needed to see including his offers to stop at any point for photo opportunities We could not have been happier with his service thank you

Very informative tour that is a great value and covers the main highlights of Dubai in an efficient manner via a knowledgeable tour guide providing interesting facts and data.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a Dubai city tour and the guide NEVER showed up at the meeting point. Later I called their office to complain, and instead of apologizing, the staff was incredibly rude and blamed me for missing the tour. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are many better tour operators in Dubai who actually care about their customers.

We booked a half-day Dubai City Tour during our first visit to the UAE, and it was the perfect way to get a sense of this incredible city. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so many interesting facts about Dubai’s history, culture, and rapid development.

Everything was great up to the end where you are taken to an art museum of people trying to sell you handmade rugs. Other than that the guy was very informative and knowledgeable

This was the cheapest tour to see the whole city. We made stops at key locations and when we passed by others the driver slowed so we could take pictures. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the beginning we were taken to the worst part of Dubai to meet up with different transportation (Not Good). Second thing is at the end of the tour we were taken to a art gallery and was some what pressured to buy beautiful art. (I didn't come to Dubai for art). This is our vacation not a time share. For the price you can't beat it. LOVE DUBAI

It is good to do this trip at the begining of your stay to get a good feel for the city of Dubai & you learn a lot. Unfortunately, at the end they take you to a place that is a fake museum & alot of time is wasted there with someone making a sales pitch for their merchandise.

Very worth for the price. We got a Lexus and an experienced driver for our tour. He took us to many interesting places. The “art gallery” was a letdown but the rest were good. Overall it was a wonderful experience

City tour was great. Private tour guide, Mr Arif was very knowledgeable and courteous. Whole tour was amazing and the add ons - Dubai Frame and Palm Monorail were well worth it. Great value tour. Definitely recommend.

Short & Sweet Guide to Dubai - Summary: 1. Dubai is a potboiler of cultures. Your mind will open up and widen to new people and systems. 2. One of the well planned cities in the World. 3. Modern and futuristic city. Pros: 1. Dune bashing- best experience - try Ocean Air travels. Premium, but worth every Dhiram. 2. No problem on F&B, you get everything on a budget although a little expensive. 3. Lots to see, may take multiple visits to cover all the places. 4. A lot of currency exchange counters in the city limits. 5. Taxis are well regulated, no one refused a drop irrespective of distance. 6. NOL silver card for Abra ride, metro and bus is super useful. 7. Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountain is a must visit at night. Cons: 1. Don't believe everything you read about the places to see in Dubai on Google. Talk to a local relative/friend living there at the moment, they will tell you the gems worth visiting. 2. Rely on taxi drivers for directions than pedestrians. 3. Burj Khalifa is 500m away from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station. It is a long walk, don't take the Maps route at face value.

Thanks to our driver, Hassan, our family's first visit to Dubai became unforgettable. My sincerest thanks go out to him for making us feel so secure during our entire trip. In addition to making it easy to find him, he often met us where we were, so we didn't have to walk far. He added an extra layer of enjoyment to our exploration with his extensive knowledge of the area. As a priority, we wanted to feel safe throughout the ride, and Hassan delivered.

Its very nice trip.. we have visited ferrari world ( abudhabi) from dubai ..morning we have started our joirney from dubai and night 8 o clck , we have back to dubai

We took two packages from you. One for The Palm Jumeirah, mono rail & river cruise dinner and an another day in the city tour. Both days the driver cum guide was Mr. Hasan Ali. He is excellent in his role. Very good English and Vast knowledge to explain the views.

We had booked for 8 am to avoid the heat but guide kept changing the time he eventually arrived at 10.30.am.Although the guide was interesting there wasn’t much to the tour

Our driver Hassan was informative and kept in touch with us prior to pickup. This is a great tour to see the main sights, stops, and photos takes. A good tour if you have limited time ie stopover. Dubai is great, the tour was very good value for money. We also had our own private , air conditioned vehicle for the two of us. That was really good.

You can explore dubai in half day for many places, ny driver is Hasan and he explained so detail about every places. Recommended to try when you visit Dubai, especially you have limited time but want to explore many. Thankyou so much 🥳
