I recently embarked on the Half Day Dubai City Tour with a ticket to the top of the Burj Khalifa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This tour is perfect for those who want to see the highlights of Dubai in a short amount of time.
A half-day trip to Dubai with a visit to the Burj Khalifa's observation deck is a fantastic experience! You'll get to marvel at the city's stunning skyline from the tallest building in the world. Visiting the top of the Burj Khalifa is truly awe-inspiring. As you ascend in the high-speed elevator, the panoramic views of Dubai unfold before you.
Having a driver and vehicle to ourselves was a bonus! We were communicated with well from the time of booking ( a week prior) to the day of pick up which was as per time agreed. The Burj Khalifa visit was not crowded, although it is advisable to allow 40-60minutes to get through the process from ticketing line to queuing for lifts.(don't be lulled into complacency if there are not many people in the initial ticketing line!) If you want to use a camera it will not work well in the heat/humidity on the outdoor viewing platform so best to wait until you go into the covered viewing area. All other stops and photo stops were unhurried and we were dropped as close as possible to each stop and advised to call the driver when ready. We were dropped back at the hotel which many tours don't do as their itinerary usually ends at the Burj Khalifa and you are left to find your own way back to your accommodations. At no point in the tour were we taken to a place of interest where you were guided into a shop (usually a friend of the tour driver!) for a bit of 'pressure buying' as has been experienced on many other tours so a BIG thumbs up for that. A well run tour at a reasonable price. Complimentary water was provided in the vehicle. I recommend this tour.
We toured the city with Ali Asgar of Sougat Travels. Our family group of 12 (all over 60 years) had just completed a 15 day cruise which ended in Dubai. We only had 2 1/2 days in Dubai before flying home. I made on line arrangements in October 2019 and travelled in February 2020. I was able to connect via WhatsApp with Sougat Travels while cruising to confirm arrangements. They were prompt in their replies. The tour company, for a reasonable fee, transported all of us and our baggages to our hotel. We arranged to disembark together and two vans were waiting for us to drive us to our hotel. We checked in, left our baggages and proceeded with our city tour in one van. Our driver and guide, Ali, identified all the significant stops, stopping at the best photo stop for each. The architecture of buildings in Dubai are awesome. Our tickets to go up to Burj Khalifa were provided and we went up avoiding delay in line ups. Ali identified meeting time and place and was attentive to our needs. We even added Miracle Gardens to our itinerary late in the afternoon and Ali returned in the evening to pick us up to take us to our hotel.
This tour is in a rush. Even so, we still missed several stops that included in the itinerary. The driver was hard to understand English and wasn't very helpful about giving detail information of the tour.
The trip was rushed. In order to achieve the time frame given I had only 3 minutes at the top of Burj Khalifa. Also we were given not time to get any refreshment within 7 hours. However we were taken to an unscheduled shop. Where they attempted to sell us real gold wall hangings!
Our guide was attentive from beginning to end, trying to offer us the best possible experience of the city! Beautiful places, walks at the pace of our family, which helped a lot. I highly recommend!
トランジットの空き時間を利用してドバイの半日観光をしたいと思い申し込みましたが、ドバイには早朝に到着しているもののツアーの開始時間9:00🟰ピックアップを空港に指定したので9:00まで4.5時間待つ必要があり、かつツアー時間が5時間程度となっていたので、乗り継ぎの飛行機14:30のための搭乗手続上3.5時間後には空港に戻る必要があったので、観光時間を短縮するお願いをリクエストしていたところ、空港でのピックアップを1時間前倒しにしてくださり、いきたいところの全てを回ったうえ、途中こちらの希望でアラブ料理のランチにも立ち寄ってくださり、大変充実した半日観光になりました。たまたまなのか、他の参加者はなく、私たちだけのプライベートツアーになったので、かなり融通をつけていただきました。ドライバーも優しくいろいろ教えてくれ、細かい希望も聞いてくださいました。ツアー前日に到着便名の確認のメールが届き、気が付かないでいたら電話をくださいました。 その時に、希望などをリクエストしたら、相談に乗っていただけると思います。おすすめです。
Divido em dois momentos. A empresa vendeu um pacote com guia e entregou um motorista que mal falava o inglês. Reclamamos na hora e depois de 1 hora enviaram um guia e daí a experiência foi outra. Dica : assegurem-se disso, pois faz TODA a diferença. A partir daí foi tudo ótimo... mas poderia ter sido um fiasco caso a agencia nao ouvisse a reclamação e tomasse providências.
