Full Day Explore Old Heritage & Modern Dubai City Tour

The worst activity I have done, running away, they arrived 30 minutes late to pick us up, I already had this experience with another guide called SAIVO, it went well, but today with another guide called IMRAN he left us because we were 2 minutes late at the meeting point, he did not even give us time to take a picture they rush us at every stop, we do not have time to appreciate because he puts too much pressure on you, if you want to visit the city in peace without pressure you have to look for another provider otherwise you will end up like us taking a taxi to return to the hotel and not having finished the whole visit

I booked the Full Day Dubai City Tour for my family with Efficient Tourism! The activity was really amazing as we got to know so many things about the city. The tour took us to many heritage sites in comfortable four-wheelers. The views everywhere were spectacular! Besides, we even got some great deals and offers on group bookings. Would highly recommend Efficient Tourism for any tours or activities in Dubai!

Few days ago my family had a layover to Dubai for 8 hours so we wanted to cover Dubai for a sightseeing. Mr. Prithiviraj Shetty arrange us a very comfortable car along with decent Mr. Ali who took care of our in each attraction and was very joyful to take our family picture and describe about the places . We enjoy the local food together which was very touchy moments as well. Highly recommended and we will book for any trip to UAE in coming days from Efficient Tourism.💓💐

Great tour to get your bearings and sort what you want to go back to as not a lot of time at each stop but plenty for photos etc

We covered a good portion of the city in our tour. Our guide was a professional and was extremely knowledgeable. Because we were on a 1 day cruise stop, it was crucial to get in as many sights as possible. Comparing tours with others on the cruise ship, we saw the most. The only thing I would do differently is to not use the Dubai Mall as a pickup point. The mall is huge and has several exits.

We were first picked up with another group to be dropped off where bus was, and the car had no AC, so that was terrible. The entire experience was rushed too much. At stop points to take pics, we were given 10-15 mins which is fine. When lunch time arrived, we were dropped off at oasis mall (that we never heard of) to have lunch at food court, and we were given 45 mins ONLY. All the options were fast food deep fried and one place had kebabs and salads, so we ordered from there and it took forever for the food to arrive. Our guide knew about this issue as he came up to us and said that they still will be leaving at time he set at first. They did not wait for us even though we only needed 5 more mins. We ended up booking a cab to go to the bus as we left our stuff there and discontinued the tour. Also, guide guy did not do a very good job telling interesting facts about Dubai and the area. Saying this since we were in Dubai 2 years ago and did the Dubai tour with another company, and it was amazing. I only booked this one since it did not include Burj Khalifa entrance as we did not need it this time. Worse tour ever!

Great way to get a glimpse of Dubai. Was able to get a feel of where things of interest are and even ended with a beautiful show

My daughter and I visited dubai for 4 days and wanted to do as much as possible within this time. The full day tour was a perfect preview of what dubai has to offer. We were able to decide which sight we wanted to do in more depth. As it was her birthday, she chose to visit the future museum as the one. Very professional, excellent communication, timeous agenda, new cars and buses and very professional staff and drivers. Highly recommend this company above all.

We recently had a quick layover in Dubai and organized a tour of the city with Efficient Tourism. They were very helpful in planning and customizing a private city tour for our family. Our tour guide Dil was delightful, picked us up from the hotel and facilitated our way back. 2nd all day Dubai tour and goes to all the key tourist sights. We waisted time at the future museum and didn’t get to stop at the pointe, bit of a let down but overall excellent

It was the best full day city tour of Dubai. Everything from planning to execution. We mustvhave visited atleast 9-10 places in Dubai. Τhe tour by Efficient travel was very well organised. We asked to have it customised as it was a private tour and everything was very smooth. the company helped me very much with the planning and they were really communicative. our driver Mr Zairyab was exceptionally helpful and polite. He was very knowledgeable about Dubai and was really helpful all the way. Our tour was private and he tried to give us the best options so that the tour would be streamlined . We loved this full day tour. The itinerary was perfect - the combination of old and modern, the use of different means of transport - the coach, the traditional boat and the monorail, time to explore the souks (markets) and watch the fountain show. As we were the cruise ship passengers, we were conveniently picked up from the closest location (they could not enter the cruise terminal), Queen Elizabeth 2 hotel. The shuttle car to take us to the coach location (the tour starting point) was brand new and the driver was super polite and engaging. We would like to thank Mr Gaurav from Efficient tours for replying to numerous questions (even after midnight!) in no time and solving the problem arisen.

The trip was a whole day trip. Including The Frame, The View at palm , The Miracle Garden , The Burj Al Arab, The Museum of Future. The first 3 spots we bought the tickets from the trip supplier with discount while the rest were photo taking only. However, the whole trip was value for money. The driver was skillful explaining the contents of the spots. He was difficult to find parking space but still can meet us on time everywhere after we were finished the sightseeing. This trip supplier was trusted and professional. Will definitely go with them in the future.
