Found it a very interesting day both geographically and culturally Feared it might have been very tiring but the pace between travelling and viewing was great.

Established in January 1987, the mosque is named after King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the former ruler of Saudi Arabia. Sheikh Abdullah Al Khayal, the director general of the Sharjah Department of Islamic Affairs, says the prayer halls can accommodate almost 17,000 people. Before it was the largest mosque in the emirate.
It is one of Sharjah’s biggest square, covering an area of more than 60,000 square-meters in Al-Sour district. The union monument is placed in the middle of the area and is decorated with seven oysters each with a pearl inside which represent each of the seven Emirates. The seven oysters surround the central pillar, which is crowned with a golden pearl symbolizing the union of the Emirates.
Designed in traditional Islamic style with arches and domes, Souq Al Jubail attracts more than half a million shoppers every month. The more than 100 species of colourful creatures on display provide plenty of fantastic photo opportunities too. The fish market is a part of the huge Souq Al Jubail, which also includes sections for fruit and vegetables, dates and meat. It is located between Corniche Road and Sharjah Creek, near the Central Souk.
Popularly known as the Blue Souk, thanks to its beautiful blue tiles, this two-storey souk consists of two long parallel buildings connected by indoor bridges. It is one of Sharjah’s most photographed buildings and even features on the UAE five-dirham bank note. Shops on the ground floor sell modern jewellery, watches and clothing; upstairs there are arts, crafts and curios from the region, as well as stores specialising in handmade Persian carpets and colourful kilims from Afghanistan and Kashmir. Don’t miss the gold and diamond shops, mainly found on the lagoon-side of the souk. Alongside precious stones and exquisite gold, silver and authentic Bedouin jewellery, there are craftsmen who can recreate a design based on a photo or sketch.
Built in 1845, Bait Al Naboodah is set around a sun-drenched courtyard with walls made of coral. The charming two-storey house features a grand entranceway, elaborately carved decorations and wind catchers on the walls. Wander through the various rooms, admiring the craftsmanship and ingenuity of traditional Gulf architecture in an age before air conditioning, and learn about the daily routines of the prominent pearling family who once lived here.
Built in 1823 and fortified by three towers, Al Hisn fort has served as a seat of government, a royal residence, a prison and now a museum. A row of cannons welcomes visitors, with 12 galleries offering insight into the emirate and its ruling family. Step inside a round prison cell, discover how to properly present a sword to a sheikh, and pour over historic photographs, old weaponry and exhibits about the naval strength of Sharjah’s Qawasim tribe.
Situated in the historical heart of Sharjah on the Majarrah Waterfront, this fascinating Museum is housed in what was once a traditional Middle Eastern souq or indoor market. The new Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization presents more than five thousand exquisite Islamic artifacts from all over the Islamic World, arranged according to themes and spread over seven spacious galleries and display areas.
Ajman Museum is the emirate’s foremost museum illustrating life as it once was. The 18th-century fort served as the ruler’s residence until 1970, before it was converted into a museum a decade later. You’ll find the museum on the east side of the central square in the Al Bustan area. The museum opens from Saturday - Thursday (8:00am - 8:00pm), and on Friday (2:30 pm - 8:00 pm) and displays are annotated in both Arabic and English. The exhibits offer a compelling glimpse of Ajman’s past, from centuries-old manuscripts and weaponry to models of wooden dhows and ingenious irrigation systems. One of the most notable displays is an excavated cemetery discovered in the Al Muwaihat area, which features pottery and funeral jewellery dating back as far as 3000 BC. A section is devoted to the pearl trade that once dominated the region, while the fort itself is a perfect example of traditional Emirati architecture.
Umm al-Quwain is one of the United Arab Emirates. Umm al-Quwain city lies on the Arabian Gulf. On a peninsula, the old town area features the UAQ National Museum, in a centuries-old fort. Nearby, Al Sinniyah Island sits in a protected lagoon and is a haven for seabirds. Dreamland Aqua Park offers waterslides and pools. Inland, a camel racetrack is just outside the village of Falaj Al Moalla.
Ras Al Khaimah is the northernmost emirate of the United Arab Emirates. It's known for its Arabian Gulf beaches.
Al Marjan Island is a master-planned waterfront destination in Ras Al Khaimah, comprising four coral-shaped islands in the Arabian Gulf. Developed by Marjan, the island brings together residential communities, luxury hotels and resorts, beaches, leisure attractions and an expanding collection of branded developments.
Dibba Al-Fujairah is a city in the emirate of Fujairah, located on the northeast part of the United Arab Emirates. It is geographically part of the Dibba region. Dibba Al-Fujairah is considered to be the
The Al Bidya Mosque (Arabic: مسجد البدية, sometimes transliterated Al Bidyah or Al Badiyah) is the oldest extant mosque in the United Arab Emirates or Fujairah. It is located in a small village in emirate Fujairah about 50 km north from region center. It is also known as Ottoman Mosque.
Khor Fakkan ( romanized: Khawr Fakkān) is a city and exclave of the Emirate of Sharjah, located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), facing the Gulf of Oman, and geographically surrounded by the Emirate of Fujairah. The city, the second largest on the east coast after Fujairah City, is set on the picturesque bay of Khor Fakkan, which means "Creek of Two Jaws". It is the site of Khor Fakkan Container Terminal, the only natural deep-sea port in the region and one of the major container ports in the UAE.
Fujairah is the only emirate that is located completely on the eastern coast of the UAE along the Gulf of Oman. The shores of Fujairah extend along the Gulf of Oman for about 70km. from the city of Fujairah in the south to the town of Dibba in the far north. The total area of the emirate of Fujairah is 1,450 sq. km.
Soak up local culture at the impressive Khorfakkan Amphitheatre. Inspired by Roman architecture, it has rapidly become a celebrated local landmark. The newly-built amphitheater covers over 1700m2 and can accommodate over 3500 spectators. It was designed with a state-of-the-art cooling system, making it the ideal out-door venue for upcoming events. Hungry visitors can also sample delicious dishes at the amphitheater’s restaurant and café.
A magnificent 45m-high waterfall cascades down next to the amphitheater. Although the waterfall is man-made, it was carved out of natural rock and is often illuminated at night. The structure was built with viewing windows at the top, which are sometimes open to the public. From there, visitors can watch water flow down the rock. Both the amphitheater and waterfall face Khorfakkan’s shimmering bay, so visitors can enjoy a wander along the beach before enjoying a spectacular show.
Heading toward Khorfakkan on the new Sharjah – Khorfakkan highway opens up a vista of the beautiful Al Rafisah Dam. Originally built in the 1980s, the dam has had an upgrade with a new visitor centre and rest area. Travel time from Sharjah to Khorfakkan has been reduced to 45 minutes, due to the new road, allowing more visitors to enjoy the serene pleasures of the area where a large, clear lake with boating facilities is overlooked by the magnificent Hajar mountains. The scenery is unmatched with the sandstone mountain range looming over a pure azure reservoir with its accompanying tranquil green landscape and man-made waterfall, perfect for nature lovers and outdoors enthusiasts.

I had a great guide and driver Aashiq… And it was good to get out of Dubai and see what the rest of the Emirates was like
Nothing as described! Waste of money . First the car was old and dirty. The 4 of us barely fit . The seats were so uncomfortable my back and hips were hurting the whole day . My poor husband had to crawl in and out of the back seat , who is over 6ft tall . My legs were crammed up to my chest behind the driver . Second . This was the biggest waste of money ! From the horrible car experience to going on absolutely no where . The descriptions lead you to believe yiu will go to mosque . Even though it says admission not included we still should have had the opportunity to go inside . We were suppose to go to the soun to experience the fresh food and fish . Never went inside. All stops were from outside the places ! 5 minutes to take a picture . We stopped for lunch . But by the time we sat down we were rushing to get back to the car . Absolutely a waste of a day and money . The whole day was in this awful car . And we didn’t get any culture experience besides hurry up and take a picture. We went to one museum. Which was free to any visitor. Again we needed over a good hour to tour museum but had to be at car in 40 minutes. The driver offered to stop at a cafe to get coffe or tea . Which the 3 of us wanted . But it was this dirty place off the side of a highway . Then no one wanted anything bc of the place it was going to come from . The driver was ok . But the unprofessional car situation made this day miserable . We were all in the car were in pain from the hard bulging old seats with our legs cramped . Drove by waste your money
Our tour was amazing, our guide was so informative and a truly lovely guy he showed us some amazing places from Forts,Mosques Mountain scenery to beaches so much to see in one day but the highlight for me was pulling over at side of the road and feeding camels we had spotted on the drive truly memorable and made my day and my trip to Dubai. I would throughly recommend this trip.
Aashiq was an AMAZING guide. I highly recommend this guide for the tour. Many information shared a genuine experience.
This was a great way to see the country with each Emirate being different and memorable. I was so amazed at how clean and safe the UAE is. My driver, from Oberon tourism, AAshiq, was very knowledgeble and interesting. The itiniary was full of stops for pictures and sites. What a great day.
Great opportunity to get outside Dubai's sprawl & glitz to see more of the Emirates. Unfortunately the driver/guide lacked solid knowledge of the country as well as sufficient command of English to engage. In addition, he didn't stick to the tour itinerary & was belligerent & argumentative when we endeavored to get him to do so.
I booked this tour to see a little more of Sharjah, and see Ajman and Unm Al Qwair emirates. I had done the other two emirates with friends before. However as I don't drive I thought this could be a good trip. As a positive the driver turned up on time. However after that he missed out several stops deciding to change the itinerary and missed out the Sharjah fort and mosque. Sent us to a museum so he could sit on his phone, we challenged him on the fact he was skipping the boys we wanted to see and rather than apologise he kept telling us what a good job he was doing with all the extras - we reiterated to him we didn't want the extras if he was going to skip the basic itinerary. He said his one was better. He refused to call his boss until I went online and found the details where they then spoke their mother tongue to each other - overall an overpriced waste of a day. You don't see 5 emirates as you drive thru (without stopping- if our driver had his own way). We didn't stop for lunch until 430pm. And then missed the Sharjah fort as it was closed when we went back as he'd skipped it in the morning. Would 100% NOT recommend this trip nor would I suggest using Oberon tourism LLC who operate this tour.

Had an awesome tour guide very flexible enabled us to exactly see what we wanted to see and do what we wanted to do...
It is a very long day, but worth every minute. Our guide picked us up on time, and we started our wonderful adventure. The other Emirates are certainly different to Dubai. We had lots of stops and also many photo opportunities. We hadn’t realised we would be travelling through hilly country, and were in awe of the wonderful tunnels built straight through the hills. We stopped at a restaurant for lunch and couldn’t believe how large the serves were. The food was excellent. We would recommend this tour to everyone.
Excellent toir with an excellent guide. Prompt. Excellent driver and gave me a nice history of the lesser known emirates.
Had a great time seeing the lesser-known Emirates - well worth it, especially that first view of the Gulf of Oman and the rugged mountains of the coast. Mr Shaks was an excellent guide - could answer all of our questions and made sure we saw the best of what was there to be seen.
Our guide Aashiq was the best, he was very knowledgeable and explained to us everything. Took his time and allowed us plenty of time to do what we wanted to do.
The trip was cancelled due to extreme heat and less than expected reservations. However - 5* communications and notice on the facts well in advance. Highly recommend this team
Our guide Ashik drove us through 5 emirates which was a fantastic experience. While there is obviously quite a bit of driving to do in 1 day, we were able to stop for pictures wherever we asked. Really recommended if you plan to escape from hectic Dubai for a day.
We had a great tour-seeing everything with a super good guide. we always use Viator-we know it will be a good experience!!
The hotel was perfect and cozy it’s highly recommend for families Mr/ ibrahim from the reception was very kind and decent Mr/ salman malik from house keeping was very helpful and decent
This was an incredibly fun excursion! We spent the entire day learning about the UAE. Our tour guide Mr. Aashiq did an amazing job keeping us entertained and was a wealth of information everywhere we went. We highly recommend him to everyone.
The guide suggested new things to see when we had extra time. They also had some interesting info to share about the different regions and in answering our questions. The stop for lunch was also good. Could have used a little more time in the museum on this date. Note this time allocated would likely have been fine, as we we would have spent more time at other stops if the weather was cooler. Guide was very flexible in the flow of the day.
I had an incredible experience touring five emirates! The journey was a perfect blend of cultural immersion and scenic beauty, all thanks to the well-organized itinerary and the excellent service. Our guide Mr. Shams was amazing and he made our day fantastic. Thank you all.
It was a well planned, very informative and emotionally filled tour. Mr. Ashik is an excellent tour guide.
Efficient coverage of 5 emirates.. Could not be done better. Careful driving and knowledgeable guide.
Mr. Shakks, , the driver, was professional, prompt, and friendly. The car was a minivan. There would be five comfortable seats and two uncomfortable middle seats. There were just two of us on the tour. The itinerary deviated from what was published, we skipped the fujaraih fort, , and had an hour long visit at the museum of Islamic civilization in Sharjah. The driver was flexible with some other changes that we requested because the two of us agreed. For me it was an excellent day visiting five new emirates states and learning about about them and seeing the countryside. Yes there’s a drive-by of lots of other sites not a real in-depth visit, but it depends what you’re looking for.
We had an excellent guide Aashik and I was very lucky with the other passenger. We got an informative overview of 5 emirates and lots of stops for photos and points of interest. The only improvement would be to book when it isn’t Ramadan.
If you have limited time and want to see what other Emirates have to offer, I would recommend a drive through. We enjoyed our guide and especially the stop at the Museum in Sharjar. For someone who knows nothing about the Emirates, the day was very informative.
It was long trip 5 emirates we saw mainly by car. We were on the civilization museum in Sharjah (free in ramadan) and al bydia mosque. It was basically in car experience The trip is over priced - you can get a personal driver in 800 dirham for 10 hours (the hotel gives you that option) that is 200 usd roughly. The driver was great !
Great experience with Basheer. Very knowledgeable about the Emirates, picturesque stops, and very professional.
To see other faces of UAE than Dubai. However this was a long trip with very short brakes. The collection of travelers was too time consuming. I think this tour was overpriced.
The tour was wonderful in the five emirates. Dubai was very amazing for me. I liked it very much. The tour saw a lot of landmarks. The employee did an excellent job and was very polite. I think we will repeat the tour in the near future.
Exceptional Day Exploring 5 Emirates: Our guide, doubling as our chauffeur, provided a seamless experience—navigating with patience, ensuring timely breaks, and even capturing memorable photos. A truly delightful journey.
As we expected, this tour does not have over-the-top spectacles like Dubai, but we wanted to see more of UAE than just Dubai. On this the tour delivered. ‘Shaks’ our guide was very good - on time, very accommodating, informative and good to spend the day with.
Travelling through the mountains, Al bidya mosque, Sharjah museum and the city itself, being able to travel to the Oman border.
It was great to see other parts of the UAE and our guide was very knowledgeable. However, it was uncomfortable for me in the middle seat of the car, especially going round bends and roundabouts. As we were in the car for many hours, this was more pronounced. Maybe the guide could have asked us all to take turns in the middle seat to make it fair. Also, the seat belt for the middle seat did not work.
Seeing Al Badiya, the oldest mosque. Plus, going up in the mtns. But I could’ve skipped driving over dirt roads to arrive at some cave, at the end of the trip. The cave was not historical or interesting and was a waste of time to get to and back.
Very interesting and great cultural input. We were a small group and had a very good time. The guide was very friendly and told us a lot about the country.
For sure the most memorable parts were the sceneries - UAE is a beautiful country and I really appreciated that our driver/tour guide, Ashik, was a safe driver but also very informative about UAE and it was a small group so he was kind enough to cater the trip to what we all enjoyed.
The tour is really amazing, unusual and full on interesting insights. It is unbelievable how many different things you will see in 1 day! Out tour guide, Ashik, was great! Very knowledgeable and available
We wasted over an hour on lunch that we did not want to stop for but we stopped as the driver and the tour guy wanted a break. In that time we could have done some shopping in the emirates. Also the tour guide takes pics of you whether you like it or not with their camera. Then if you want the 100 crappy pics they take he will charge 100-300 aed and if you do not take it he starts insulting you.
The tour is not worth the money. It is more like hiring a driver who will circle the 5 emirates in a car and bring you back. The tour was supposed to be for 10 - 12 hrs and we were back in less than 8 hrs minus the 2 hrs that he wasted. The tour guide was nice but intent on just doing the drive and bringing us back, not giving us any time at all at most of the interesting/picturesque attractions. It was a drive thru tour but to dump us at a small museum for 1 hr and another 1 hr at a hole in the wall disgusting restaurant, was a total waste of our time which could have been spent giving us an opportunity to take some photos, specially in Fujairah. Also, the SUV was small, old, dirty, and warm [as the driver/tour guide kept lowering the AC for his comfort]. Even though there were only 4 of us [2 couples] on the tour, we could not sit together for the whole tour. Also, never saw the water that was mentioned in the tour description. Towards the end of the tour, about 4:00pm, instead of 9:00pm], had to ask for water to take medicine and was give a bottle of hot water that had to be about 110 degrees.
Loved being able to see five of the seven emirates in one day. It was a very busy day, but very enjoyable.
Of all the things I did wait in Dubai this was the most rewarding. The guide was very knowledgeable about everything and we got to real experience the 5 sides to this city. We got some great pictures too. I would highly recommend this tour if u want see more than tall buildings in Dubai.
This was a lot of fun, saw a lot more of the UAE than I knew about. Shakeeb (our guide) was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Amazing scenery, highly recommend!
Our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. We had a great time seeing UAE. Our mobile phone was misplaced and our guide took trouble to help us recover it. Wonderful that UAE is so safe!
Guide should not unilaterally made changes to the itinerary without their guests consent. Though Guide was knowledgeable, he was overtly confident of his actions. He also arrived 45 minutes late.
Shakeeb was an amazing guide. He was able to answer every question, and we had a lot of them. From the Arabian Sea to the Oman Gulf. From the ocean to the mountains and a stop for some of the best ice cream ever. A must-do adventure when visiting Dubai.
The driver was professional and very safe. Made photo stops along the way. But truthfully this is the most boring trip I’ve ever been on. Was scheduled for 10-11 hours and I was home within 8 hours. Lunch was at a shopping mall. No sights of particular interest. So many great reviews which I cannot understand. For $200 I think I got ripped off. The other passenger had the same feeling. 100% do not recommend. The tour needs more places to see not just driving from one boring photo stop to another.
Wonderful experience. The guide was amazing and I had the great opportunity of learning a lot about UAE
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "An unforgettable journey through the UAE's diverse landscapes and cultures! The Five Emirates Tour was a remarkable adventure filled with breathtaking sights, rich history, and warm hospitality. From the modern marvels of Dubai to the tranquil oases of Sharjah, this tour offered a perfect blend of old and new. Our guide was knowledgeable and made every moment memorable. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the hidden gems of the Emirates!" -Jill
We had a really enjoyable experience. It was great to get out of the city and see the rest of the Emirates. I enjoyed driving through all the mountains and visiting the east coast and gulf of Oman. It was a long day and most of the time is spent driving but you get to see many different paces along the way. Our guide was also quite friendly and did his best to make the tour memorable.
