Popeyes Jetski was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, the jetskis were in great condition, and the ride itself was pure fun with amazing views. I had a 30-minute jet ski experience with Popeyes, and overall, I really enjoyed the tour. The jet ski tour with Mohamed was excellent he was very professional, made us feel safe at all times, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to him, the experience was fun, smooth, and memorable. However, while the tour itself was great, the customer service at reception definitely needs improvement. The girl at the front desk came across as very angry and unfriendly, which is not the kind of attitude you expect when starting an experience like this. Instead of welcoming customers and making them feel comfortable, her attitude was quite off-putting. In summary, the tour with Mohamed was fantastic and truly the highlight of the experience, but improving the reception staff’s customer service and warmth would make the overall experience much better.

Very cool activity! Did it with my 17 year old son, he was in heaven! Guide took the time to take lots of pics and videos. Efficiently organized. Only thing I hadn’t anticipated was location relative to JBR, it’s about a 20 min drive. Still easy to access by uber!

The best thing we had in Dubai throughout our trip.Honestly, that jet ski adventure in Dubai was the absolute highlight of our trip! My friend and I had such an amazing time out on the water, it was pure exhilaration. The staff there were super friendly and really made the whole experience even better. We felt so well looked after from start to finish. Definitely the best activity we did, we couldn't recommend it enough.

Muhamad, the guide was super friendly and took so many pictures an videos of us and sent it to our Whatsapp. No need to take your phone with you. They have change rooms and lockers. You can ride 1 or 2 people on the same jetski, for the same price. Overall great service and fun

This morning we all enjoyed a tour on a jet ski in front of the Burj al Arab. Fantastic photos and memorable videos in front of the iconic Dubai skyline taken by our guide to help us remember this moment forever!!

I had a terrible experience with this jet ski rental. The staff was completely inattentive and irresponsible. After giving minimal instructions, they left me alone without checking in or guiding anyone. I ended up lost far out at sea with no idea where to go, and no one from the company noticed or came to help. It was genuinely scary and dangerous. I expected at least some supervision or safety measures, but clearly, they don’t care about customer safety. I would never recommend this place to anyone. :(

Booked the 30 minute tour which was brilliant felt like plenty of time! My guide jojo was amazing, made me feel safe and looked after me! He also took lots of photos and videos for me for memories. There is also a cute little cafe you can enjoy before or after jetskiing. I would recommend this company to anyone and would choose them again.

We took an Uber car to get there, its it so easy to go with public transportation. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were asked to give passport as deposit, what I refused because of negative experiences in other countries. Was ok for them. You can change on the pier and leave your Staff in plastic boxes, but they are not really locked. Quick Intro to the jetski- excellent machines and easy to operate. Guide was leading the pack and took loads of pics, very professionell (Jack). Was Shared later with AirDrop (if you have an iPhone). We were not the only one on the water, on some spots it might get a Bit crowdy and you Need Control your Speed and watch out. Overall we had been 50min on the water, paid for 30. Overall a great experience we wont have missed. Suggestion: if you take the Last Slot, the light is really great and you have Sunset feeling on top

Absolutely fantastic jet ski experience. We had looked at options at our hotel but the reviews were mixed and the prices significantly higher than popeye. Popeye is very well and professionally run - we were greeted and shown to a changing room to get ready and had an instructor follow us throughout the journey. He also took loads of photos which are included in the price unlike many other operators who try and charge for them. Highly recommended.
