The Dune bashing was an incredible experience. Our driver Adnan was on time to pick us up for the thrilling ride across the desert. Adnan confidently navigated the steep dunes and sharp turns with precision while at the same time checking if we were fine. It was a truly magical experience in the hands of a professional.

This excursion was one of the worst and most unsafe experiences I have ever had, and it should not be sold under any circumstances, especially to families. From the very beginning, the experience was alarming. The driver was using his mobile phone while driving, showing a complete lack of attention and professionalism. He then lost the route for nearly two hours, which already says a lot about the organization and competence of the operator. Because of this, we arrived at the desert almost at sunset, which ruined a large part of the experience that was advertised and paid for. What was supposed to be a well-organized VIP safari turned into a rushed and incomplete activity. Once there, we were left waiting for about an hour with no explanation, no guidance, and no clear coordination. The return was even worse. There was total chaos. No clear transport arrangements, no staff taking responsibility. At one point, we were dropped at a petrol station with two children, without any proper explanation. Another driver did arrive shortly after, but this does not excuse the stress, fear, and sense of abandonment we experienced. This tour showed a serious lack of organization, supervision, and basic safety standards. The situation was especially shocking given that children were involved. Other guests were equally upset and confused. This was not a VIP experience, not even close. It was unsafe, poorly managed, and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone — especially families — to avoid this operator completely. Booking.com should seriously review whether this provider should remain listed, as this kind of experience can put passengers at real risk.

The trip was overall very fun, exciting and well-organized. You could feel the adrenaline pumping inside your body. The driver was very sensible and you could tell that he was experienced and knew what he was doing.

It was an amazing experience, and the driver Yasir made it like that. Awesome driving skills. The night show was amazing. For all the food, water, and the lenght of the trip it is a must do at this price. I recommend to all who want to spend half of day having fun and meeting new people.

My family went on safari with driver Saad, the experience was great. We were with 2 kids - 3 and 8 years old and they had so much fun! Saad picked up from the hotel at exact time he told us, wend quad (with additional payment as it was not included), then dune basting, a little time for some pictures and sand boarding, and then went on a barbeque dinner with few shows. It was well deserved experience and really enjoyed it! The driver was very helpful, made us pictures and was explaining everything. Maybe I wish, I had more time on the dunes for sand bording and more pictures but overall everything was perfect!

The tour exceeded expectations from the start, with a private van. The guide was very professional, the driver excellent, the show very good, and what I liked most was the rally in the van. Everything was excellent.

The experience on this tour is pretty positive as we enjoyed a lot during that day. The guide is nice and the package is complete. What I would highlight in here is the 4x4 ride but what I was expecting is a better point on where to take pictures on the top of a dune instead of when it took place. Also the sunset should be much better from the dunes. Camel ride is not actually a camel ride but 30 seconds for a picture what I would avoid.

Our desert trip was really good. We have been informed one day earlier who our driver is and when he will contact us. Contact via WhatsApp was excellent. Our driver Ismail Zainal picked us up with a modern car. He was not only a driver but also a guide. All the way long he was explaining Dubai in a very good English. It was really interesting to get informed about Dubai from sb who live there with his family. The first stop for buggys was not really necessary, but we have been informed in advance so it was fine for us. The waiting area was air conditioned. The dune bashing was a real fun and the highlight of the trip. Ismail is an excellent driver with a lot experience. The dune bashing was really long and was an unforgettable experience also for our kids. The BBQ was well organized. The area was not full of peaple in September. Only the camel ride was not really sucessful. It was already dark and we do not have any good pictures. For the future it would be enough to take a good picture with a camel, no ride necessary. Most tourist will be happy. Sandboarding was fun. The whole trip was a good value for money. Full recommendation!

As a muslim i did not like the experience because apparently I did not realize they would have a fire show and poorly clothed women dancing. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EVENT TO MUSLIMS. Also the place we went to did not have a mosque for females but alhamdulillah they let me pray in another place. Also when the car moves there is a loud music and too much motion so if you have any health issues better not to risk it.

my children, husband, and i were very pleased with ALYAS, our tour guide. the desert safari experience was very briefly explained and my children were very satisfied, i recommend this experience if you have children especially. when we will surely choose the desert safari journey again, we will for sure go with the same tour guide, we felt very safe

I can definitely recommend the safari, it was one of the most fun things we did in Dubai! Excellent value for money. Our guide was super nice and helpful. We did not take the VIP dinner, and it seemed our food was pretty much the same as in the VIP area. The only bad thing about the safari were the toilets, they were passable at best.

Absolutely rubbish. Was told I would get picked up from my hotel in Ras AL KHaimah and on the day they told us to make our own way to sharjah which was an hour away and cost us 200 dirhams each way.if you couldn't pick us up why give false hope? The desert safari itself was the most boring I've ever done. I have done several desert safaris before and this one was the most boring and rubbish. The manager was rude when we tried to talk to him over the phone and started to get aggressive instead of apologising. Bunch of uneducated idiots.Avoid them as there is way better tour groups out there. Scammers !!!!

Nabi was an exceptional companion, bringing 18 years of expertise as a desert dune master to make our adventure thrilling yet safe. As it was our first desert safari experience, we were concerned about the safety issues. However, his driving skills were outstanding, navigating the dunes with confidence and precision, making the dune bashing both exhilarating and secure. Nabi has a calm temperament and joyful spirit. He was fantastic with our kids, engaging them with warmth and ensuring they felt included and excited throughout the trip. He shared with us some info about the desert, local culture, tradition and history. The entire team at Sand Dune Desert Safari was welcoming and hardworking, contributing to a well-organized experience. The only minor downside was that the food could have been a bit better, but it didn’t detract from the overall adventure as we were not planning to dine. Besides, there was optional a premium buffet which seemed to have more choices. Even in the July heat, everything was bearable, and the experience quickly became one of our top highlights in Dubai. Guys, this was an absolutely amazing experience I’ve done similar tours before, but this one truly stood out because of MR AHMED. Mr. Ahmed was exceptional,incredibly polite, respectful, and genuinely accommodating. I have so many good things to say about him. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve met, and he even stepped in to help me when someone tried to overcharge me while shopping. Compared to our first tour guide, Mr. Ahmed was on a whole different level. He made the dune bashing part of the tour unforgettable. Fantastic experience in the desert! The guide, who was also the driver (Ustad), was very good and very prepared. Exciting the race through the dunes and beautiful shows, especially that of fire. Discreet food, depends on taste, but the atmosphere is unique. I recommend to bring a scarf from home to cover your face, or to buy it directly there, because sand and wind make themselves felt. An adventure not to be missed!
