Last minute they changed the location and the boat, but were very communicative about it. The food was amazing, the staff very welcoming - even though they made us take off our shoes (felt like someone was going to steal our Loubs). We met a particular crew service woman - Betty - who was just phenomenal. She realized that we were a bit uncomfortable being American and a gay couple and welcomed us with arms wide open. They accommodated my husband's non alcoholic preference. Betty ensured that given my husband's non red-meat preference she brought over the apps to us first to ensure he enjoyed the experience. The only downside of the experience were the other guests. Some got incredibly intoxicated and made fools of themselves, some were just rude and entitled, but that is no reflection of the operations or the tour, but ensure you stay clear of those folks.

Really enjoyed our time aboard a beautiful vessel. The staff were highly attentive. Plenty of excellent food and drink throughout the journey. DJ and saxophonist were great. Great to see the Palm and Jumeriah Beach area from the water. Great fun.

It was a brilliant way to see the city lights, and cruising towards the iconic Atlantis provided a truly dazzling backdrop for the evening. • The Food: The dinner was delicious—having a live pasta station on board was a great touch. • The Vibe: The live DJ kept the energy high with great music throughout the entire 3-hour journey. • The Service: Everything from the bottomless drinks (including wine and beer) to the overall atmosphere was top-notch. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a mix of gourmet indulgence and a lively party atmosphere!

I love the views and the luxury yacht the bite and food is very nice also the drinks and we have the dj and music around is so perfect that anyone will fall in love. We saw Atlantis and royal Atlantis and the best part is the staff are so kind and helpful. Sid was great supervisor.

Right from the beginning Xclusive yachts were brilliant. The communication was done by text and email and very quick response times. For a 4 hour trip, good food, unlimited drinks and amazing service the 500 euro fee was good. So much fun, lots of dancing and the DJ was great. We only got to see the fireworks from JBR but it was such a great night. We did have to wait 3 hours for a taxi afterwards but so was everyone else.

Arrived 35/40 minutes prior to departure and was told it was cancelled due to the weather (slightly windy). But every other boat was still going out. No advanced warning, took 35 minutes to get there. Night ruined as it was too late to book anything else. They have booked me on for another night so will update if that goes ahead.

We went on a total of five boat tours during our family vacation in Dubai. This tour was by far the most expensive and the worst. Based on the price and the description, we had high expectations and were massively disappointed. We wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday on the boat. The music was so incredibly loud that we couldn't even talk to each other. After we drove out to sea for about 30 minutes we were told that the weather was too bad and we had to pick up more people from the harbor. But the weather wasn't bad at all and other boats were also out at sea. After about 30 minutes of driving back, exactly one more person was picked up in front of Dubai Marina. For the remaining two hours, the ship did not move a meter and remained in front of Dubai Marina with incredibly loud music playing. We were glad when we finally returned to the harbor and could leave the ship. We will never book a tour with Xclusive Yachts again.

So much fun. The yacht is gorgeous, staff are friendly and food service was surprisingly filling and frequent. The drinks flowed all night and there was a great party atmosphere. The 9pm cruise is perfect if you like music and dancing.

Absolutely fantastic! Great value for money, food was excellent, DJ was excellent playing all sorts of house mixes. The boat had an issue which the crew managed to fix within an hour but the supervisor ensured that the boat would stay out an extra hour as a result! So no lost time and an extra hour looking around the yacht, drinking and taking in the views. The highlight of our family holiday!

Was initially told it was because of the waves and later on told that there was a problem with the engine. They knew this at the start of the day but didn’t cancel our tour, clearly as they didn’t want to lose out on money. Champagne was overpriced considering it was a bottle of moet, the dj played music with the bass far to high, the service was not great, was shown a bbq when booking which turned out to be a pasta station. Was not worth it in the slightest and was lied to from start to finish. Would not advise to ever book this! Felt like a complete scam.

Beautiful yacht and the crew were very hospitable. The night cruise definitely the best. There was a mix of young and older people. Food on board was very good along with the drinks.

It was a fantastic trip come early so you can get a seat up top sitting on one of the couch lounges where you can have a wonderful panoramic view of Dubai skyline, DJ and bartender. I was on the second levelt it was still a fantastic view. Staff was friendly. The drinks was good. Appetizers were good . I would’ve prefer a protein with my pasta. It was wonderful night

This was our 2nd time doing this experience, first time was just me and my wife, this time we decided to take our 2 kids, aged 10 and 13, and wow, loved every minute of it. We decided to do the sunset session as we feel you see both sides of dubai, (day/night).....only niggle I would say, was 1) the games console as mentioned for being on board, was "not working" which got a frown my my 10 year old, but that said 10 seconds later we were back k to enjoying the trip. 2) be prepared for a lever of rude, inconsiderate people, which who you need to be firm with. Nothing to do with the team on the yacht, however certain people think it's acceptable to force, disrespect others by trying to force/steal seats, which clearly you are sitting at and/or leave your belongings at as you go to the toilet/get a drink to come back to your belongings moved and them trying to sit in your space.........a firm word and they quickly move, but be prepared!!! Overall , these niggles doesn't take away the great experience we had and I would highly recommend doing this, as it is certainty value for money. Thanks

When we arrived at the port, we were told that the yacht was leaving from a different port. We had to scrabble to get there and pay a golf cart person to drive us! Once we boarded, the yacht was beautiful and comfortable. The Advertisement was misleading! There was no dinner!!! There was a pasta station and pass around finger food!!! Skip this experience! It was not worth $125.00 per person.

It was a terrible experience from start to finish. We received specific instructions to meet at Gate 2 to board the yacht. When we arrived on time, we were redirected to Gate 3, where we were told to wait—then informed we would need to walk approximately 12–14 minutes to yet another gate. None of these last-minute changes were communicated in advance. No transportation accommodations were offered, which created unnecessary hardship—especially because my eldest daughter is pregnant and was wearing heels. As a businesswoman, I raised concerns about the lack of organization and customer service. Eventually, a cart driver agreed to take us (after we were initially told no), and each of us had to pay 10 AED for the ride to the new location. Upon arrival, staff requested passports. After presenting them, I was told my younger daughter could not enter because she is under 21. This was our first day in Dubai, and the experience ruined what should have been a special memory. I paid $300 USD and felt disrespected and disappointed. I have not been contacted about a refund, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. If possible I would give 0 stars.

It was the best night ever , i had new friends like the music the cruise everything was so perfect like i enjoyed it to the maximum what a professional cruise with a professional perfect team from the intrance till the goodbye 🔥🔥🔥
