Hassan, our guide, explained everything very well and made the experience enjoyable. The tour starts at a restaurant, where you are welcomed with some snacks (dates and fritters) and coffee before setting off. Along the way, you visit several air-conditioned venues showcasing Dubai’s past, including a simulation traditional house and the museum coins. These indoor stops are a great way to learn about the city’s history while escaping the intense heat. I would have liked to spend a little more time exploring the souk area, but overall, it was an interesting and enjoyable experience.

This was a wonderful experience that I had with my parents so far because the guide we had A.Hassan was so calm and kind. He made us explore the cultural side and explained us in detail about the place, the house and there constructions. Also the abra ride was so fun. We explored the souk and was helped by Hassan in terms of buying herbal tea, gold and the fragrances. I would completely suggest the reader to book your slot and choose Hassan as your guide.

Maaz Khan was our guide, had contacted us before the start time sharing us the location for the pick up point. He was very informative, patiently answered all our questions. Very considerate of the group as the weather was very hot and also gave us a few tips about shopping. On a whole, this tour was very much value for money as got to know all about the culture, see all the history and the boat ride across to the souks. And our guide Mr Maaz Khan was in no hurry and very accommodating.

We had an amazing experience with a very kind patient and knowledgeable guide mister Khan. We visited the old town, have been shown where and how Dubai was founded all the way to its humble beginnings before the emirates had been united. I was with my wife and definitely recommend the VIP package, it only costs a bit extra but you receive so much value in return! Such as free food and local culinary tasting, unlimited water. The groups are kept small and intimate which results in more personal attention and care, less hassle and waiting time, more interactions and Q&A’s with the guide. And about the guide… Try to book with “Mister Khan”!! He takes excellent care of foreign guests, and offers great service and isn’t shy to put in the extra effort to satisfy the group he is guiding. He even points out the tourist traps, and show’s how to negotiate and prevent paying too much for goods. He doesn’t pressure you to visit certain shops so he can get commissions from shop owners. On the contrary, he actually helped us with negotiating better deals which eventually saved us money on all our purchases. He is funny and easy going. An honest and professional guide with mountains of patience. He waits for every individual and keeps the group together and is protective preventing tourists from being harassed and bothered. We will definitely recommend our relatives and friends about this tour and in particular about the amazing guide.
We were greeted by Ahmed and from that moment, he kept us entertained and gave us a great history lesson about how the UAE was formed and right through to the present day. The Arabic coffee and fresh dates were a great way to start. The tour through the old town was was extremely interesting, the Abra ride across the creek gave us a 360 degree view of both sides. The spice tour was something not to miss, the aromas and colours were spectacular. The gold tour equally eye opening! Overall a fantastic way to see the old town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Old Town Tour – 10/10! We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide, Hassan, was amazing from beginning to end. He speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic, which made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. He showed us so many interesting places and explained the history of the Old Town in a really engaging way. We visited the Coin Museum, explored the beautiful old streets, took a traditional boat across the creek, and visited the Spice Market. We also had the chance to try some delicious traditional local food, which made the experience even more authentic. He even took us to a great place to shop for handbags! And as a bonus, Hassan is also an amazing photographer and entertainer! He kept the energy up throughout the tour, made us laugh, and took some fantastic photos for us. 📸😄 What I appreciated most was how well looked after and guided I felt throughout the entire experience. Hassan was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole tour feel very personal and fun. I’m extremely grateful for the experience and would definitely do it again.
