We enjoyed our tour we highly recommend/ timing at pick up and drop off was great/ they give you some free time to explore and they answered our question
Rizwan was excellent tour guide, I really recommend him for any tour. Driver mahir was excellent, he was on-time all the time.
Was amazing tour with the tour cuide Rizwan. He explanes a lot about the history of Dubai, curiosities, and many other things. We really recommend
Rizwan was very helpful and kind , showed us all interesting things, explained everything about the visit! I recommend him to my friends
Rizwan was very helpful and the tour was amazing. We went to a lot of places and he showed us multiple places and explained about it. Recommend this guide

Wael Ali .. he was excellent 👏 and communicated well and I would recommend it to anyone i know... many thanks...many thanks again... wael Ali
We enjoyed parts of the tour - like the visit to Jumeriah Beach, Dubai Mosque, abra trip to the souks and the viewing platform in the Burj Khalifa. We didn’t like the “museum” which was NOT a museum but a souvenir shop and an aggressive hard sell of carpets - the same carpets you see everywhere in Dubai. We were ushered into a private room - as a group - shown the carpets - told a wee but about what they represent then the hard sell began. We retreated pretty quickly. The visit to the souks was interesting but too short. We were taken to select stores (which I appreciate could also be for our protection/benefit) but when no one in the group showed an interest in buying the souks tour was abandoned and we were taken back to the bus. This might be a harsh assessment as other friends who attempted the souks on their own found the sellers very aggressive. The commentary is pre recorded but ok.
Rizwan was our gudie. Was a great tour. It covered a lot of places that was included with the price. Highly recommend this tour
The tour itself was ok but people need to beware. The places we stopped at had vendors wanting to sell you their wares At the spice market they put the pressure on to buy and my wife purchased some peanuts for what she was told would be 44 Dirhams Checking her account the next morning she was in fact charged 444 dirhams Did our tour guide who appeared to know these people well, know they are ripping off unsuspecting travelers? I would like to ask my tour guide Narveen this question.
The tour was excellent and the tour guides were outstanding. The sites that we visited were great. Thank you for a great experience.
It's a must if you just have a one day transit in Dubai. The guide is very informative and he accompany us.
This was a great tour showing us some special places in Dubai. Loved the trip to the 124 floor of the Burj
The trip from Abu Dhabi was worth it. SUHAIL was very supportive and kept sending watsapp messages to inform you of the precise pick up time. We went straight to the main places. The only thing I would skip is the visit to the shopping mall were you can buy very expensive jewels or perfumes. Overall very good experiencie.
I highly recommend this tour, especially for the fact that it allowed us to skip several hours of queues at the Burj Khalifa, both for ticket purchase (tickets were pre-purchased through the tour) and for the huge elevator queues. We visited great locations, and the audio guides in the system were good (various languages available to choose from). The tour guide managed the large group very well and deserves a 10 for organizational skills.
If you’re only in Dubai for a very short time like we were it’s well worth booking this trip. It will allow you to see all the highlights in a brief tour around the city. We did the half day and enjoyed being shown a quick guide to Dubai. We finished at The Burj Khalif and made our way back to the our hotel using a taxi which are so easy to find and use as well. The guide and ear phones pointed out all the bits you would want to see throughout the tour. It includes your entrance to the Burj and was good value for money. We only had a brief taste of Dubai but this has wet our appetite to come back and explore some more. All questions and queries answered quickly and well by the tour operator and pickups right on the time they said!
Good quick overview of the sights and landmarks of Dubai to let you know where you might want to come back to later, and if you don't have time for a full-day tour. Caveat #1 - tour takes you to what was deemed as a "cultural center" that was nothing but a tourist trap with the focus on trying to sell you tapestry rugs to hang on your wall. Yes, there was some good information given, but the main focus was a moderate hard sell. This took up about 30 minutes of the tour if not more. You are ushered upstairs to a big room lined with chair. The curators/sales people bring out tapestry after tapestry and lay them on the floor and tell you how much they cost. As you are leaving they come up to you personally trying to get you to purchase a tapestry. Downstairs there are all types of figurines they try to get you to purchase. Nothing on the building says cultural center. It is nothing more than a tourist store. It was obvious that the tour company has an arrangement to bring the tour there. Caveat #2 - When you are taken to the Souk, the same thing occurs as what happens at the "cultural center." You get to the souk and then must go into a specific shop, up the stairs, and hear a spice/herb presentation with a moderately hard sell afterwards. This took up about 15 minutes. You are then given time to go through the souk on your own with a specified time to return to the shop as a meeting point. Caveat #3 - the tour ends at the mall and Burj Khalifa. Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours standing in line to the 125th floor lookout of the Burj Khalifa. We spent about 2+ hours in the line to get to the elevators. Once you are on the floor, it is a beautiful outlook (if there is no smog/fog). However, you then of course of to go through the gift shop where there is another loooonnnnggg line to get on the elevators to go down. With a bad bag, I knew I could not stand in another line for several hours. I begged an attendant to let me and my wife go down with the next group which was granted. In all fairness, we went at about 1p. Maybe the lines are shorter first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon. My wife and I felt it was not worth the wait, and it basically made our tour an all day event. We were too tired from standing in line to walk through the mall. But for the price, it was a good way to see the landmarks and sites and learn about the history of Dubai. You use earbuds on the coach bus with recorded tour information. The guide on the bus was very helpful and provided context and additional information.

Don't like paying to be brought to places to buy things. We were brought to a "museum" where the proceeded to try and sell rugs and wall hangings and were also taken to a souk where we were subject to hi pressure sales of souvenirs. Absolutely would not recommend this tour!
Great tour and you go to good locations for this half day tour. The guide was on point and provided great input on all of our stops
Instead of focusing on sites we spent part of the time visiting shops that were trying to sell us stuff. Very disappointed.
This tour was a good way to learn about the history, people, culture, buildings and royalty of Dubai. There were plenty of opportunities to take great pictures. However, one stop, The Islamic Art Museum, was an attempt to get us to purchase expensive rugs and other items. I don't even think that is one of the stops listed on the site. I wish I would have booked the full day tour to have more time to shop and explore different sites. The Burj Khalifa was fantastic and a must see.
Going atop the Burk Khalifa and seeing the view was awesome! Also touring both old and new Dubai and seeing how much this city has changed was great to witness and learn about.
Trip was interesting but relatively slow between the sights seen. This was basically due to distance. Culturally the tour was enlightening but tedious due to heat. We were quite tired at the end. Waiting for a taxi to get back to our hotel from the Mall was exasperating as we were tiring quickly and the supply of taxis to the centre was nil. See
Thi is a good way to get to know Dubai and plan the places you want to visit. But really it’s a whistle-stop tour of photo opportunities.
It was worth the money. Really well explained. The tour guide made sure we were okay and always checked up on us. The tour itself it good if you’re coming Dubai for the first time.
Fun day. Loved the canal trip to Gold Souk. Ahmed Mohamed was a great tour guide. The Lewan Art Centre was interesting. Enjoyed every moment.
The tour guide and tour were great, we only did the half day tour and thoroughly enjoyed it & would recommend to others
Amazing tour and amazing knowledgeable tour guide mr.Rizwan we did half day with burj tour really like it
For a half day tour, it was all very nice to see! I had my mother with me who was 74 years old and she didn't got tired. I recommend it for senior citizens.
The tour guide was very good at explaining the itinerary and sticking with the time limitations. I would suggest that he slow down a little when he walks. I am almost 70 and I had a very hard time trying to keep pace in that desert heat. At some point I thought I would faint. Secondly, he shoukd have given us our tickets as soon as we got into the Burj Khalif. I don't think we shoukd have had to wait while he took 1/2 the group to the bathroom. The lines were exasperating but once up at the top, the views were breathtaking.
Wow what a great tour made even better by our tour guide Hassan who was just so easy going and down to earth and it was also great to see the marina and burj Kalifa as well as the Dubai mall
It is great tour to see Dubai in half day and appreciate how amazing Dubai is. Old Dubai and New Dubai. Amazing Burj Khalifa.
I would recommend this trip. Everything was as described and we saw everything we wanted. The guide left us in no doubt where we were going and how long we had at each destination. Thank you to all involved.
This trip was a waste of time and money. The only part I enjoyed was the Burj Khalifa which I could have done on my own. Otherwise, each stop just consisted of our tour guide telling us to walk around and shop. On the bus our guide had nothing to say and just told us to plug in headphones like we were on a cheap hop-on-off bus. And top it off, they never picked me up so I waited for almost 2 hours in my hotel lobby for eventually someone to grab me and drop me off with the rest of the group and missed the first stop.
The tour felt like an easy way to see the key sights and avoid the heat. You've got to be okay with the 'off the bus, take a photo, back on the bus' routine, although in the heat being on the bus was the best bit! TBH the sights, from the outside anyway, are a little lame (Jumeirah Beach and mosque, the souk etc) so this format isn't too bad. The soft sell at the souvenir/art store was a bit of a waste of time and a little annoying but suspect all the tours work like this. Having said all that, tour guide Samuel was a great host - thanks Sam!
We liked that tour, which gives you in a short time an overview about Dubai. The guide has been informative and has answered the questions, just be aware that he will guide you to some shops (yoiu can, but you do not have to buy). That time would be better invested in some more sightseeing.
The half day tour is a must, we had enough time to see old Dubai, palaces, the souks & spice markets also a boat ride across the creek. Our guide was really nice, the tour started promptly with pick up from the hotel. The burj khalifa was ok, not too busy so no queue, definitely recommend.
This was one of the worst tours we have ever been on. The half day tour was rushed because the bus was nearly 1 hour late. The tour guide did his best but always seemed to be rushing us from one stop to the next.
Such a great way to see the sights of Dubai. Our guide was amazing, knowledgeable and a lovely person to spend time with. I would recommend to anyone thinking of using your company.
Didn't take the trip due to confusions but have to pay would avail the trip next time Attempted to cancel the trip on line but didn't do the right way
The tour was well-organized. My eyes were full…! The Islamic Craft visit was odd to me, and the pressure to buy was uncomfortable. The Spice Market was intense, and I was basically swindled when buying spices, but that’s my fault. The Burj Kalife was amazing, but the lines and crowds were extremely frustrating. Again, not your fault.
The Dubai half day tour was a very nice experience with many beautiful sights that were shown during the tour. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient with everyone on the tour. The only thing that made me give this tour a lower rating is due to the fact that in the tour description, it says you will picked up and return to your point of origin , but when you get out towards the end of the tour your informed that unless your on the full day tour they are leaving you at the last tour stop and you have to find your own way back to your hotel.
We’re able to see and hear about the City of Dubai. Going to the top of the Burj Kalifa was a highlight
We had a great time everything was well planned out. Samuel made sure that everyone understood the tour was informative I would recommend.
The tour started off nice, but when you take the boat to the shops be careful! The tour guide is with the scam of the shops. They take you the places that they will charge you high prices. I mean expensive! When I tried to buy spices, they told me the spices were almost 1,800 usd!!! I returned the items and it’s still on my card. Don’t buy anything with anyone the tour guide recommends! They are complete scammers!
We really enjoyed our trip. Suhail was an excellent guide. We would definitely recommend this tour. Suhail was informative and answered our many questions. We thought it was good value for money. Thank you.
We did the half day tour and it was a good taste of the city. The stop at the local art store was a dud but the remaining stops were good.
The idea was nice but our tour guide had no personality, was very standoffs. Didn't even check that we were all following him during the walking tour. The art stop was BS, just a giant sales pitch. Sort of disappointing.
